Great care and caring teachers. Since my 2 year old started at the learning experience she has been more verbal and I can tell she’s learning new things daily. Thank you to the staff for taking such good care of my baby.

Our boys have been part of the TLE family since infancy, and it has been such a joy to see them learn and grow in an environment where they feel happy, encouraged, and cared for. We’re incredibly grateful for the nurturing foundation the teachers and staff build for them each and every day.

Our girls have been with TLE since they were babies, and it has been so wonderful to see them grow in a place where they feel happy, supported, and loved. We truly appreciate the strong foundation the teachers and staff provide every day.

The best daycare around … 100% recommend… the teachers and the center Director (Diana) are the best … they really listen to you as a parent and they def focus on the children … love it there

Since my daughter started attending The Learning, the entire team has been very friendly and caring, especially the center director. They teach her many things, take her out to play, and every time she attends, she goes home happy. I truly recommend it.

As a first-time mom with a 3-month-old baby girl, I can’t say enough wonderful things about The Learning Experience in Basking Ridge! From the moment we walked in, I knew this was the right place for us. The staff is incredibly warm, patient, and genuinely caring — they made me feel completely comfortable leaving my little one in their hands. The teachers are amazing with the babies. They take the time to learn each child’s routine and personality, and they always greet my daughter with big smiles and gentle attention. I love how they focus on nurturing and early development, even for the youngest infants — with tummy time, music, sensory play, and lots of interaction. Communication is excellent! I receive daily updates and photos through their app, which gives me so much peace of mind while I’m at work. I can see that my baby is happy, well cared for, and thriving. The facility is spotless, bright, and thoughtfully designed. It truly feels like a second home — a safe and loving environment where my daughter is growing and learning every day. I’m so grateful to the entire team at The Learning Experience in Basking Ridge for making this transition so positive for both me and my baby. Highly recommend this center to any parent looking for a nurturing, professional, and joyful place for their child!

I have nothing but positive things to say about TLE Sunrise in the 9 months my daughter has been there. They have been nothing but attentive, accommodating, and nurturing to my daughter. Ms. Daniela in the front office is the best, she is helpful and knowledgeable and understanding. I would not want my daughter going anywhere else!

Duny and Angela for the Twaddlers class always love and care for my son. They are both very personable and attentive to my son during the transition from Toddler up to Twaddler. They provide great care and ensure his needs and wants are met.

This school is a 50/10 lol. At first, I was very skeptical about putting my child in daycare because of what I hear or see on the news, but I’m super-duper happy I chose TLE. They have a GREAT reputation all over the world. I was scared to leave my child, took him 1 month to warm up and be himself and now he loves it. I have to give credit to the staff and the best of it all his teacher Ms. Daneel. She is amazing, she treats my child and all the other kids as if they are her own. She comforts, nurtures, is attentive, very patient, and fun. I call her my baby “mommy teacher. "The school is clean, spacious for the kids, and very welcoming. I love it here. The Bubbles and Friends app gives me a peace of mind seeing how my child is engaged with the other kids and Ms. Daneel. She is phenomenal! I can honestly say, I can see a big difference in my child.

We’ve had an amazing experience with The Learning Experience - Basking Ridge for both of our children! Our daughter attended and graduated from TLE, and now my son is thriving in the same nurturing environment. The teachers are caring, attentive, and truly invested in the kids’ growth. The facility is safe, clean, and engaging, and communication with parents is excellent. We’re grateful for TLE and highly recommend it to any family looking for a wonderful early learning center! ??

Highly recommended! We tried this facility for our toddler after a rough patch of child care experience and we cannot be more grateful for the love, support and care they are providing. My child is now thriving and is always super excited to go to school. Very clean property with light filled classrooms, well equipped playground, safety gears in place with very responsible management and loving teachers. We are very happy TLE family!

TLE is perfect for working parents! They have convenient hours which make drop-offs and pick-ups stress-free. The class sizes are small and the teachers do a great job at keeping the kids engaged in educational activities. We love getting daily activity pictures through the app. The monthly Parents’ Night Out is a highlight, giving us time for a date night while the kids enjoy a fun pajama party. The lunch program is a lifesaver. One less thing to think about. Highly recommend - the staff really care about the kids.

I recently joined the TLE family here at the Basking Ridge location and my family and I love it. My little one is doing amazing so far and the staff is very friendly and makes it feel like you are family. I love the attention to detail curated in TLE through updates and events and can’t wait to experience more!

My kid loves going to TLE. He has learnt and grown a lot in the past few months. The teacher does a great job in nurturing and educating kids. The class size is small so kids get good attention. We get daily updates and pictures through the app. They also host so many events for family every few months which are fun to attend with kids. They are only closed 7 days in the year which is great for working parents. Overall, I am happy with the school

Words cannot express how much we loved TLE Basking Ridge. Our son attended from Infant A through Toddlers (and we only left because it was far from our home). He was well cared for, loved, safe. Of course he got sick, all kids get sick in daycare. However, the teachers were so caring, the activities so engaging, and the warmth and love radiated from the staff and management. We would have stayed here forever if we could have.

Only great things to say, and I’m a pretty tough critic… Staff are welcoming, friendly, helpful, transparent, flexible, and hardworking. Having sent my child to two other so-called “elite pre-k thru 8” schools in the area the past several years, TLE has been a breath of fresh air! TLE is bringing out the best in my son when it seems prior schools fell very short. Yes, there is turnover, but where isn’t there these days? (Especially an industry such as childcare). Thanks to all the staff here for transforming my child into a well-behaved kid! He’s also learning a ton in an environment that is not too rigid, nor just filled with “arts and crafts” all day.
