Our daughter started at TLE with Ms. Julie and helped transition her to the TLE curriculum. She is now with Ms. Joee and Ms. Misty and adores them both! Each have created a warm and welcoming environment where kids can learn, play, grow, and truly be themselves. We especially appreciate the patience and kindness they show, even on the busy or challenging days. They’ve taken the time to really get to know our daughter—her personality, her routines, what makes her laugh, and what helps her feel better when she’s having a tough moment. As a parent, there’s such a sense of comfort and relief in knowing your child is with teachers who genuinely care about them as an individual, not just as another child in their care. My daughter loves the staff (a special shoutout to Mr. Dante and Ms. AJ), and the facilities are always clean and well maintained. We also love that lunch and snacks are included. Coming from Lightbridge Academy, we’ve found the curriculum at TLE to be more structured and a better fit for our daughter. We also really appreciate the diversity, which was something we were specifically looking for. He is always so happy when I pick him up and I can tell he genuinely loves it there. His teacher, Ms. Liz, is the sweetest and truly amazing! I feel like he learns something new every day and I am so impressed with how much he has already learned. The photos and recap they give you on their day is such a nice touch and gives you a glimpse into their day. I was very skeptical and nervous about sending my daughter to daycare, but the staff made the transition so much easier for me. They have been incredibly loving, attentive, caring, and dedicated not just to my daughter, but to all of the kids I’ve seen. The daycare is clean, organized, and the communication with parents is always on point. I truly appreciate how much they keep me informed and how comfortable they make me feel knowing my daughter is in good hands.My daughter is in the twaddler room, and she has three amazing teachers who I absolutely adore. You can tell that they genuinely care about the children and treat them with so much love and patience. It means everything to me as a parent to know that when I’m not with my daughter, she is somewhere safe, loved, cared for, and happy. Ms Zoila made my daughter feel comfortable very quickly. Ms Vanessa has been so sweet and affectionate with my daughter, and my daughter wasn’t afraid to show her full personality in her class. From doing the tour, to signing up, and finally getting our son started, the whole process has been very smooth and easy. During the tour, we were able to meet his potential teacher, see his classroom, and even get a chance to see some of the friends he would be spending his days with. That really helped us feel more comfortable and confident about getting him started. From the beginning, Ms. Amanda and all of the staff have been so welcoming and helpful. She's so loving, caring and affectionate with my daughter and treats like her own child. She tends to her needs and make sure she feels ultra special. She also communicates with us, the parents regularly and give us updates about our daughter's day and activities. She really goes above and beyond to give my daughter the best preschool experience possible. The center is very clean and neat. In just over a year, we have watched her grow so much, not only in what she has learned, but also in her confidence, independence, and personality. As a new parent, leaving your baby in someone else’s care can be a little nerve-racking, but the staff have made the transition so much easier for us. From the very beginning, everyone has been warm, welcoming, and caring, and we feel confident knowing that our baby is in such good hands. Maia Davis2 October 2026My baby has been going here since February of 2026 when she was only 6 weeks old. She is now 9 months old and has flourished in her classroom. Her current teachers Kristen, Stacy, and Maddie have been amazing. My daughter had kind of struggled to eat and they never gave up on her they continued to try to feed her even with the constant switch in her schedule. My daughter has learned so much and is always encouraged by her teachers when learning new skills. N Gendron2 October 2026What an amazing experience it has been for our family at TLE. As new parents it was difficult to drop our two month old off everyday. Very quickly, between the Bubbles App, and the attentiveness of the teachers that worry went away. The onboarding was welcoming with Mrs. Staci walking us through every step and ensuring that every question we had was answered. We were comforted knowing that every question we had, had already been asnwered a million times prior from other families. Everyday we are greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. The sign in system feels great and the facility seems secure and safe for our little one. This feeling of being welcomed is present no matter who is sitting at the front desk. We next get the opportunity to meet our teachers. I have to give a major shoutout to Mrs. Karina, Ms Tyna, and Ms Leah. These ladies have all the answers, and are always taking care of our little one. Each day we drop our daughter off, they are excited to see her and show how much they care as we overcome the baby struggles as a team. It truly feels as though I am leaving my daughter in the hands of family and not a stranger. They knowledge goes far beyond the classroom with also providing tips and guidance to improve our lives at home. When we speak with the teachers they talk about the future and how they can't wait to see our daughter through the years at TLE and not just focusing on the day. I couldn't be more happy with our decision to use TLE and leave our little one in the best hands. TLE is also conmsistently planning events and doing special days to keep the families involved, even outside of normal school hours. Though I mentioned specific teachers above, it should be noted that there is not a day that I bring my daughter or pick her up from TLE that every staff member is not saying hello or goodbye to me and my daughter and calling her by name. They constantly put updates on the portal and do so many crafts and activities with him. My husband and I were out for dinner & my son started signaling "more" in sign language! We didnt even know they were teaching him that and that just shows how amazing they are. My son is learning so much and having so much fun at school. The staff are so welcoming and remember everybody by name, making you feel at home from the first moment you step inside. During my tour experience, the children were running up to the director conducting the tour, showing excitement and affection towards her, which was not replicated in any other place I toured. I cannot say more wonderful things about my experience with The Learning Experience in Paramus. My little one started at 10 months old and in just a short time, has bonded with the staff and has been so happy. Knowing how genuinely they care for our kids gives us so much peace of mind. As for the random 1-star reviews about towing, honestly? Thank goodness for it. The surrounding area gets so busy, and people constantly ignore pedestrians when walking to pick up their kids. This team doesn't deserve any backlash for keeping the lot orderly and safe, because strict parking is entirely necessary. The teachers in the infant room specifically are warm and lovely! It immediately felt like the right place for our two-year-old, and now that she’s been going every day, we’re even more confident that we made the right choice. Before starting at TLE, our daughter had never been in daycare or away from us like this, so this was a HUGE transition—not only for her, but definitely for me too. From day one, the patience, communication, and constant updates from the staff were so reassuring. They understood how hard those first days were and never made me feel silly for worrying or checking in. Through all of my mom tears, they supported not only my daughter as she adjusted, but me too. As a mom, there is nothing more comforting than knowing your child is somewhere she is genuinely cared for. We love getting updates and pictures throughout the day, we’re always greeted with smiles when we walk through the door, and you can truly feel how much the staff cares. What stands out the most is the relationships they build with each child. They know their personalities, their routines, what makes them happy, and what they need—and that kind of care means everything when you’re trusting someone else with your baby every day. Watching our daughter become comfortable, excited to go to school, and build relationships with her teachers has made this transition so much easier than I ever expected. We are incredibly thankful we trusted that feeling we had during our first tour and chose TLE. Finding a school where you feel completely comfortable leaving your girls and know they’re being loved, cared for, and supported means so much, and that’s exactly how we feel here. Candace, the Director, is just the best, and we are so grateful for her! She makes such a difference, and you can tell how much she genuinely cares about the kids and families. All of the teachers have been amazing, and it’s so special to see the relationships they build with the kids and how much love and attention they give them. One of the biggest things for us has been seeing the difference in our girls since starting at TLE. Choosing The Learning Experience in Massapequa for my son has been the absolute best decision I could have made. From day one, his teacher Ms. Bella, has made him feel so welcome, safe, and excited to go to school. His transition to school could have been a lot more difficult without her. On the days he gets upset when I leave, she gives him a really big hug, and I am able to leave at that point knowing he's in wonderful hands. The Director Amy, and Assistant Director Charlize, are always so warm, approachable, and hands-on… which makes the whole school feel like a true community. I love seeing the balance of structured learning—from early literacy and hands-on activities to interactive smartboard lessons—with plenty of sensory play, arts and crafts, and outdoor fun. You can truly tell how much the staff cares about every single child. But then I found The Learning Experience — Lutz, and I’m so thankful we did! Of course, there was an adjustment period, but I truly cannot say enough good things about the teachers in the Twaddlers room and the front office staff. We have felt welcomed and cared for since day one. My son LITERALLY says, “No, stay!” whenever I get there to pick him up because he doesn’t want to leave. 😂 They’ve even been helping us break the paci habit (with our approval, of course!), and they have been nothing but patient, supportive, and incredible with him. However, we have continued to be wowed and very pleased with everything this center has to offer. Our son is thriving, connecting well with his teachers and loves being with the other babies. You can tell that every teacher, director, etc. truly cares for every student they enroll. They know everyone by name, and take the time to really understand each little one’s different personalities and quirks. They have truly been a lifeline for our family, I feel so at peace knowing my son is loved just as much at TLE as he is at home! I have an infant who started attending this facility recently and it has been good so far. The teachers are super friendly and enthusiastic. They are also efficient in tracking baby’s activities (feedings, diaper change, classroom activities). The administration is also very nice and responsive to all feedback/issues. Staff is always available to pick up your call with any concerns/updates of your child throughout the day. The facilities (classroom, toys, crib sheets) look clean, and the building and area are secure. She makes every single morning feel like a fresh start. She leads with such kindness and a true heart. She makes us feel supported and empowered. The director Ms Sheyanne immediately showed so much interest in him, picking him up and showing us around the classrooms and outside. They maintained excellent communication with us until he officially started three months later. His first week was absolutely amazing! His teachers are so nice and understanding, and the entire staff is incredible including Ms rosemary and ms morgan! Everyone greets you warmly, making you feel right at home. My son is having a ball and having so much fun. He is already speaking more ! He started off crying a little bit at first which is completely normal since he is still only one but I wouldn't trade this experience for anything, his drop offs are so much easier now! As a first-time mom, I'm learning on the job, and TLC has been one of my greatest assets. The teachers know my daughter, her schedule, and her likes and dislikes, and they've helped both of us navigate every transition with confidence. Almost every day she comes home with a new or stronger skill. I can't say enough good things about Ms. Alex and Ms. Kim in the infant room. They are the sweetest people, and you can genuinely see how much they love each child. Dropping my daughter off feels like leaving her with family. I'll admit I often linger at drop-off and pick-up just because I enjoy hanging out with them! Courtney and Pam at the front desk are amazing too. I had contacted other schools in the area, but none of those conversations compared. Maylen was warm, polished, professional, and made me want to learn more than just pricing. After our call, I visited the website and loved seeing the vibrant environment and thoughtful program. Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciate how the staff takes the time to know not only our son’s name, but ours as well. Everyone we’ve interacted with has been knowledgeable, caring, and genuinely invested in the children. One of the things that has impressed us most is just how much our son has learned since being here. We can see the difference at home in the things he knows, the new skills he picks up, and how much he is growing and developing. It’s clear that his teachers aren’t simply watching the children throughout the day—they are actively teaching, engaging, and helping them learn. I especially want to recognize our son’s morning teacher, Allison. She has been absolutely wonderful. She is incredibly attentive and interactive with the kids, easy to talk to, and always willing to answer questions or share advice. Mrs.Hassel and everyone in the 2 yr old class has been amazing. Our son has grown so much, gotten off the chewpie, talking more, using his sign language to communicate. Plays better in a group. The 4 yr old class we have had some teacher changes but overall my shy 4 yr old has opened up, made friends, looks forward to going to school. Eats better and can he is more functionally independent with his daily tasks. Overall would recommend TLC, cost is a little high but I feel like it’s not over priced. They are knowledgeable and great with the kids. You can tell they love their jobs. This was something we were lacking at our previous daycare. A few weeks ago, the area had a few bad thunderstorms. One in particular set off the tornado sirens and a warning was issued. My daughter is typically very afraid of thunderstorms, and I remember how scary storms at school were for me when I was young. Because I work right across the street, I rushed over there to make sure she was alright. When I arrived, the students were taking shelter in the safe areas of the building and the teachers were reading to them. Not a single student was afraid, they were playing and having fun. It was like a shelter in place party! This really stood out to me, knowing that my daughter and the rest of the students felt safe and comfortable regardless of what was going on outside. Since then, my daughter has started GSRP. We are equally impressed with her new classroom as we were with her last. My daughter wakes up in the morning so excited to learn and play. She is already learning so much, and comes home each day with a new story about what she learned/did that day. We look forward to the rest of the year! meredith30 September 2026we’re fairly new here and i really like it! i chose it over many other daycares because other daycares were too hot and smelt like pee but NOT this one! staff is very friendly and welcoming, even on the phone there’s no attitude with Ms. Tristan, Niki or Staci. if there are any issues, they are willing to work with you, they really do try to earn and keep your trust. they also are great with communication and community building. now more on the teachers.. Ms. Lisa and Bre are so fun and kind, i can tell they do a great job watching, teaching and entertaining. I appreciate the updates and picture throughout the day. My 14 year old daughter used to go there when she was younger and I loved it. Now my 8 month old son is going there and he is learning so much and loves his teachers. Alex Dalton29 September 2026Apologies in advance for the long review, but when it comes to where you send your kids every day, I think it’s worth more than just saying “great place, 5 stars.” I’ve now sent both of my kids here. My oldest, who is now in 1st grade, went here for years, and we originally started our youngest here as well. When we moved to Kyle, we decided to switch daycares to be closer to home. After about a year of trying other places, we came back. We still live in Kyle, and we willingly make the drive to Buda every day because it’s worth it. Trusting someone with your kids is a huge deal. We tried two other daycares in Kyle. One was actually more expensive, but it just felt like it had no character or life to it. We tried another because they offered after-school care for our oldest, which was convenient for our family. But our youngest hated going. He would constantly talk about how the teachers were “mean” to him. Now, he’s 3 years old, so what exactly does “mean” mean to a 3-year-old? I don’t know. What I do know is that since coming back to TLE, drop-offs are easier, he’s happier, and we don’t hear those things anymore. So take it from a family that has actually left, tried other daycares, and then chose to come back despite living farther away: this is the place I trust with my kids. As a business owner, another thing I naturally pay attention to is employee turnover. Every business has turnover, but when you constantly see new faces, you start wondering why. There are teachers at TLE who have been here since we first started coming five years ago, and I’m sure some were here long before that. That says a lot to me. The director, Ms. Stephanie, the owners, and the teachers—everyone is pleasant and welcoming. The owners are extremely involved, they talk to the parents, and they’ve created a real sense of community. Most importantly, you can tell they genuinely care about the kids. It feels like more than just a business to them, and that is becoming harder and harder to find. I trust them fully with my children. If we ever had another kid, I’d send them here too—but after surviving two kids, TLE is great, but not even they’re good enough to convince me to make a third one. 😂 Seriously, send your kids here. The staff is by far one of the best I’ve seen in child care programs. They are all caring, loving and so hands on with each individual child; the environment feels like family. From the first call to now, the staff and teachers have been incredibly warm, positive, and kind. I sincerely appreciate how much the teachers genuinely care for and love our little girl. They greet her with big smiles, snuggle her, and pay attention to how she's doing and feeling. I'm amazed at all of the activities like reading, art, object exploration, etc. they do for/with her and her classmates! Not only did Ms. Crystal console me when I cried after dropping him off, but by the end of the week, my son was asking to go to “school” because his teacher and Ms. Crystal made him so comfortable. He loves it there! He comes home talking about school, singing TLE songs, and says his favorite thing to do is “happy dance”. After my tour, I thought “there is no way these staff members are as happy and fun as they appeared during the tour. It has to be fake, or just for show for the parents” ABSOLUTELY NOT! My so has been there for a few months now and every time I walk in, there is excitement in everyone’s voices. They recognize family members after just one visit. It’s like they have kindness super powers. I could write a book about how TLE has removed so much stress about daycare. They send pictures of my son’s activities during the day and let me know what he is working on. AND, they’ve started potty training…which my son was refusing at home. Amazing experience overall! Especially because my son is VERYYYYY hyper at home I was worried he’d be too much. I however, have not had an issue whatsoever in any category here. The price is very reasonable compared to all the other daycares I had looked into before putting my son into this one. The teachers here are awesome as well. I love my kids teachers 🩷🫶🏻 they’re very sweet and on top of everything. From diaper changing, to updating the on the app, to my personal fav getting pictures of him throughout the day. My oldest can be quite the handful, but all the staff and teachers have accepted him and help him through his big feelings, and he has shown great improvements in his behavior while attending here. We absolutely love everyone from management to the teachers to the cook! The teachers are so loving and patient with the babies, and you can truly tell how much they care about each child. They keep us updated throughout the day, which I love. The classroom is clean, welcoming, and provides a safe environment. I love the locked entry way. Not only the first door is locked but the second one to lead into the hallway to the main classrooms are locked and you can’t get in without a key. We feel so comfortable knowing the teachers are following our schedule and updates it every month. One of the things we appreciate most is the curriculum and how much our child is learning each day. The teachers make learning fun and engaging while helping the children build important skills they will need for kindergarten. We have seen so much growth in our child, especially with recognizing letters and numbers, writing, communication, and becoming more independent. I also love that the children get to participate in hands-on activities, art, music, and other learning experiences instead of just sitting at a table all day. He recently transitioned into their GSRP classroom and I have seen a lot of growth in learning his letters and counting. Every night he asks to see the pictures that the teachers posted of him on the parent app and loves to give me explanations of the projects or activities that they completed that day. They regularly hold after hour activities for families (my son's favorite being the yearly trunk-or-treat for Halloween) and contribute to community events in our city. First, the center is led by awesome leaders who show a genuine passion for making this a wonderful place to be. They maintain incredibly high standards for themselves and the teachers they hire. Arnold and Sasha have been absolutely instrumental in guiding us through the transition, making a stressful move feel completely manageable. Second, the teachers are amazing. They are fully engaged and clearly have a deep heart for this work. It’s wonderful to see how much they love the kids, including all of their unique quirks and allergies. In our first week, we’ve received nothing but positive reports and pure enthusiasm from our kids about going back the next day. Our 3-month-old is always smiling in the photos we receive and is constantly being loved on. Finally, the technology and overall efficiency of the program are unmatched. We transitioned from a facility that felt like an open-air prison—where the teachers barely kept the kids alive—to a robust, full-learning curriculum that keeps our soon-to-be preschooler completely engaged and learning. As a military family, our options often feel limited when looking for quality childcare, but this place has been an absolute Godsend for the time we are stationed here. They are the absolute best; I've been through 3 other well-known programs in the area, and TLE blows them out of the water. They have a true curriculum where my son comes home with workbooks each month tracking the progress. He is in the infants class and I can’t express how much I love him being in there. The staff are always updating me on everything through the app so I know when he had a diaper change, when he last ate and how much he ate, when he napped and when he woke up, etc etc. I also get so many pictures of my baby enjoying himself and socializing with other babies in the classroom. I would also like to talk about the safety and cleanliness of the infants class as well. It is extremely clean in there and always smells like someone seriously took their time to wipe everything down and sanitize every toy. They also have curriculums for the babies and have them do activities as well to keep them occupied while also learning how to do things, including learning about independence. Neil White25 September 2026In 2021 we moved to Florida from Kentucky to a place near The Learning Experience. We were fortunate that we could get our son, who was 8 months old at the time, in right away. He enjoyed every single day he was there until almost the age of 6 when he transitioned to Kindergarten. They do such a fantastic job of building a community at the day care center with activities, celebrations, and more importantly preparing your child for their transition to Kindergarten. Having him in Kindergarten now, we can see the VPK education provided really gave him a head start in his class today. Additionally, we have heard comments complimenting his ability to communicate his emotions which I credit to the wonderful teachers at TLE. We didn’t realize at the time how lucky we were to have found such a wonderful place, and more importantly wonderful people. It just so happened that Ms. Kortney transitioned from class to class as our son got older and you cannot find a more fantastic person to help your child grow. You can tell they have such a great relationship together and that our son was/is in great hands. Every morning when my daughter and I walk in usually either Shayna or Cynthia are up front and they always act so happy to see my daughter. And in turn my daughter absolutely adores them!! As a parent who was completely new to daycare, I was understandably nervous about the transition, especially because my children had never been in a daycare setting before. The adjustment was challenging at first, but the staff went above and beyond to help make the transition as smooth and comfortable as possible for our family. From the moment we walk through the doors each day, we are greeted so warmly and genuinely feel like part of the TLE family. The teachers and staff have been incredibly caring, patient, and supportive, and it is obvious that they truly want each child to feel safe, loved, and successful. My boys Ace and Milo are thriving developmentally, learning so much, and continuing to grow in ways that make me so proud. I really appreciate that the programs are focused not only on keeping the children engaged and having fun, but also on helping them learn, develop new skills, and excel. As a busy working parent, being able to get my children ready in the morning and bring them straight to school without having to pack food every day makes such a difference. Stephanie Gillespie24 September 2026I previously had my child at another daycare ( a very popular one I might add) and it was awful I remember crying because they left my baby on his stomach and face to the point that he broke out in rashes, I remember seeing a teacher throw his stuffy on his stomach while he was crying and walk away I can’t say how many bad experiences I had there. I was reluctant when I went to put my baby into the learning experience and was I wrong! The ladies at the north haledon learning experience are the most loving and caring women. They treat your child like there own with hugs and cuddles to just holding them when they’re sad and giving them that love that they don’t have when there parents aren’t there. I wish I knew every persons name there cause I would call them out for being amazing but my son’s teacher Miss Felicity is the sweetest most caring towards my son I can’t even put it into words. The management and front desk Steph and Victoria are wonderful. There are a few younger girls that I don’t know there name I apologize but are in the class with my son in the afternoons and they are the sweetest! And another woman in the front early in the morning who has a smile on her face even when it looks chaotic. Again I wish I knew everyone’s name cause everyone deserves recognition for being so amazing. Every morning at drop off everyone greets us by name a big smile on their face. The infant room is the perfect safe space for our baby; Ms. Maria and Ms. Jennifer are the perfect team. They are coordinated and organized knowing exactly when every baby needs a bottle, a diaper, or just a cuddle. Not only do I know that my babies needs are met but Maria and Jennifer very clearly also care deeply for him. Everyday my baby is excited and happy to be dropped off, a giant smile and a big hug for Ms Maria and at the end of the day that same gummy smile and a wave for Ms Jennifer. Most recently, our child thrived in the structured yet loving environment of Miss Monica's classroom. The warmth and kindness I experienced from the beginning truly set the tone for what has become such a wonderful experience for both my son and me. Since day one, we have felt like a part of TLE Jacksonville Rivercity family—not simply another family enrolled in child care. The staff and management have created an environment where my son feels welcomed and excited to learn. I am especially grateful for how understanding and compassionate the management team was when I misunderstood a portion of the enrollment agreement regarding tuition. Rather than making me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable, the management team listened, showed genuine understanding. That experience meant so much to me because it demonstrated that they truly care about the families they serve and understand that life happens. Most importantly, I can see the happiness in my son. Every day when I pick him up, he leaves the center greeting me with a smile on his face. On our drive home, when asked, he excitedly tells me about what he learned that day and talks about his “friends,” referring to his classmates. As a mother, there is no greater reassurance than seeing your child genuinely happy about where they spend their day. I can truly tell that my son likes TLE Jacksonville Rivercity, the teachers, his friends, and the environment they have created for him. That peace of mind is priceless. They are inviting with their warmth, concerns, and communication. I have seen such growth in my child from infancy to 3 1/2 years old. She has literally shocked me when she counted to 10 in Spanish. I was unaware she was being taught Spanish in preschool. She also was communicating in sign language. The school surpassed my expectations. Each classroom is kept clean, and is a welcoming facility.,I love reviewing the highlights via the Bubby app seeing what my child learn that day. My son has been a student in the infant room and now he's in the toddler room and we honestly can't say enough amazing things about his teachers. My kid loves going to school and says she’s a teacher when she gets home and starts her own circle time. She has made lots of friends and just talks up a storm! Her speech really developed after being around her peers with larger vocabularies. Both of my children have had wonderful experiences there, and I have always felt confident knowing they were in good hands. My daughter started at TLE when she was just 1 and recently left to attend VPK at the same school she will attend for kindergarten. She recently tested above average nationally for children her age, and I truly believe the strong foundation TLE gave her played a huge role in preparing her for that next step. I especially want to give a huge shout-out to Ms. Kortney, who was her teacher most recently. She did such an incredible job preparing my daughter academically and helping her develop the skills and confidence she needed to be successful. Seeing how well she performed on her recent testing made me especially grateful for all the time, patience, and effort Ms. Kortney put into teaching her. It was so rewarding to see the foundation she helped build reflected in those results. My daughter also had Ms. Kate before Ms. Kortney, and both teachers were amazing — not only in teaching her, but in creating such a loving and supportive environment where she could learn, grow, and thrive. We are so grateful for both of them and everything they poured into her during those important early years. My son started at TLE when he was just 12 weeks old and is about to turn 2! He was first in the infant room with Ms. Karina, who was absolutely wonderful with him. She loved and cared for him so well during those first months, and we always felt that he was in such good hands with her. As he got older, he was with Ms. Maria and Ms. Heidi, and I truly cannot say enough good things about them. They were absolutely wonderful with him and became such an important part of his little world. They were so loving, patient, attentive, and genuinely cared about him. You could tell that he felt safe, comfortable, and loved in their classroom, and that means everything to a parent. My son absolutely adores them. He will literally run down the hallway to give Ms. Maria or Ms. Heidi a hug whenever he sees them, which says more than I ever could about the bond they built with him. Watching him get so excited to see them and knowing how happy he was in their care gave me so much peace of mind while I was at work. We will always be incredibly grateful for the love and care they gave him during such an important stage of his life. He recently moved classrooms and is also doing wonderfully with Ms. Luisa, who has been great with him as he adjusts to the transition. As a parent, I never have to worry about whether my kids are safe, cared for, loved, and learning while they are at TLE. That peace of mind means so much to us. She is truly exceptional—bilingual, attentive, patient, nurturing, and always willing to go the extra mile for her students. You can genuinely see how much she cares for the children. As a bilingual family, we especially appreciate how she communicates with us and supports our child’s language development. From the moment we walked in, we could tell this was more than just a daycare—it truly feels like a school where children are learning, growing, and being cared for every day. The teachers are so warm and attentive, and you can tell they genuinely care about the children. I especially love how much emphasis they put on learning through the curriculum while still making everything fun and age-appropriate. Making the switch to a center-based program was something we were honestly nervous about. One of our biggest concerns was meals being that our child is so picky. We wanted to make sure our child would not only be offered good, nutritious meals, but would actually enjoy eating them. TLE Naperville did not disappoint! Knowing that our child is getting balanced meals makes such a difference and gives us one less thing to worry about. The curriculum is so fun and unique: they have characters for everything which is cool because i feel like it helps our child retain a lot of what he is learning. The teachers and staff are incredibly loving, attentive, and welcoming, which made the transition so much easier than we expected. We also get to communicate through their Bubbles and Friends app. We get updates throughout the day and the pictures are nice to look at. Our daughter attended aftercare there for two years, and our son was there from about 9 months to 18 months old, up until our family moved away. Throughout all those years, the teachers and staff were consistently loving, caring, and reliable. We always felt that our children were genuinely cared for and that the team knew them well as individuals. What we especially appreciated was how approachable and responsive the staff were. Whenever we had a question or concern, they were always ready to listen, discuss it openly, and address it thoughtfully. Probably the best proof of how much we trust them: even after moving away, we still choose TLE Hoboken for backup care when school is closed, despite it being about a 40-minute drive each way. Each classroom is well sized and well equipped with furniture and materials/toys that are great for enhancing learning. It is always impeccably clean and bright. The teachers are so knowledgable and friendly and you can tell they really care about each child. The front office staff are helpful and approachable and the director is fantastic and very professional. If I didn't live so far from it, I'd enroll my own child here in a heartbeat. We were very nervous to leave her previous daycare as they were really great with her as a baby, but due to a change in my employment TLE was much more convenient. After doing some research, they appeared to have a great curriculum and a clean facility with COVID protocols in place to keep the little ones protected. TLE has not only met, but has EXCEEDED my expectations when it comes to quality child care. My daughter is so excited to attend everyday so that she can see "Bubbles" and loves all of her teachers so much. Ms. Faye, Ms. Kelli & Ms. Amber are AMAZING -- they are very responsive to any of my questions and are always sure to reach out to me with any concerns or changes they notice in my child's behavior. I never have to worry about my daughter while she is there because I know she is in great care. I never have to worry about my kids being in an unclean environment when I send them to school, especially during the uncertain times of this pandemic. My children have also learned so much during their time at TLE and have blossomed tremendously. As an educator, it is very important for my children to be in an environment where their skills are acknowledged and they are encouraged to create, explore, learn, and grow. TLE does that every day. I love this daycare however and it's been a great transition because the teachers are amazing and I love the option with their app. Although this center doesn't offer a live streaming type option, you can still get updates throughout the day via their app (diaper changes, feeding, etc) and sometimes even pictures. Not only is it a beautiful space for children to learn and being happy while doing so, but the staff really cares about you and makes you feel comfortable when leaving your child here. When it comes to teaching, this staff knows what they are doing. They have a curriculum that is best in class. Everyday our child learns something new and exciting to share with us. Your child really is given the best start when learning is made fun. The staff is also extremely personable. They are all so kind and caring. It is very reassuring when you are leaving your most precious cargo in the hands of caregivers that you trust to care for them as you would. They really go the extra mile to deliver a world class experience for your child. The facility is also impeccably cleaned routinely. Honestly, it's one of the cleanest and most organized facilities you will ever see. The Learning Center also utilizes the best security technology to ensure your child's safety. There is also always someone to greet you at the front with a smile. We are now two months in and we are so happy. The facility is brand new and super clean. The staff is so friendly and loving, and make you feel very comfortable dropping your kid off everyday.
