We love TLE Charlotte2, and our kids could not be happier than they've been there. I have two, soon to be three children at this center. The staff are so friendly and professional. It's a bright and clean facility, and my kids have done wonderfully there. They've been incredibly accommodating with one of my child's special needs, and we are so grateful. I'd recommend them to anyone!

We came to TLE on the recommendation of a co-worker and friend. She loved and raved about TLE. After checking out a few centers, it became blatantly obvious why she raved. THEY ARE THE BEST. We jumped on the waiting list and eagerly awaited the arrival of our first child, a daughter. When we were starting daycare, they were able to accommodate me having to go back to work three weeks early at their neighboring facility in Tega Cay until a spot opened up in Ballantyne. Two weeks later, we were in! Addy loves her classroom and her teachers, she always comes home happy and well cared for. The facility is sparkling clean and the teachers truly look like they love their jobs and the kids. TLE is so amazing and the app is amazing! I love being able to follow along with her day and receive pictures about what she's learning about. I could not be happier!

My son has moved onto elementary school now but still talks about all the fun times he had at TLE. My daughter is excited to go to school everyday. It is a great feeling to be able to drop your child off and free confident that they are safe and are having a fun filled day of learning. Both of my children have learned so much at their time at TLE and we could not be happier

We moved to the area when my oldest daughter was about to turn 4. She was very shy and had a hard time getting adjusted to new places and people. I remember dropping her off her first day and thinking she was going to have a hard time. I learned that afternoon it was going to be a great fit. She had a great day and was so excited to tell me all about her new class, especially her teachers. All the teachers she has had here have been so loving and kind. She truly loves them and it's obvious they care about the children they teach. The warm and friendly staff and environment helps to know I'm leaving then in the right hands everyday.

Our son attends TLE 2 in Charlotte, NC and we couldn't be more pleased with the care he receives. He has been going here since he was 3 months old and he thrives and learns so much. It is reassuring to know we are leaving our son in great hands while we are at work. We love the learning and development atmosphere that TLE provides. He loves to go to "School" each day!

I just wanted to write you to let you know how much Laurie and I appreciate everything TLE has done for Parker since he came in March 2014. Everyone has been so welcoming to him and to us and you have been as accommodating as possible to any request we have had. All of his therapists have noted how TLE is the best daycare they have been to and that the teachers are so willing and eager to learn what to work on. With that being said, I want to specifically recognize Tamara, Natalie, and Niecee for their amazing work. Each of them love those kids and I see it everyday when I pick Parker up. They seem to have a great chemistry together. Parker has absolutely thrived under their care. He just loves them so much and loves going to "school!" When I pick Parker up from school, usually I get a thorough report from whoever is there, and if there was therapy I get a report from that. They will tell me things they are working on with him and things the therapists have suggested to work on during the week. It's difficult raising one child. I can't imagine how challenging/frustrating/rewarding it must be to raise 6-10! I just want to give credit where credit is due and recognize all of you at TLE for your wonderful work and commitment to our kids. Feel free to use this come employee review/raise time! :)

JJ (and my daughter Evie) attended TLE 2 Charlotte from September 2012 to August 2014. We can't thank the staff and leadership enough for alerting us that JJ was behind on his developmental milestones. They also connected us to the county resources for early intervention. It couldn't have been an easy conversation to broach but because they care so much for their kids we were able to diagnose JJ's autism at 2 yrs old. We are now in the process of giving him the help he needs. My husband and I constantly thank God for bringing us to Charlotte and to TLE 2!!

My 2 daughters attend TLE - Charlotte 2 and we have been incredibly pleased with the care and education they have received. I found it especially difficult to leave my 12 week old for the first time, but Miss Michalene in Infant A has been amazing! She loves the babies tremendously and is incredibly experienced. We feel comfortable knowing both our children are in great and loving hands.

We have been beyond happy with every staff member we ever met at TLE- Charlotte2! Our 2 year old adores his teachers and talks about them all the time. We regularly notice things that he learns while at 'school' and feel that they have a great way of learning through play. The staff is obviously passionate about what they do and their love for the kids truly shows!

We carefully chose TLE because of its promise of a rigorous Pre-K curriculum for our 4 year old and unique, imaginative play-spaces for our 1 year old. Our daughter was more than prepared for Kindergarten both socially and academically. Not only was she advanced into 1st grade reading but she was also nominated by her classmates to win the Hope Award for her positive attitude. Both of these are due to the fantastic TLE teachers for bringing out the best in our daughter and giving her the confidence to express it wherever she goes. Thanks, TLE!

Words can't express how grateful we are for the courage it took the wonderful staff at TLE to tell us our son was not meeting his developmental milestones and offer us the resources to begin the first step in our year long journey towards an official autism diagnosis. Our daughter has been going to TLE since she was 15 months old and is now 3 1/2. We could not be happier about her education there and how she is taken care of. We walk around and there is not an employee who does not know my daughter's name. It is so great to feel like I am dropping Sofia off to family everyday and never have to worry about her the whole day.
