Started my daughter here a few months ago and it’s been amazing. You can tell they really care and Mrs Linda is great. They helped my daughter through bottle refusal and help her sleep during the day even though she fights sleep. Very happy to have my daughter in good hands!

Our son started at TLE when he turned two, and a few months later, our daughter joined at just four months old. From day one, our family has had an incredible experience. From the wonderful ladies at the front —Tiffany, Maddie, and Maggie—to every teacher our children have had along the way, everyone has made them feel welcomed, safe, loved, and heard. The care they provide is exceptional, and the learning environment has exceeded our expectations. It's been amazing to watch both of our children grow and thrive. Communication with families has always been outstanding, and we've always felt informed and supported. We recently had to make the difficult decision to switch to a daycare closer to home since my husband no longer works in the Ballantyne area. It was not a decision we made lightly, and we are truly heartbroken to be leaving. While every teacher has been wonderful, I especially want to recognize my son's current teacher, Ms. Row. She has been absolutely amazing. It's clear that he has developed such a special bond with her, and we know that relationship will be hard to replace. She makes learning exciting, approaches every day with patience and kindness, and manages a classroom full of big personalities with such ease and grace. We are so grateful for the love and care she has shown our son. We could not have asked for a better daycare experience and cannot recommend TLE highly enough. We are hopeful they'll open a location closer to us one day so our family can be part of the TLE community again!

We love TLE Ballantyne! I registered my daughter when she was 2.5 years old, having kept her home until then. I initially had her registered part time, so I could keep her home for a couple days. However, she loved it so much and really thrived, and I ended up enrolling her full-time! She has become so confident, improved her social skills, and even become a leader in the classroom! I love the curriculum and am so impressed with all the classroom activities. I really also appreciate all the safety procedures that are put into place to protect all the kids. The teachers and staff are all so wonderful, kind, and patient. I would definitely recommend this center!

We have had such a wonderful experience here! Cam has been attending since he was a baby and is now about to start kindergarten. We’re so grateful for all of the love and care he's received over the years from TLE. A special thank you to Maddie, who has been such an important part of his journey since the beginning. We truly appreciate the bond she built with him and the care she has always shown him. Thank you also to his amazing teachers, Erika and Mousumi, for helping him learn, grow, and thrive. The learning experience has been a great one for our daughter. This was her first traditional daycare setting and we are grateful for all of the nurturing teachers and staff. She created a bond with all of her teachers (special shoutout to Ms. Shante, Ms. Rekha, Ms. Roe and Ms. Angela) and learned so much as she came out of her shell. Two of my top pros about this center are communication and interaction. There is always something going to engage families and they made sure you were kept abreast of your child’s daily activities and any updates on the center. Our little guy joined the infant class with Miss Rina and Miss Linda at 3 months old. Both teachers have made this transition as easy as possible for both myself, my husband and our baby. Knowing he is in their care, gives us peace of mind when we can’t be with him. Their attention to detail is incredible! They ensure he gets bottles on time, interactive play, comfort when needed and share timely updates in our app so I know how he is doing. We are grateful to these ladies and the entire TLE Ballantyne team.

As a sole parent, finding a daycare where I truly feel my son is safe, supported, and genuinely cared for has meant everything and I can confidently say we’ve found that here. Since starting, I’ve seen such meaningful growth in his development. Not just academically, but emotionally and socially as well. He’s more confident, more expressive, and genuinely excited to go each day, which speaks volumes. His teacher has been absolutely incredible. She is patient, attentive, and truly understands his individual needs. It’s clear she goes above and beyond to make sure he feels seen, supported, and encouraged every single day. As a parent, that kind of care and intentionality is priceless. We’ve also had a wonderful experience with the speech therapist. The progress my son has made with their support has been amazing to watch. They’ve created such a positive and engaging environment for him to grow, and I’m so grateful for the role they’ve played in his development. I’m beyond thankful for the impact TLE has had on my son’s growth and on our lives as a whole. My granddaughter started here when she was just 10 weeks old, and now she is happily growing and learning in the preschool program. As a parent of my 3-year-old daughter, Litisha, I am very happy with the care and learning environment at this school. We have been absolutely thrilled with enrolling our daughter at TLE Ballantyne! As first time parents, we knew very little about what to look for in a daycare; we just wanted to find whatever the "right one" was. We toured a couple before meeting with the TLE team, and we were thrilled with everything they had to offer; bright colors, music was playing, even animal characters that each teach children a subject. The team was incredibly welcoming and thrilled to enroll our daughter. Since attending TLE, we have been overjoyed with our daughter's progress. She now plays with other kids, laughs until she makes everyone else laugh, has learned sign language that even we didn't think of, and has truly come out of her shell. Her teachers, Ms. Yesmeli and Ms. Deva, have been so incredibly kind to our daughter. Even seeing them work with kids before we step into their room, it's clear that they put so much love and work into what they do. Even the front office staff, Tiffany, Maddie, and Maggie greet her and say goodbye, calling her by name. Every day we drop her off and pick her up, we are so relieved to see our daughter play and learn at TLE. For any parent that needs a sign or recommendation for their child's daycare, let this be it. TLE Ballantyne has earned it.

My son has been attending TLE since last September. Change is difficult for him, but his teachers have been so patient and supportive of him, he now really enjoys going to daycare. He’s also made a huge improvement with potty training. I am super grateful for Ms. Daecha and Ms. Ankita they are the best!

Miss Rina, Miss Linda, and Miss Kearsten are the best teachers for my baby. They are so patient and understanding at drop off and I am so grateful for how much they know and care about my daughter. They treat her like family, and I couldn’t be more grateful and thankful. I trust them, value them, and appreciate their kindness and expertise!

As a single parent, choosing a daycare was one of the most important and emotional decisions I’ve had to make—and I can honestly say finding this TLE-Ballantyne has been one of the best things that’s happened for both me and my child. When I went to move him from a daycare that was not the right fit back in the fall, I toured several and while they all seemed decent, I was not having a strong pull for any of them. Then on a whim, I decided to schedule a tour with TLE even though I would be giving up a five-minute commute for an hour one, and I will never forget walking out of there in tears because I just felt in my soul that this is where we needed to be. Tiffany, Maggie and Maddie are three of the friendliest people you will ever meet, and we love seeing them every day on our way in and out. From day one, the environment has been warm, structured, and genuinely nurturing. My toddler is excited to go to school every morning, which speaks volumes. The routines, learning activities, structure, and thoughtful care have helped my child grow socially, emotionally, and academically in ways I could visibly see at home in a matter of weeks. He has some medical conditions that require dietary restrictions and therapy services, both of which the school has easily accommodated and supported in a way I have not seen from other schools. Every staff member knows my kiddo and I by name and never fails to greet us with a smile. The real time updates in the app about how his day is going, in addition to the photos posted each day, help me stay apprised of his day while also being reassured that he is 100% taken care of. For the first time, I can fully concentrate on my work because I know that he is safe, loved, cared for, and I will be promptly notified should there be an illness or injury pop up. I would be remised not to mention the incredible experience we have had with my toddler being in Ms. Renee’s class. Ms. Renee, and our experience in her class, is one of the main things that truly sets this school apart. I was very nervous about how my child would handle transitioning schools, classes, routines, and environments, but it was honestly a breeze thanks in large part to Ms. Renee. She is truly incredible at what she does and who she is as a whole—patient, attentive, and deeply in tune with my child’s personality and needs. She has that rare balance of kindness and structure that makes children feel safe, confident, and motivated to learn. It’s clear she doesn’t just “watch” the children—she truly knows them and invests her time and energy into them in a way that I dreamed about but didn’t know actually existed. The way she communicates with me, celebrates milestones, and supports my child’s development makes me feel like we are a team. And while I could go on extensively, no words are needed when you see my little boy’s face light up when she comes around the corner and he sees her, or the way he talks about her on our commute to and from school. As a single parent with very little outside help, that level of trust means everything. Knowing my child is not only safe, but genuinely cared for and understood, gives me peace of mind I can’t put a price on and well worth the additional hours in the car. I would give this school my highest recommendation to any parent looking for a loving, high-quality environment where their child will truly thrive. We are so grateful to be part of this community and to have the TLE-Staff as an essential and incredible part of my family’s village.

I love The Learning Experience for my kid. Maddie at the front desk displays the most energetic kindness i have ever experienced. The teachers are the most amazing regardless of the class my son is in, they are like a well-oiled machine whose communication allows them to just fit in for and with each other without skipping a beat. The diversity, respect, empathy and everything great under the sun, The Learning Experience delivers effortlessly. I'm a 43-year-old dad, so rarely I leave reviews or care to, but this place softened me enough to sit for a min. And give them their flowers. Thank you thank you thank you my son loves the learning experience.

As a first-time parent, choosing your child's care provider can be one of the most difficult decisions you can make; I am so relieved that we decided on The Learning Experience Ballantyne! From the moment we walk in the door, the staff (Tiffany, Maddie and Maggie) greets us warmly and knows our son by name, making drop-off a smooth and reassuring experience. The facility is clean and secure, and nothing is more important than knowing your child is safe and in a well-cared for environment. The app gives me peace of mind, as I love receiving photos and updates on what my child is doing/has done in the day! The activities and curriculum are both engaging and educational. I know that my son is not only learning, but he is happy, loved and supported. His Infant A and B teachers are all so incredibly nurturing, attentive, and communicative! We are so thankful for these wonderful teachers, and it is a true blessing to see our baby thriving and smiling! 

We moved to Fort Mill in the summer of 2024 and were on the lookout for a daycare that could handle our son’s ADHD. After doing some research and making a bunch of calls, we decided on The Learning Experience of Ballantyne. The place is really well-kept and has tons of fun activities to keep the kids busy, all while giving them a solid education. The staff is super welcoming and understanding of our son’s personality. They’ve been great about working with us to see positive results. We’re so happy and grateful to have found TLE — it’s honestly one of the best daycares we’ve sent our son to. He’s made great friends and lots of happy memories there, and we’d definitely recommend it to any parent. A big shout-out and thank you to Ms. Shanta for taking such good care of him, working with him, and setting clear expectations during class. We truly appreciate everything you have done, and you will be greatly missed!

We have had the most incredible experience with The Learning Experience (TLE) Ballantyne over the past several years, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the amazing staff—especially the front desk team who make every drop-off and pick-up feel so warm and welcoming. Our journey with TLE began when my son started attending at age 4. Now 8, he still talks fondly about his time there and how much he learned and grew. He entered kindergarten confident, prepared, and excited—all thanks to the foundation built at TLE. Now, as my daughter approaches her own preschool graduation, I find myself reflecting with so much gratitude on the role TLE has played in our family’s life. One of the greatest blessings throughout our time has been Mrs. Ashley. She has been a constant and a true gift to both of my children. Her care, passion, and dedication to her students shine in everything she does. Mrs. Ashley is not only a phenomenal teacher—she is a big reason why both of our children entered kindergarten thriving and ready to take on the world. Her impact will be felt for years to come. All the teachers are amazing and very caring ! Every class my daughter has been in, my daughter misses the teacher. They play with them, teach them and my daughter being an only child has learn some amazing social skills from being around all the other students . I highly recommend I wish my daughter could stay in this school forever! I also love the app where I am constantly being updated thru out the day on what they are doing, with memos and photos!

All 3 of my kids have attended TLE Ramsey and have had wonderful experiences. Miss Melissa and Miss Merline have taken AMAZING care of my preschooler this year and she has learned so much while in their classroom. She often asks for them on the weekend or when we drive by the building. I know they are in good hands while I'm at work. That's exactly the piece of mind I need each day!

Our son is just now moving up from Infant A to Infant B. We cannot say enough positive things about Miss Irene and Miss Pam in Infant A. They understood any concerns I had and made sure he was always comfortable and happy. It's a terrifying thing leaving an infant with strangers, but they went out of their way to never let us feel that way. There was only one day in several months there that an equipment change made some challenges in that room for the staff and babies, and I worried about how much fun he'd have that day. They knew right away it wasn't going to work, and they had literally corrected the issue by lunchtime. I don't say that to knock the school (you have to try new things sometimes!), but to celebrate how quickly they listened to our concerns and reacted. All of the staff is excellent about listening, understanding, and working with you as a parent and your unique baby. Could not be happier with this choice!!

If my daughter could live at TLE, she would. Ok, I’m kidding but seriously she loves being at school. She started at TLE as a Prepper in Ms. Vicky and Ms. Kristen's class and quickly transitioned to Preschool 1 with Ms. Barbara. The amount of knowledge she has at the age of 3 is mind blowing. All the TLE staff members always go above and beyond to be loving and supportive of my sweet girl. Most importantly, the teachers at TLE provide the nurturing yet structured environment a child needs to grow and learn. My daughter will not leave school without going around giving every one a big hug and asking for a “smelly” scratch and sniff sticker. Seeing how happy she is with everyone there makes me know she’s in the best of hands.

My second child is in Ms. Jeanine's classroom right now, and I couldn't be more excited for him to get there after the experience my first child had! Ms. Jeanine, or "Nene" as the kids call her, is so warm and her energy is palpable the moment you drop off your child with her. She is a fantastic caretaker, but especially at this young age, you really learn how wonderful of a teacher Ms. Jeanine truly is. Both my children have learned so much from her and I look forward to picking up my little one and learning what new things he covered that day--from numbers, shapes, letters, animals--you name it! She also helps the children manage the relationships in the classroom and my child comes home not only talking about Nene but his other friends. After a recent vacation, my son wouldn't stop talking about and asking for Nene, which is all you need to know. Both kids and I look forward to seeing Nene every school day!

My daughter started TLE in Ramsey just four months ago and it feels like we've been going there for years! The staff is so friendly, warm, and welcoming to the parents and little ones. The team also takes the time to coordinate themed events for the little ones which is adorable and appreciated; not something I experienced with my older daughter's daycare. These days, my little one asks to go to school to see her favorite teacher, Miss NeNe. I couldn't ask for anything more!

We have loved our Learning Experience (Ramsey). My daughter, Morgan has always flourished here! As a stay at home mom it was never my intention to send her to school early! I wanted to give her same time, play dates and experiences my son had! However, being born in 2019, threw us for a loop! Covid had taken away those milestones and experiences. There were no play dates to be had, there were no social experiences to be explored. We made a fantastic decision to send her to school early, to let her explore socially and academically. From the minute she arrived she found friends, learned how to NOT have all the attention, create bonds with her peers, teachers and the administration! As Morgan moves on to preschool, fully ready for the task ahead, our family reflects on what the school, teachers and staff did, and does to help her navigate the future While we know this is also a family financial obligation, it is clear we were able and glad to make the choice we did and we chose wisely!!! To the future, with all our thanks!

Both our kids go to TLE Ramsey. Our son has been going there for close to 2 years now. He loves his school and all his teachers, and actually looks forward to going to school! We have seen his growth and development over the last two years and are really impressed. He tells us about the songs he heard in school or the books they read or the artwork that he did. We can see how involved the teachers make him feel. We started our younger daughter there a couple of months back and her teachers have been wonderful as well!

My son has been attending TLE Ramsey for a little over a year. He has been in 4 different rooms, which align with his developmental stage - one of my favorite things about TLE!! Every classroom has been in has been an incredible experience; he has had teachers that truly care for him. When he started as an infant, I was reassured that Ms. Irene and Ms. Pam treated him like their grandson. I wouldn't hesitate to trust these two wonderful ladies with a future baby :). In Infant B/Toddler A, he had Ms. Ayana, Ms. Ayeisha and Ms. Sam, where he thrived. He learned to feed himself, walk, and even love shoes (he hated shoes). Now my son is in Toddler B with Ms. Jeanine and there are not enough words to describe how wonderful she is. My son literally runs to his classroom, to his seat and demands her attention. Even on days when he doesn't want to "leave momma", Ms. Jeanine will scoop him up and everything is okay. She keeps us in the loops on the app all day and posts lots of pictures of my son thriving (and proof that he sits still). He is blossoming in this room as she truly teaches him to be more independent. She even writes notes home, gives us a heads up of concerns or just to let us know he had great day. We are so lucky, again, to have such a wonderful teacher, who cares for our son. It makes us happy to drop him off everyday and not have to worry.

My daughter has been at TLE Ramsey since 3 months old, and she’s now ready to move on from Toddler B to Twaddlers. I can’t thank all her teachers enough over the past 2 years who have helped and supported her growth. Ms. Jeanine makes learning fun and exciting! She has been my daughter’s biggest cheerleader the past 5 months. She’s extremely compassionate and exactly who you would want caring for your children. My daughter excitedly talks about “Nene” daily and I know she’s made a big impact on her in her short time in Toddler B. Thank you, Ms. Jeanine! For everything!

As a former daycare worker, and current teacher, I had high expectations when I started looking for a daycare for my toddler. I toured a lot of centers in the area and the only one I felt suitable was The Learning Experience in Ramsey. From the minute you walk in you are greeted with smiles and familiar faces. So many centers have high turn over rates with staff that make it hard for your child to bond, and for you as a parent to feel like your child is in safe hands. This isn't the case at TLE-Ramsey. Retaining staff for 10+ years shows the center is well run and staff are happy. In addition, the center is clean, clear of clutter, brightly lit and colorful. Each classroom is held to the same standard. I didn't expect my toddler to learn a lot in daycare. My main goal was her happiness and safety. But - she is learning songs, calendar information, turn taking, routine, and even Spanish. She is starting to write her name and can identify letters and numbers and even a few words. The best part of this center is that when my daughter misses a day of school, she is sad. She WANTS to be there. She is excited to see her teachers and friends. When I drop her off I know she is in capable hands.

Our daughter has been at TLE Ramsey from 4 months old to almost 5 years and we would not have her anywhere else. Everyone treated her as if she were their own child. She has also received excellent academic and social skills that will help her continue to grow and learn in Kindergarten. We love our TLE family and will greatly miss them!! My son had such a great experience with both Melissa and Merline in preschool 1. He has been at TLE since he was 13 months old. They are so engaged with the kids and offer a fun, warm and inviting learning environment. I am very grateful for the open communication as well. My son learned a ton being in that class! He continued to grow both personally & academically and looked forward to going to school each day!

What a wonderful experience it has been having my son attend TLE Ramsey for 3.5 years! Since the moment I toured TLE in June 2021, I knew it was going to be the perfect fit for my son —and that it was. From Preppers all the way to Preschool 3 the staff has been so wonderful, kind and fostered so much growth. We started our 3 month old in infant room A. We had the most amazing experience with Ms. Pam and Ms. Irene. They loved our little girl and cared for her with so much respect. We were so sad to move away and hope that our next daycare experience is just as fabulous as what we had in Ramsey! The staff in general is overall just so kind. I love the no shoes policy in the rooms as well. Highly recommend for your little!

Our experience at TLE Ballantyne has been nothing short of wonderful, largely thanks to the exceptional care provided by Ms. Jayda and Ms. Teresa. They are not just teachers; they are caring, fun-loving individuals who have created a nurturing environment where our daughter feels safe and excited to learn. Drop-offs are a breeze with our child happily running into the room to see her friends. We are grateful for the love and attention they give to each child, making daycare a joyous experience for our daughter.

We love TLE Charlotte2, and our kids could not be happier than they've been there. I have two, soon to be three children at this center. The staff are so friendly and professional. It's a bright and clean facility, and my kids have done wonderfully there. They've been incredibly accommodating with one of my child's special needs, and we are so grateful. We came to TLE on the recommendation of a co-worker and friend. She loved and raved about TLE. After checking out a few centers, it became blatantly obvious why she raved. THEY ARE THE BEST. We jumped on the waiting list and eagerly awaited the arrival of our first child, a daughter. When we were starting daycare, they were able to accommodate me having to go back to work three weeks early at their neighboring facility in Tega Cay until a spot opened up in Ballantyne. Two weeks later, we were in! Addy loves her classroom and her teachers, she always comes home happy and well cared for. The facility is sparkling clean and the teachers truly look like they love their jobs and the kids. TLE is so amazing and the app is amazing! I love being able to follow along with her day and receive pictures about what she's learning about. I could not be happier!

Our children started at TLE Ballantyne location March 2014. We have been very satisfied with the care they have received. My son has moved onto elementary school now but still talks about all the fun times he had at TLE. My daughter is excited to go to school everyday. We moved to the area when my oldest daughter was about to turn 4. She was very shy and had a hard time getting adjusted to new places and people. I remember dropping her off her first day and thinking she was going to have a hard time. I learned that afternoon it was going to be a great fit. She had a great day and was so excited to tell me all about her new class, especially her teachers. All the teachers she has had here have been so loving and kind. She truly loves them and it's obvious they care about the children they teach. The warm and friendly staff and environment helps to know I'm leaving then in the right hands everyday.

Our son attends TLE 2 in Charlotte, NC and we couldn't be more pleased with the care he receives. He has been going here since he was 3 months old and he thrives and learns so much. It is reassuring to know we are leaving our son in great hands while we are at work. We love the learning and development atmosphere that TLE provides. He loves to go to "School" each day!

I just wanted to write you to let you know how much Laurie and I appreciate everything TLE has done for Parker since he came in March 2014. Everyone has been so welcoming to him and to us and you have been as accommodating as possible to any request we have had. All of his therapists have noted how TLE is the best daycare they have been to and that the teachers are so willing and eager to learn what to work on. With that being said, I want to specifically recognize Tamara, Natalie, and Niecee for their amazing work. Each of them love those kids and I see it everyday when I pick Parker up. They seem to have a great chemistry together. Parker has absolutely thrived under their care. He just loves them so much and loves going to "school!" When I pick Parker up from school, usually I get a thorough report from whoever is there, and if there was therapy I get a report from that. They will tell me things they are working on with him and things the therapists have suggested to work on during the week. It's difficult raising one child. I can't imagine how challenging/frustrating/rewarding it must be to raise 6-10! I just want to give credit where credit is due and recognize all of you at TLE for your wonderful work and commitment to our kids. Feel free to use this come employee review/raise time! :)

JJ (and my daughter Evie) attended TLE 2 Charlotte from September 2012 to August 2014. We can't thank the staff and leadership enough for alerting us that JJ was behind on his developmental milestones. They also connected us to the county resources for early intervention. It couldn't have been an easy conversation to broach but because they care so much for their kids we were able to diagnose JJ's autism at 2 yrs old. We are now in the process of giving him the help he needs. My husband and I constantly thank God for bringing us to Charlotte and to TLE 2!!

My 2 daughters attend TLE - Charlotte 2 and we have been incredibly pleased with the care and education they have received. I found it especially difficult to leave my 12 week old for the first time, but Miss Michalene in Infant A has been amazing! She loves the babies tremendously and is incredibly experienced. We feel comfortable knowing both our children are in great and loving hands.

We have been beyond happy with every staff member we ever met at TLE- Charlotte2! Our 2 year old adores his teachers and talks about them all the time. We regularly notice things that he learns while at 'school' and feel that they have a great way of learning through play. The staff is obviously passionate about what they do and their love for the kids truly shows!

We carefully chose TLE because of its promise of a rigorous Pre-K curriculum for our 4 year old and unique, imaginative play-spaces for our 1 year old. Our daughter was more than prepared for Kindergarten both socially and academically. Not only was she advanced into 1st grade reading but she was also nominated by her classmates to win the Hope Award for her positive attitude. Both of these are due to the fantastic TLE teachers for bringing out the best in our daughter and giving her the confidence to express it wherever she goes. Thanks, TLE!

Words can't express how grateful we are for the courage it took the wonderful staff at TLE to tell us our son was not meeting his developmental milestones and offer us the resources to begin the first step in our year long journey towards an official autism diagnosis. They were with us every step of the way and continue to offer unwavering and loving support to J.J.. Our daughter has been going to TLE since she was 15 months old and is now 3 1/2. We could not be happier about her education there and how she is taken care of. We walk around and there is not an employee who does not know my daughter's name. It is so great to feel like I am dropping Sofia off to family everyday and never have to worry about her the whole day.
