Since my daughter started attending The Learning, the entire team has been very friendly and caring, especially the center director. They teach her many things, take her out to play, and every time she attends, she goes home happy. I truly recommend it.

As a first-time mom with a 3-month-old baby girl, I can’t say enough wonderful things about The Learning Experience in Basking Ridge! From the moment we walked in, I knew this was the right place for us. The staff is incredibly warm, patient, and genuinely caring — they made me feel completely comfortable leaving my little one in their hands. The teachers are amazing with the babies. They take the time to learn each child’s routine and personality, and they always greet my daughter with big smiles and gentle attention. I love how they focus on nurturing and early development, even for the youngest infants — with tummy time, music, sensory play, and lots of interaction. Communication is excellent! I receive daily updates and photos through their app, which gives me so much peace of mind while I’m at work. I can see that my baby is happy, well cared for, and thriving. The facility is spotless, bright, and thoughtfully designed. It truly feels like a second home — a safe and loving environment where my daughter is growing and learning every day. I’m so grateful to the entire team at The Learning Experience in Basking Ridge for making this transition so positive for both me and my baby. I have nothing but positive things to say about TLE Sunrise in the 9 months my daughter has been there. They have been nothing but attentive, accommodating, and nurturing to my daughter. Ms. Daniela in the front office is the best, she is helpful and knowledgeable and understanding. I would not want my daughter going anywhere else!

Duny and Angela for the Twaddlers class always love and care for my son. They are both very personable and attentive to my son during the transition from Toddler up to Twaddler. They provide great care and ensure his needs and wants are met.

This school is a 50/10 lol. At first, I was very skeptical about putting my child in daycare because of what I hear or see on the news, but I’m super-duper happy I chose TLE. They have a GREAT reputation all over the world. I was scared to leave my child, took him 1 month to warm up and be himself and now he loves it. I have to give credit to the staff and the best of it all his teacher Ms. Daneel. She is amazing, she treats my child and all the other kids as if they are her own. She comforts, nurtures, is attentive, very patient, and fun. I call her my baby “mommy teacher. "The school is clean, spacious for the kids, and very welcoming. I love it here. The Bubbles and Friends app gives me a peace of mind seeing how my child is engaged with the other kids and Ms. Daneel. She is phenomenal! I can honestly say, I can see a big difference in my child.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care and education my daughter has received at The Learning Experience. Since she was just 5 months old, this wonderful daycare has been like a second home for her, and I truly believe it has played a pivotal role in her development. Now at 4 years old, I am amazed at how far she has come, both socially and academically. The dedicated staff at have nurtured her curiosity and love for learning, providing a stimulating environment that encourages her to explore, ask questions, and grow. Her progress in areas such as language, and social skills has been remarkable, and I know it’s due in large part to the thoughtful curriculum and individualized attention she receives. Ms. Narely Barboza has been especially caring and supportive of my child. It warms my heart to see her excited about learning new things every day. She has developed a strong foundation that I know will benefit her as she continues her educational journey. I am so grateful for the love, care, and dedication the staff have shown to my daughter and all the children in their care. I highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a nurturing and enriching environment for their child.

I’ve had the pleasure of having Ms. Arika as my child’s VPK teacher, and it has been an exceptional joy. She created a nurturing and supportive environment that made my child feel valued and encouraged. Her creative lesson plans kept the children engaged and excited to learn every day. I truly appreciate how she fosters social skills and promotes independence in her students. Communication about my child’s progress has been excellent, and I always felt well-informed. I am deeply grateful for Ms. Arika and the positive impact she has had on my child’s early education—she is truly missed!

I couldn't be happier with The Learning Experience - Sunrise! From day one, my twins have received exceptional care in a loving and dedicated environment. Even though they are only 11 months old, I can already see how much they are progressing thanks to the comprehensive curriculum, which encourages early learning in a fun and stimulating way. Highly recommended! We tried this facility for our toddler after a rough patch of child care experience and we cannot be more grateful for the love, support and care they are providing. My child is now thriving and is always super excited to go to school. Very clean property with light filled classrooms, well equipped playground, safety gears in place with very responsible management and loving teachers. We are very happy TLE family!

TLE is perfect for working parents! They have convenient hours which make drop-offs and pick-ups stress-free. The class sizes are small and the teachers do a great job at keeping the kids engaged in educational activities. We love getting daily activity pictures through the app. The monthly Parents’ Night Out is a highlight, giving us time for a date night while the kids enjoy a fun pajama party. The lunch program is a lifesaver. One less thing to think about. Highly recommend - the staff really care about the kids.

I recently joined the TLE family here at the Basking Ridge location and my family and I love it. My little one is doing amazing so far and the staff is very friendly and makes it feel like you are family. I love the attention to detail curated in TLE through updates and events and can’t wait to experience more!

The staff and teachers at TLE are amazing, they are always very communicative and have helped my child grow so much over the past 3 years of them being here!

My kid loves going to TLE. He has learnt and grown a lot in the past few months. The teacher does a great job in nurturing and educating kids. The class size is small so kids get good attention. We get daily updates and pictures through the app. They also host so many events for family every few months which are fun to attend with kids. They are only closed 7 days in the year which is great for working parents. Overall, I am happy with the school

Words cannot express how much we loved TLE Basking Ridge. Our son attended from Infant A through Toddlers (and we only left because it was far from our home). He was well cared for, loved, safe. Of course he got sick, all kids get sick in daycare. However, the teachers were so caring, the activities so engaging, and the warmth and love radiated from the staff and management. We would have stayed here forever if we could have.

We are extremely pleased with the care and education our child has received at The Learning Experience. Our child loves their teacher and the entire staff. The school does an excellent job of keeping us informed about activities and events. We highly recommend TLE.

Only great things to say, and I’m a pretty tough critic… Staff are welcoming, friendly, helpful, transparent, flexible, and hardworking. Having sent my child to two other so-called “elite pre-k thru 8” schools in the area the past several years, TLE has been a breath of fresh air! TLE is bringing out the best in my son when it seems prior schools fell very short. Yes, there is turnover, but where isn’t there these days? (Especially an industry such as childcare). Thanks to all the staff here for transforming my child into a well-behaved kid! He’s also learning a ton in an environment that is not too rigid, nor just filled with “arts and crafts” all day. This has been an incredible journey for our child’s development so far. We feel very welcomed and the environment is a very positive and cheerful one. Everyday our son goes to school and comes home he learns something new and we are happy we made the decision to have him attend this institution.

Ved has been with TLE for about a year, and I am very pleased with his progress and development. I was searching for a learning center that emphasizes holistic growth—physical, emotional, and mental—and TLE delivers just that. The children enjoy coming to school, where they not only learn but also relax and play. The teachers focus on fostering social skills, and Ved adores his homeroom teachers. He feels comfortable reaching out to them and communicating openly. Additionally, I appreciate the center’s high standards of cleanliness and the strong security measures in place for both staff and children. The entire team—including teachers, staff, and administration—is highly interactive and collaborates with parents to address any concerns. Overall, it's a fantastic team with a wealth of experience.

I wanted to take this time out and write a review for the most wonderful academy and staff I have ever come across. You all deserve a standing ovation. I am blessed to have found you for my children. What an impeccable facility. Always caring, extremely clean, and can do positive attitude every single time you see them 365 days a year!! I am so grateful for everything you do not only for my children but for all the children here. You make the world a beautiful place to live in and I absolutely adore each and every one of you. We just switched to the Learning Experience after being in another local daycare for over a year. I was fearful that my son would not adjust well and hesitated on even switching daycares for that reason. Like any other toddler they go through their separation anxiety phase and Tyler would cry at drop offs because he was unfamiliar with the new teachers as well as other kids. From day 1, Ms. Monica would take Tyler from me and distract him to stop him from crying and he felt comfortable with her immediately. Ms. Monica, Ms. Diane, and Ms. Nikki all treat my son as if he were their own child. I love how the staff treats my kids as if they've been attending the Learning Experience for years (though it's only been a couple of weeks.) I look forward to seeing my kids learn and have fun at the same time!

It has been 3 weeks since my children have started at TLE and so far it has been a great experience, the transition has been smooth and the kids look forward to school everyday!

We were really nervous about finding a daycare/school for our one-year-old. She has now been at The Learning Experience in Basking Ridge for almost one year and loves it. The curriculum, even at her young age, is impressive. Every day her class does an art project and they also focus on a related song, book, and movement activity. She is always talking about her teachers, friends, and the activities like "circle time." We could not be happier and we will soon be enrolling our second child in the infant program. Thank you TLE!

TLE is the best school for our son Trace. He loves going everyday to see his friends and teacher. I can't believe how much he enjoys to learn and do homework. We have the choice to send Trace to public Kindergarten this year but have made the decision to keep him at TLE. We know Trace loves TLE and the education and curriculum offered will make him ahead of the mainstream. We couldn't be more pleased with Anthony and his staff! I recommend the school whenever I have an opportunity to do so! We love you TLE!

I would recommend this beautiful center to my friends and neighbors, and in fact I have done that. I am a true supporter of the teachers and staff in general and love not only what they do for us as a family, but most importantly for my daughter. I always feel comfortable at work knowing she's in a safe environment learning and having fun. She was in a previous daycare and the experience was not nearly as positive as here at TLE. I cannot stress how grateful I am to have my 5 year old daughter Isabella enrolled in TLE in Basking Ridge, NJ. She has been in TLE for a little over a year and in that time she has gained so much knowledge and developed so many amazing skills. She loves to be able to read and write and I have been told by other parents how impressed they are with her penmanship! In the beginning it was a little difficult for her to adjust however over maybe a week or less she was more comfortable and started to socialize more with the other kids. She LOVES going to school now and being with her friends. The staff and teachers are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and caring of all their students. I give them so much credit for all the hard work they put into helping better each and every child they interact with. TLE does a great job in keeping the parents involved too. For most holidays and/ or random days they will put together little events such as ice cream socials, Easter egg hunts, Christmas shows, etc. I love the school myself and I highly recommend TLE for any parent considering placing their child in daycare/ school.
