I also really appreciate that it is very easy to communicate with TLE Troy. If you call, someone will pick up sounding calm and professional; e-mails and messages through the app are replied to. This is a huge contrast to pretty much every other daycare we looked into where it was difficult to get an e-mail reply, let alone a person on the phone. I feel very reassured for all these reasons when I drop my baby girl off at daycare.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about TLE! My son has been attending for 6 months, and I have seen so much growth in him—both socially and developmentally. The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, making sure each child feels safe and loved. Having sent my child to two other so-called “elite pre-k thru 8” schools in the area the past several years, TLE has been a breath of fresh air! TLE is bringing out the best in my son when it seems prior schools fell very short. Yes, there is turnover, but where isn’t there these days? (Especially an industry such as childcare). Thanks to all the staff here for transforming my child into a well-behaved kid! He’s also learning a ton in an environment that is not too rigid, nor just filled with “arts and crafts” all day. Looking fwd to sending my daughter eventually as well!

TLE @ Troy is an amazing facility. When we first started looking for daycares, I was nervous about leaving my 10wk old at a daycare. From the 1st time we toured, we got a warm and fuzzy welcome from the manager and all the teachers. It's been 4 months now and the staff is amazing and soo very loving. I can tell that each of her teachers loves what they do and have the passion for it. They are extremely gently and caring. I love all the activities they do to help stimulate their learning. We couldn't be happier with our decision to drop baby Z to TLE of Troy. Thank you all for everything! Baby Z loves you guys :).
