My son has been attending The Learning Experience for almost four months, and I couldn’t be happier with the care he has received. Throughout the day, I receive updates and photos of my son smiling, participating in fun activities, and interacting with his teachers and classmates. Watching him grow in confidence, learn new skills, and genuinely light up when he sees his teachers has been such a gift. Knowing he is happy, safe, and so deeply cared for gives me complete peace of mind while I’m at work. Our daughter attends TLE Raritan, and she loves it! This school offers her the opportunity to not only develop lifelong friendships with a diverse classroom of her peers, but it also provides her with the opportunity to interact with and learn about different technologies, such as smart boards and computers. She loves art and science, and there is no shortage of opportunities for her to further enrich those interests with what this school has to offer. All the teachers and staff there are top notch, as well, and it's always nice to see how our daughter's face lights up when she talks about her TLE "family". Londyn not only just gets to be a kid and play around with her friends at TLE, but she is also constantly encouraged by her teachers to be actively engaged in learning and creative tasks. The playground is completely fenced in and is immaculately maintained. When I was outside on the playground with Londyn for the Father's Day event that the school hosted, I noticed and appreciated the professional "track-grade" material that the children get to run and play on every day. As a former track and field athlete, I know about the importance of having a surface to run on that's made of high-quality material. I would venture to guess that this is even better on their joints, too. In the summertime, the school will have an ice cream truck visit for the children, and they have "water play" activities outside, which our daughter loves! I know that the director, Miss Leslie, who (in the spirit of full disclosure, happens to be my wife) takes a hands-on approach to managing the everyday activities of the school. She is constantly thinking of ways of making the school even better and more fun than it already was before she and our daughter got there. She is actively engaged with everyone inside the school, and she is always thinking of ways to reach out to the community to find others who can educate the children on numerous subjects. She has learned the names of all of the children (and probably most of the parents) at the school. In my humble (and admittedly biased) opinion, I know that your child could not be in better hands. Our daughter gets to be in the best school with the best mom, and I know for a fact that every child and parent who enters that school will greeted with a smile and treated like family. The owners of this TLE, Monica and Deepali, are bright young women who are passionate about childcare. They will spare no expense to ensure the health and well-being of everyone in the school. I appreciate the measures taken to physically protect the school, such as limiting access to the school from outside and even within the school by having magnetically controlled locks. In addition, the school has a state-of-the-art surveillance system with cameras that constantly monitor the school. In my opinion, these features should be mandatory in all schools. Lastly, getting back to another technology implemented by the school, we as a family enjoy having the TLE app for our smartphones, because we receive constant updates throughout the day about what our daughter is doing. It is sort of like our own private social media account just about our daughter. This is a great tool utilized by the school that always keeps us informed about what's going on. All in all, I highly recommend this school to parents of children from infant to pre-school age.

I have been working at TLE Raritan for almost 3 months . And I'm really happy I made that choice . Wonderful environment, we are a big family not only with my co-workers but with the children and their families . Clean , organized , bright and open spaces. We not only do games and crafts but we also learn while playing.
My daughter has been in KinderCare and Just4Kidz Academy in Hillsborough. The pictures that I have received from KinderCare and Just4Kidz does not compare to the pictures I get from TLE-Raritan. You can see the difference between how my daughter was at KinderCare vs here at TLE. I am so grateful that the staff and her teachers are taking the time to get to know her. My daughter is very clingy and has trouble being social but, her teachers Miss Wanda, Miss Amy, Miss Monica, Miss Deepali and the new director has been so open and so patient with her. I could cry right now typing this. It is very heartbreaking that the other schools/daycare left my (at that time) 13-14 month old daughter a lone by herself in a corner while all the other kids were in the group (judging by the photos), I won't upload the photos because of privacy reasons, but, here at TLE-Raritan, you can see the difference in my daughters face, how she's around the other kids, the teachers are always at least a feet or 2 next to her. This place is so amazing! If you're a staff from TLE-Raritan and reading this, thank you so much for everything that you do for my daughter especially to Miss Wanda, Miss Amy, Miss Monica, Miss Deepali, Miss Ulloa! There are so many reasons to be excited about a wonderful childcare facility in which you truly treated like family. 1. The school is state of the art and kept in immaculate condition. 2. The staff is extremely knowledgeable in current pedagogical techniques and very good at communicating with parents throughout the day. It makes my day to check my phone and see updates that my three year old is learning fine motor skills such as cutting with scissors or building a seasonal themed craft. My three year old son is very excited to arrive at school and runs right into the teachers' arms. (That should tell you everything) 3. The school goes above and beyond to instill a sense of community for all children. Whether the school is running a Fall Festival with excellent activities for your child on a Saturday morning in order to raise money for the Make a Wish Foundation or running a food drive for the Somerset County Food Pantry, my three year old truly feels part of a community. We really love the Learning Experience and so appreciate the owners, the director and all the staff that make it such a special place for our little boy.
