Ms. Jenn joined the TLE team in 2019 and has been in the childcare field for 20+ years. She enjoys playing board games with her family and her future goals are to travel more with her family.

My name is Marcee Martinez and I am the Center Director in Oswego. I have been in the early childhood field since 1997, doing a combination of teaching and managing. I have my Associates degree in Early Childhood Education and my Gateway Director Credential. I enjoy meeting new families and supporting them through their children's early years of development. I also love the opportunity to mentor teachers and guide them on their teaching journey. I look forward to meeting all of the smiling faces that will be coming through our door because it's always a happy day at The Learning Experience.

Alok's background is in technology. He has a Master's degree in Computer Science and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. He is a business manager, entrepreneur and angel investor with 15 years of experience covering software, manufacturing, telecommunication and fitness industries. Ever since his first child went to preschool, he has developed a deep appreciation for the impact teachers and preschool curricula have on young children. After actively looking to acquire a preschool, he found a wonderful match in The Learning Experience at Lemont. He holds his staff and the facility to the highest standards in order to build a safe and nurturing environment for children.

Ms. Ellis joined our TLE teaching team in January 2021. Ms. Ellis has worked in the ECE field for several years and loves the toddler age group. She is currently working on completing her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education from Waubonsee. She is excited to get into the classroom to help the children reach their goals.

I have worked with children for many years, including children with Autism. I have always enjoyed putting a smile on a child's face through learning.

Ms. Karen joined the TLE teaching team in 2021. She currently works for the Oswego school district during the day and joins us in the afternoon. She has really enjoyed getting to know all of the teachers and families and loves implementing the TLE curriculum.

Ms. Zoe joined the team in 2022 and has spent many years teaching volleyball and marshal arts to pre-school aged children. She is very excited to become part of our team.

Ms. Bismah joined our teaching team at the end of 2023. She is a mother of 4 and enjoys educating young minds. Her passion is working with children of all ages.

Ms. Becky joined our TLE team in 2022. She has two children that also attend TLE with her. Ms. Becky brings along many years of ECE teaching and she is also director qualified.

Ms. Tracy joined our team in 2022. She has been in the childcare field for several years. She comes from a big family and has always been around children and is excited to start her new journey here.

Ms. Eliza joined the TLE team in 2024. She has several years of experience in early childhood education and is one of our lead qualified teachers. She has been told by her grandma that she is the "baby whisperer".

Ms. Sarah joined the TLE teaching team in January of 2022. She has 2 boys who keep her very busy. Ms. Sarah is also still continuing her education and in her free time enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and going to parks with her family.

Ms. Lily joined our TLE teaching team in 2023. She is very excited to join our team and get to know all of the students and families.

Ms. Kristy joined our TLE Oswego team in 2023. She has years of experience in childcare from working in a Pre-school to being a private nanny. She is very excited to get to get to know all of the families and students

Ms. Kristy joined our team in 2022 and is currently working on completing her CDA to become teacher qualified. She enjoys spending time with her family and fur babies and is excited to get to know all of the families at TLE.

Ms. Kaylee joined our team in 2022. She has worked in the early childhood field for several years and is very excited to get to know all of our students. Ms. Kaylee will provide support to all of our classrooms.

Ms. Julie joined the Oswego TLE location in January of 2021. She has her high school diploma and resides in Aurora, IL. She enjoys spending her time reading, listening to music and spending time with friends. She wants to become a good role model for children while expanding her experience in early childhood education. Ms. Julie was our 2022 teacher of the year and also speaks fluent spanish.

Ms. Kim joined our Oswego staff in July of 2021. She has been working in the field for over 20 years working with a variety of ages of children. She spends her free-time with her grandchildren and traveling. She is very excited to learn about all the students and families.

Ms. Cynthia joined our TLE team the summer of 2022. She is very excited to start her new journey here with us at TLE in the Pre-school classrooms. She enjoys getting to know people, watching TV and playing video games. Ms. Cynthia also speaks Spanish as a secondary language.

Ms. Airelle joined our TLE team in April. She has a lot of experience working in childcare and is soon expanding her own family! She is very excited to get to know all the families and students. Ms. Airelle will be lending support in all classrooms.

Ms. Emma joined the Infant teaching team in 2025. She has her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and has been working with children for several years. She loves to see children grow and develop as unique people.

Ms. Shaye loves working with children and has a son of her own! She has a specific passion for working with infants and seeing the quick growth and development they go through in the first 15 months of their lives. She is excited to work with her students and their families!

I've been working in childcare for over a year. It is very important to me to create a strong relationship with my students and their families.

Ms. Lupe joined the TLE team in 2024. She enjoys spending time with children of all ages and has her own children at home. She is excited to get to know all the students, families and staff.

I am very excited to embark on this new adventure with everyone. I am currently a college student pursuing my degree in Elementary Education, but when I'm not working or at school, I love spending time with my friends and family trying new things and reading.

Ms. Mariana joined the TLE team in 2025. She is currently attending Aurora University for elementary education and is excited to be in the classroom getting to know all of the students. She loves education because everyday is different.

I've worked for FVSRA for three years and I've also worked at Michaels craft store for five. I'm currently going to school for Early Childhood Education with an endorsement in special education. Diamond art is my favorite thing to do.

Ms. Andrea joined our team in 2024. She has always wanted to be a teacher since she was little and is excited to start her new journey. She likes spending time with her family and friends.

I am currently a college student and working at TLE in the afternoon. I love listening to music and singing along with some of my favorite artists. I enjoy working with children and watching them grow.

My name is Ms. Latasha. I am a mother of two and I do currently have an Associates Degree in arts and am currently attending school to get my Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education. I look forward to working with your children and being a part of the TLE team.

I've been in Early Childhood for over 20 years and have worked with all ages. There is nothing better than watching a child develop throughout a school year. I'm also a huge dog lover. When I'm not at work I am with my dogs.
