Our experience at The Learning Experience (TLE) has become a positive one thanks to several amazing staff members. I want to thank the Director, Cassie; the kitchen staff member, Elaina; our child’s previous teacher, Ms. Regan; and her current teacher, Ms. Avery. Cassie, the current Director, is doing a great job. Since stepping into the role, there has been a noticeable difference in the overall atmosphere—everything feels more organized, positive, and welcoming. Her leadership, dedication, and clear commitment to both the children and staff really stand out. Communication has also improved, which we, as parents, greatly appreciate. She genuinely cares about creating a safe, nurturing, and well-run environment for the kids. Ms. Elaina- not long ago our little one had a traumatic injury to her tongue. Scary for our child and us. Elaina went above and beyond to ensure that our child was well taken care of when it came to her dietary and nutritional needs. The neat thing is, the actions/steps she was taking to ensure our child had food she could eat, we did not ask her to do. We found out one day by coincidence when picking her up. Again, above and beyond. She is approachable, friendly, sweet and caring. Her hard work often happens behind the scenes, but it absolutely deserves recognition. She is a valuable part of the daycare, and we are very grateful for her! We cannot thank her enough. Ms. Regan was our child’s previous teacher before moving up to the next class. She made such a lasting impression through her kindness, compassion, patience, and genuine care. It’s not easy to build that kind of connection, but she did so naturally. Our child still talks about her and the fun, comforting environment she created each day. We are very grateful for the time our child spent in her care and for the positive influence she had during such an important stage. Ms. Regan will always hold a special place in our child’s heart. Ms. Avery, our child’s current teacher, is newer to her but is already making a good impression. The transition was initially difficult, but Ms. Avery showed great patience and kindness, working with her every day to help her adjust. She engages with the children and supports their growth not only academically, but socially and emotionally as well. It has been wonderful to see our child gain confidence and develop new skills. I especially appreciate Ms. Avery’s communication with us and her willingness to incorporate our suggestions, particularly regarding handwriting development. She makes learning handwriting fun rather than frustrating, and it’s amazing to see the progress our child is making. The strong parent-teacher communication and the follow-through on strategies really help build confidence and trust. We truly appreciate Ms. Avery (and Mrs. Rachel as well). Thank you! All of that to say—thank you, TLE! We appreciate all of you for taking such great care of our little one ?
