She joined TLE in 2022 at the West Melbourne location and transitioned to the Melbourne center in October 2025. Cassie believes adults have the power to foster a love of learning in children by building strong, trusting relationships. She encourages her staff to engage with each child, creating a safe, respectful environment where children can flourish. Watching students grow, develop, and build confidence is what brings her the most joy and fulfillment. In the classroom, Cassie loves reading to children and becoming playful, silly characters to make stories come alive. She enjoys weekends with her own children and values TLE’s focus on character-building, manners, etiquette, and philanthropy. As Center Director, she is committed to listening, understanding, and treating every child as if they were her own.

Nikki is a dedicated early childhood education professional with over 17 years of experience working with children from infancy through school age. She holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential for Infants and Toddlers, a Director Credential from NICCM, and has completed college coursework in management and early childhood education. Nikki is also CPR and First Aid certified, reflecting her commitment to providing safe, high-quality care. Since joining The Learning Experience in April 2025, Nikki has grown from Lead Teacher in the Toddler and Twaddler rooms to Assistant Director at the Melbourne center. She brings valuable leadership experience, including previously owning and operating successful bilingual childcare centers, and is passionate about maintaining excellence across all classrooms. Nikki believes children learn best through play, exploration, and nurturing routines that build confidence and emotional security. She especially enjoys supporting toddlers as they develop language, independence, and social skills. Outside of work, she enjoys working out at the gym and brunch on the weekends.

Jaiden is a caring early childhood educator with four years of experience working with children from infancy through VPK. She holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) and is CPR and First Aid certified, demonstrating her commitment to providing a safe and supportive learning environment. Since joining The Learning Experience in 2025, Jaiden has been dedicated to nurturing young learners through hands-on activities, play, and meaningful interactions. She believes children thrive when they feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore at their own pace. Jaiden especially enjoys working with infants, finding joy in watching them reach new milestones and experience the world for the first time. She creates engaging, developmentally supportive environments and loves traveling with family and friends.

Alyssa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Childhood Education and is CPR and First Aid certified, providing a strong foundation in child development and safety. She currently works with infants aged 6 weeks to 15 months, offering attentive, nurturing care during these critical early stages. With several years of hands-on childcare experience, Alyssa has worked as a VPK teacher, full-time nanny, and tutor, building strong relationships with children and families. She joined her current center in December 2025, where she continues to support young learners and grow professionally. Alyssa believes babies thrive when they feel safe, loved, and cared for. She creates a calm, engaging environment using singing, sensory play, and one-on-one interaction to support each child’s development. She loves witnessing early milestones and brings playful energy to the classroom, always prioritizing every infant’s safety, comfort, and happiness.

Heaven-Leigh is a dedicated Lead Teacher in Toddler A with 13 years of childcare experience, including nine years specializing in toddlers. She has worked with children of all ages, from infants to after-school programs, and is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing environment where young learners can thrive. Since joining the center in October 2024, Heaven-Leigh has remained committed to growing alongside the program. She has been a preschool teacher since 2022 and specializes in working with children ages 0–5, with a special love for 3-year-olds. Since joining the center in February 2026, Kathleen has continued her long-standing commitment to nurturing young learners. She believes children learn best through play and exploration, guiding them in a safe, loving environment as they reach important developmental milestones. Kathleen loves watching children grow into their personalities and celebrates each new milestone with them. Kensey is a dedicated early childhood educator with an A.S. degree in Early Childhood Education, along with CPR/First Aid certification, infant-toddler specialization, and special needs certification. With 13 years of experience, she works with children from infants through VPK, supporting a wide range of developmental stages. Since joining The Learning Experience in February 2026, Kensey has focused on creating a nurturing, engaging environment. She believes children learn best through play and exploration while building confidence and emotional security in a structured, supportive setting. Kensey loves watching toddlers reach milestones like walking and language development, as well as helping VPK students achieve kindergarten readiness. She brings strengths in early literacy, social-emotional growth, and creative play, and enjoys baking, cooking, and arts and crafts.

Stephanie is an experienced early childhood educator with CPR/First Aid, CDA, Florida Director’s Credential, and RBT training. She specializes in toddlers, especially one-year-olds, while also enjoying work with older age groups. She joined the center in 2026 after more than nine years at her previous school. She believes toddlers learn best through play, exploration, and nurturing relationships. Stephanie creates a safe, structured environment where children feel valued and confident, using routines, positive guidance, and hands-on experiences to support each child’s growth. Stephanie loves watching toddlers develop their personalities and discover new skills. She incorporates art into her daily curriculum and enjoys bringing creativity into the classroom, inspired by her love of Dr. Seuss and her passion for being an artist.

Ali has been with TLE since June 2025, after working at another childcare center for two years and as a nanny for one year. She believes children learn best through play and stability, emphasizing emotional security and hands-on learning. Rachael believes children thrive when activities combine enthusiasm, independence, and hands-on learning. She loves watching little learners reach milestones, such as identifying geographic locations and geometric patterns through puzzles, while fostering curiosity and problem-solving skills. She focuses on creating a warm, supportive environment for social-emotional development and engaging students in age-appropriate science experiments. A fan of The Rainbow Fish, Rachael enjoys writing poetry and has even been published in The Stars in Our Hearts. She has worked in every classroom setting across childcare and joined the center in November 2025, bringing a well-rounded background and a passion for supporting children of all needs.
