Ms. Caitlin is our newest Administrative Assistant! She has worked hard and tirelessly for just a short amount of time to now take on admin duties. Ms. Caitlin is currently enrolled at Suffolk Community College with hopes to complete an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education. She has been with us at TLE for almost a year!

Mariella is currently pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education and brings a genuine passion for teaching to our team. She has always had a special love for working with our littlest learners, and it shows in the care and enthusiasm she brings each day. We’re so excited to have her as part of our TLE family!

Darlene White I is the proud owner of our center, The Learning Experience, here in Medford. It has been her dream for years to own her own Child Care center. Ms. Darlene has worked in the public school system for the past 30 years in various elementary schools. Currently, Ms. Darlene is the Assistance Principle of Wynandanch High School. When she is not assisting her staff and students out in Wyandanch, Ms. Darlene is here at TLE making a difference for her little learners.

Ms. Jennifer is no stranger to our TLE family—her journey with us dates all the way back to pre-COVID days! With each passing year, Ms. Jenn continues to evolve, bringing fresh energy, creativity, and passion into the classroom. She’s known for designing engaging activities, creative crafts, and enriching curriculum for the children, all while lending her talents to social media and marketing behind the scenes. We’re thrilled to have her back for another exciting chapter!

Miss Kerri brings a background in retail management along with valuable childcare experience to our team. She has a great eye for structure and organization, helping keep our classrooms running smoothly each day. Friendly and dependable, Miss Kerri is always ready to lend a helping hand and serves as a wonderful support system for both our staff and children.

Ms. Cinthia is our Infant teacher and our little learners would not have it any other way! Cinthia is an amazing Infant teacher on top of balancing school and motherhood! She is efficient, alert, and fast acting. Ms. Cinthia has been with us since May of this year!

Ms. Angelina is one of our newest additions to our TLE family! She is assisting in the infant rooms providing our babies with tender love and care.

Ms. Shaianne joins our TLE family as one of our lead teachers in the Infant program. She is hard-working, resilient, and a team player. Shaianne is a breath of fresh air within the infant room as the children and staff adore her!

Ms. Tori has been working with TLE since September of 2023. She takes on the role of toddler teacher and the children could not be any happier! Ms. Tori is kind, caring, and efficient in care-taking. Ms. Tori has found herself working in childcare since her teen years, at the bright age of 13, taking all the babysitting jobs she could take! Ms. Tori is currently working towards her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education!

Ms. Desirae is an experienced and efficient worker in the child care field. She is not new to the ideas of childcare and caretaking as she is a mother of 4; she is not new to this, she is true to it! Loved by our little learners and staff, Ms. Desirae is a joy to have as a new addition to our team!

Teondra is calm, patient, and loving, making her incredibly effective with children of all age groups. She’s a true team player who brings positivity and reliability to every part of her day. Teondra loves working with children and believes in having fun while creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where every child can thrive.

Mrs. Nazneen is our Lead Preschool 1C Teacher and has over 20 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. Mrs. Nazneen creates a child-centered classroom environment that our students simply love being in. Mrs. Nazneen loves arts and crafts and her students go crazy for her favorite TLE Character Pablo Pigasso's art activities.

Mr. Atlas is one of our newest additions to our TLE Medford Team! Atlas provides our little learners with thought provoking adventure and dance. Mr. Atlas seeks more experience in the childcare field and he's found it here! We are glad to have Mr. Atlas as part of our team!

Mrs. Meloni joined our team in July of 2024 and we are thrilled to have her. Mrs. Meloni is one of our part-time teachers, but when she's available it is always a treat. Our kids love her dearly and so do our staff! Mrs. Meloni brings plenty of experience and loves all of our little learners as if they were her own. Welcome to TLE Medford Mrs. Meloni.

Ms. Dennise comes to TLE Medford with over 20 years of teaching experience in Early Childhood Education. A dual Language teacher who has the ability to communicate with her students and families in both English and Spanish. This is just one of the many things that sets Ms. Dennise as one of the most valued classroom teachers here at TLE Medford. Ms. Dennise has always had a passion for teaching and educating the next generation, she is a Mother to three wonderful children and a Grandmother to a beautiful granddaughter! Ms. Dennise has been with us for 2 years!

Danielle is currently enrolled in college, pursuing a degree in nursing. She is passionate about working with children and is a treasured member of our staff whose patience and firm, gentle demeanor make her effective with every age group!

Caroline is our dedicated day care cook, bringing both skill and heart to every meal she prepares. With a passion for creating nutritious, child-friendly dishes, she helps fuel our little learners with the energy they need to grow, play, and thrive. Caroline takes pride in providing meals that are not only healthy and balanced but also comforting and delicious—making mealtime a favorite part of the day.

Mrs. Veronica joins our team as our newest cook. Ms. V can throw down when it comes to whipping something delicious for our little learners. Our little learners faces light up when the see Mrs. Veronica as they know they are about to have full bellies when she leaves their rooms. Ms. Veronica has been with us since July of this year, welcome to the team, Mrs. Veronica!

Mr. Jesse joined our team and he truly enjoys working with our little learners. Mr. Jesse comes from a large family and was always eager to watch and play with his younger family members and he continues that passion as a valued team member here at TLE Medford. Around these parts, Mr. Jesse floats around the rooms and brightens everyone's day whether it be the children or the staff! Jesse's been with us since June of this year!

We are so excited to welcome Ms. Jackie to our school family! Jackie brings with her a love for early childhood education and a passion for helping little learners grow. She believes that Pre-K is a time filled with curiosity, discovery, and creativity, and she can’t wait to guide her students through new experiences every day.

Miss Janira is an Infant Assistant who brings a calm, caring, and gentle presence to our classroom. She is currently pursuing a degree in nursing while balancing her love of sports, especially soccer and volleyball. Her patience and nurturing personality help create a warm and comforting environment where our youngest learners can feel safe, loved, and supported as they grow and explore.

Miss Abby is a Preschool Assistant who brings a fun, positive, and encouraging energy to the classroom each day. She is currently studying criminal justice and enjoys helping our little learners grow through play, exploration, and hands-on activities. Her upbeat personality and supportive nature help create a welcoming environment where children feel confident, cared for, and excited to learn.

Miss Arriona is our newest Preschool Assistant and is excited to begin this next chapter working with our preschoolers. She brings extensive experience working with school-age children, as well as valuable experience as a nanny. Eager to continue growing in the field of early childhood education, she plans to pursue her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. With her caring nature and enthusiasm for learning, Miss Arriona is looking forward to building relationships with our little learners and helping them thrive each day.

Miss Shirley is a warm and nurturing new part of our Toddler team! She loves helping our youngest learners explore the world around them and discover new things each day. With patience, creativity, and lots of smiles, she supports children as they build confidence, independence, and important early skills through play and exploration.

Miss Gianna is one of our wonderful Twaddler teachers and brings extensive experience working with toddlers. She is knowledgeable, creative, and gentle, creating a nurturing environment where our youngest learners feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore. Miss Gianna’s dedication and caring approach help make every day a positive and engaging experience for the children in her care.

Miss Arisha is an assistant teacher in our Twaddler classrooms and brings valuable experience working with toddlers. Known for her calm demeanor, gentle voice, and endless patience, she helps create a warm and nurturing environment where our little learners feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore and grow each day.

Miss Jayleen is our Prepper Room Assistant and is excited to work with this unique and energetic age group as they bridge the gap between toddlers and preschool. With experience working with young children, she brings a fun, motivated, and energetic approach to the classroom each day. Her enthusiasm and positive attitude help create an engaging environment where our little learners can grow, explore, and build confidence as they prepare for preschool.

Miss Alieyana is a Preschool Assistant who brings a loving and kind presence to the classroom each day. She is excited to continue learning and growing in the field of early childhood education and is pursuing a career working with young children. Her warm personality and caring nature help create a nurturing environment where our preschoolers feel supported, valued, and encouraged to explore and learn.

Miss Makaela is a Preschool Assistant in our Young 3's classroom. She brings valuable experience working with both children with special needs and the elderly with disabilities, giving her a unique perspective and a compassionate approach to caregiving. Known for her kind and caring nature and strong attention to detail, Miss Makaela helps create a nurturing and supportive environment where every child feels valued, encouraged, and ready to learn.

Miss Farhana is one of our wonderful School Age teachers. She brings valuable experience from working in local school districts and has a strong understanding of how to support children both academically and socially. Miss Farhana is known for being kind, creative, and structured, creating an environment where students feel supported while staying engaged and focused. Her experience and caring approach help make our School Age program a positive and enriching space for every child.

Miss Jade is a Floater who brings a fun and creative spirit to every classroom she visits. Known for her calm demeanor and endless patience, she helps create a warm and welcoming environment where children feel comfortable exploring, learning, and expressing themselves. Her gentle approach and imaginative ideas make each day engaging and enjoyable for our preschoolers.
