TLE is an amazing daycare filled with amazing people! This is my sons first year in daycare so as you can imagine it was a rougher transition in the beginning, but Mrs. Bridgett welcomed my family with open arms, and made my son feel like he was with a family member. Within 2 weeks he went from crying reaching for me, to hugging her and waving me goodbye. That alone speaks volumes to me about how much these teachers care for each child.

I highly recommend The Learning Experience! My daughter has learned so much since attending. Her teachers do an amazing job keeping the children engaged and making learning fun. She comes home excited to sing new songs, recite her ABCs, recognize letters, and even say new words. It’s wonderful to see how much she’s growing every day. I also want to recognize Assistant Director Stephanie for the incredible job she does. She always makes sure my family and I stay informed and on the same page about my daughter’s learning and development. Her communication is excellent, and it’s clear that she truly cares about each child and their family’s experience. Thank you to Stephanie and the entire staff for creating such a caring, supportive, and educational environment. We truly appreciate everything you do and are grateful to have our daughter at The Learning Experience!

We absolutely love The Learning Experience, Southside to be exact. The care, attention, and support our baby receives every day give us complete peace of mind. The staff creates a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. A special thank you to Ms. Brigitte, Ms. Stephanie, and Ms. Barbara. Their kindness, patience, and genuine love for the children are evident every day. They go above and beyond to make our baby feel safe, happy, and cared for, and we truly appreciate the communication and dedication they show to our family.

My infant started coming to TLE and has adjusted so well! My oldest was with TLE as well and graduated VPK and I have nothing but good things to say! Highly recommend!

Our son has been attending this daycare since June 2025, when he was just 7 months old. He started in the infant class and recently transitioned to the toddler class after turning one. From day one, the infant teachers were extremely helpful. They provided consistent feedback on his development and gave us practical tips to make his days easier — which is invaluable as working parents who aren’t with him all day. That kind of communication builds real trust. When it was time to transition classes, they guided us through a six-week adjustment period — helping us prepare him for wearing shoes daily, switching to sippy cups, and moving fully into solid foods. As new parents, that guidance mattered more than they probably realize. Now in the toddler class, he’s thriving. He’s free to explore, socialize, and grow — and the teachers continue to keep us informed and involved. A few weeks ago, when he got sick at school, they called us immediately. When I arrived, one of his teachers was holding him while he slept, keeping him comfortable. That meant a lot to my wife and me. It showed genuine care. After being out for a week, he came back and ran to his teacher with open arms. At his age, that says everything. We’re grateful for the level of care, communication, and attention they give our son every day.

I love this location and so do my 2 kids, ages 4 and 3 …. Ms. Nicola (the director) is incredibly awesome! She helped us a lot and was very thorough during our tour. All the teachers in here are very welcoming and lovable. My kids were never in child care before, and I can say that, as their first time, they are loving it and look forward to coming to school every morning!

I can’t say enough great things about The Learning Experience on Southside Blvd in Jacksonville! From the moment you walk in, you can feel how positive and welcoming the environment is. The staff is absolutely amazing—kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child’s growth and happiness. The director is truly one of a kind—she even reminds me of Dora the Explorer in the best way possible! She brings that same sense of energy, curiosity, and fun, and you can tell she makes it a priority to ensure every child is learning while having a great time. Safety is clearly a top priority here, which gives me so much peace of mind as a parent. The team goes above and beyond to create a secure, structured, and nurturing space where kids can thrive. It’s also clear that a lot of creativity and brainpower goes into running this place—the staff keeps things engaging, educational, and fun every single day.. If you’re looking for a daycare where your child will be safe, supported, and excited to learn, I highly recommend The Learning Experience!

We’ve had such a great experience with this daycare since my daughter started in September 2025. From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff are welcoming, personable, and always in a great mood. It truly gives you peace of mind and you never feel like your child is just “one of many” or overlooked. Her teachers have been amazing! Especially Ms. Stephanie, Ms. Kali, and Ms. Carmen … They truly treat Indi like one of their own, and that means everything to us as parents. She has already transitioned into the preschool class, and the support during that change was seamless. Like any child, she has her mornings where she may not be in the best mood, but every single person in the hallway still greets her and makes her feel seen and welcome. She absolutely loves her teachers and the entire staff. She talks about them all the time (and definitely loves Bubbles too ?). What really stands out is how they treat our whole family. They even treat my older son like one of their own and he doesn’t even attend there. That level of genuine care is rare and so appreciated. The environment here really feels like a family. From day one, we felt like we fit right in. We also appreciate all the events they host! We haven’t missed one yet because of how inviting and well-put-together everything is. Overall, we haven’t had any issues at all. Even when she’s been out for a while, she’s always excited to come back and see her teachers. That alone says everything ?

I want to thank Ms. Andreia and Ms. Yohandra, Rafael’s teachers, for all the love, patience, and dedication they show every day. Rafael has grown so much — socially, emotionally, and academically — and he always feels safe, happy, and excited to go to school. As a mother, that peace of mind is priceless.
