Transitioning my daughter to a new daycare was something I was very nervous about, but The Learning Experience Mandarin made the entire process feel seamless and welcoming from day one. Director Cynthia went above and beyond to make everything stress-free. She patiently answered all of my questions and concerns, reassured me throughout the transition, and made us feel truly supported and valued as a family. My daughter’s teacher, Sammy, has been absolutely amazing. She is patient, loving, and attentive, and she consistently keeps me updated on my daughter’s day, progress, and experiences. Knowing my daughter is cared for by someone so compassionate gives me such peace of mind. Mary has also been incredible with my daughter. Since she knows ASL, communication has been so meaningful and natural for them. Watching the bond they’ve created has been heartwarming, and I truly appreciate the effort, kindness, and understanding she shows every day. I am so grateful to have found a daycare where my daughter feels loved, supported, and encouraged to thrive. As a parent, there is no greater comfort than knowing your child is spending his day with someone who genuinely cares for him, and she does exactly that. Even after he moved on from her class, she took the time to check in on him and continued to encourage and celebrate him. She has taken the time to truly know our son by acknowledging his strengths, encouraging his individuality, and helping him build confidence in himself. She sees potential in every child in her classroom and has an incredible gift for helping them grow. What stands out most is her ability to encourage growth in such a positive and supportive way. She has helped identify areas where he needed additional support and has worked with him and us patiently and consistently to reach important developmental milestones. My daughters started at TLE Mandarin not too long ago And I already can see they both have made major major progress socially and educationally. Being someone who is very particular who watches my kids, I immediately felt at ease during the tour and seeing their growth so far confirms we made a good decision. Cynthia and Kareshia are always nice and have answers to my questions and always happy to help. The teachers really get to know the kids and parents. They post pics throughout the day and update you on diaper changes. They both yell “BYEEE” everyday before leaving and that makes me feel good. Its definitely worth it and Not your ordinary daycare!

TLE continues to be one of the BEST decisions we’ve made for our blossoming three-nager! Now being here for two year I can say, the development and exposure he gets here daily shines brightly in almost every social interaction we encounter. The curriculum in his classes have been instrumental in his ability to recognize all colors, shapes, letters, numbers, simple words and animals - among other things. Additionally, they were essential in our potty training adventure. After hearing horror stories about other day-care experiences, I cannot explain how happy I am with our decision to make TLE our extended family. You can feel the impact from the moment you walk through the door. Cynthia, Karisha, and Tiffany warmly welcomes each person and knows the kids by their name and daily experiences. You can clearly see that it’s not a job for them it’s a passion! Then, once we enter the classroom you can see the kids genuinely enjoy the environment and are happy to be around each other.
