My wife and I could not be happier with our experience at The Learning Experience in Highlands Ranch! Entrusting your child to a daycare is a big decision, but the staff here made the transition smooth and stress-free from day one. The teachers are truly the heart of this center. They are exceptionally kind, patient, and creative, taking the time to understand each child's individual personality and needs. My child comes home excited every single day, talking about the fun, stimulating activities and hands-on learning they did. Ms. Paola consistently goes above and beyond to make my son feel safe and cared for, which has allowed him to break out of his shell and really be himself! She has even helped him take large strides in becoming potty trained, which has been an incredible relief! I also love knowing they are getting nutritious, healthy meals throughout the day and building great habits early on. It is such a relief to go to work each day knowing my child is safe, loved, well-nourished, and genuinely thriving. I highly recommend TLE Highlands Ranch to any local family looking for top-notch care!

We are extremely pleased with The Learning Experience Highlands Ranch. We switched from another facility that was fine, but they didn't have the educational resources that came with TLE. Our daughter used to hate daycare drop off but after moving to TLE, she's excited to go! We've certainly seen it help her development. Her current teaching team, including Kavya, Mikelle, D'Ann, Savannah, and the Administrative team have all been great. We know it can be difficult leaving the most important person in your whole world with people you don't know, but we are certainly comfortable with the team at TLE Highlands Ranch.

We absolutely love our decision to transfer over to the learning experience. The staff is so kind and attentive to our little guys needs. They’ve almost become family and we are going to miss them so much when he goes to kindergarten. Miss Kyla is amazing at her job and keeps the kids busy with so many activities through the summer program. I almost feel bad when we have to take him out of class for a vacation. Lol. Miss Savannah, Miss Annabella, and Miss Fatima are wonderful influences and we’ve really enjoyed the progress our son has made since we moved over to The Learning Experience. He has learned many social skills and will definitely be ready for kindergarten.

We started TLE in November of 2024 as a transfer from a daycare that went south. TLE has been great to be at for a year and a half now and we will be sad when we depart and start kinder. The teachers care so much for the kids, my son LOVES Ms. Savannah and Ms. Deann. He is learning so much and will definitely be prepared for Kinder when the time comes.

This one may be a little different. I am the granddad! Our kids, the parents, are great, but busy at their work. My wife/ grandmother and I take Clara 2-3 afternoons a week. It is so great to see this Learning Experience. When I pick our grandchild up, I talk to the leaders, staff, teachers, helpers and the team. All are caring, teaching, fair, assiting each child in proper growing, learning and interacting. Being around kids and other grandkids for many years, we've seen a lot of approaches to child care. We’ve had a wonderful experience at TLE. We move to this school for the curriculum and have seen a lot of growth socially and academically in our child. The teachers are the absolute best—engaging, caring, dedicated, and truly invested in each child’s growth. Ms Kyla, the director, makes you feel heard. The special events and little extras they offer create a strong sense of community for both kids and families.

Our son started daycare at The Learning Experience when he was about 1.5 years old. I started a new job and this was his first time in daycare so it was a big transition for our family (to say the least!). My husband and I genuinely view The Learning Experience team as a valuable part of our village, especially since we don't have family nearby. The love and attention they give to our son has been so appreciated. My mind is put at ease seeing the pictures throughout the day and if it’s a tougher day and I’m checking in more frequently to see how he is doing, I am always met with care, kindness, and validation. One thing that has stood out to us is the sense of community the staff creates, not just for the children, but for the entire family. The team consistently goes above and beyond for family events, spirit weeks, themed activities, and special celebrations that make daycare feel fun, welcoming, and personal. You can tell there is so much thought, creativity, and heart poured into creating memorable experiences for the kids and their parents. The sports-themed decorations were a huge hit with my son, and he still gets excited about the summer splash days, PJ days, and all the little surprises throughout the year. We’ve also been incredibly grateful for the home-school connection the teachers have built with us, especially during first-time potty training. Having consistency, communication, encouragement, and support between home and daycare made such a difference during a big milestone for our son. It truly felt like we were working together as a team, and that partnership gave us so much confidence as parents. Since starting at The Learning Experience, we’ve seen so much growth in our son socially, emotionally, and developmentally. More importantly, we’ve grown as a family during our time here, too. Starting daycare was emotional and intimidating at first, but the staff made us feel supported every step of the way. The genuine love, patience, and care shown by every staff member has meant more to us than we can properly put into words. We are so grateful for all The Learning Experience has done and continues to do for its children and families. TLE Highlands Ranch is our family's third daycare and we are absolutely thrilled to be here. There is always a sense of cleanliness, security and safety. Additionally, the director Kyla sets a caring and creative tone from the top. Our two kids are known by name from all the teachers, who provide a good mix of guidance, fun, and education. Food is included in tuition here, which was a major quality of life improvement for us parents over our prior daycares. Financially, the costs are competitive, plus we received help from TLE getting the UPK subsidy for our oldest. Some additional perks are available from TLE, like the first responder discount & sibling discount. The location is very convenient to our home and work--the time we get back thanks to our short commute allows us to live our life and learn about other TLE kids & parents for a rich social life. Lastly, the fun activities hosted by TLE outside school hours are a super great bonus. This is the right place for our kids.

We were previously at another TLE in Westminster (son is 10 months old) and were SO sad we had to move. We were skeptical on joining a brand new daycare, but could not be happier with the leadership and support from all the highlands ranch TLE members! The center director, Jessi, is AMAZING! She’s always calm, welcomes any/all questions or concerns, and is constantly striving to give you and your little one the best experience possible. It has also been so nice to see how involved the franchise owner has been with the daycare. She has been there everyday since they opened! Top it off with our infant teacher (Ms Jasmin) who is so loving to our little guy - we couldn’t be luckier to have transferred to such a great location!
