TLE Eatontown is amazing! Trusting anyone with your infant is one of the scariest feelings- even with my second, I was nervous about it. The lead teachers Tianna and Tyana couldn’t have made the transition back to work any easier for me. They are the kindest, most caring ladies and my son so clearly adores them. I’m so grateful for the open communication, I can call at any given time (during operating hours) and they’re available to answer questions, share information and keep me up to date. Judy is a hands on director who remembers everything about you and your child and Sarah is an amazing right hand - with all the knowledge! Transitioning daycares as a mom was emotional and honestly a little scary, but the staff made my daughter feels welcomed and comfortable from the beginning. I really appreciate the communication, cleanliness, and the structure of the program. I can tell they genuinely care about the children and their development, not just supervision. It's great that my daughter has been learning so much, becoming more social, and comes home excited about her day. One thing I've really appreciated is how welcoming the environment feels. Ms. Judi puts a lot of effort into creating a sense of community and finding ways to bring families together. As a parent, that means a lot. The teachers are always friendly and approachable, and it genuinely feels like they care about the kids. The location is also incredibly convenient for us, which has made our daily routine much less stressful. Overall, I’m very grateful for the teachers and staff and happy we made the switch.
I can’t brag enough about this location! As a mom of two I have enrolled my kids into 3 different daycares/locations and this is my favorite by far! The teachers and staff truly care. They are so mindful to celebrate the kids, parents and holidays. My daughter’s teacher, Stephanie, treats my child like her own. Which is a great feeling for a working mom who had to enroll 8 weeks after giving birth. From the food, toys and even the parents night out once a month- everything has been amazing this last year!

We enrolled our infant over a year ago and have had such a great experience. The attention and care given to each child by all staff members, is great to see how happy the children are to be there. He has learned and grown so much with the care from the amazing staff. They are always friendly and make an effort to know the parents and child. It all made the transition of going back to work easier knowing that my child was being left in such great hands.
We loved Ms Casey and we really love and appreciate Ms Fatima too. My daughter is only attending TLE on a part time basis, but she loves school. On her days off she asks about it. Very fair pricing and great class size. I recommend TLE.

My daughter often comes home excited to tell me about her day, from fun arts and crafts to enjoyable indoor and outdoor activities. I also appreciate the regular updates and open communication we have. It’s great to know how my daughter is doing and what she’s learning each day. TLE not only looks after the kids but also does a lot for the parents. Overall, I highly recommend The Learning Experience. Both my son (2.5+ years) and daughter (7 months) are enrolled at TLE and have been since each turned 5/6 months old - we’ve been with them for awhile. Listen, no daycare/childcare facility is perfect. Everyone will have their own opinions/expectations/standards, especially when it comes to their kids. Initially for us, TLE was the only viable option as our preferred daycare at the time was at capacity. We have had amazing experiences as well as not so great experiences with TLE over the years but it’s par for the course. There have been times we’ve considered leaving but ultimately glad we decided against it. At the end of the day, my babies are happy, healthy and thriving. That is all that matters. There are a handful of kids in my toddlers class that have been with him since infancy and it’s just the cutest thing watching them link up everyday like little besties - aka “the boys” (iykyk) - it’s going to be sad when they eventually part ways to their respective school districts in the next year or two. This alone makes TLE worth it…the socialization is key! Not to mention they do tons of reading, singing, crafts, activities (indoor and outdoor), etc. Staff is always friendly and engaged in the classroom. They keep my (not so easy) 7 month old on a great eat/sleep/play schedule. Management has always been patient, communicative and accommodating with us. They’ve also gotten so much better at incident reporting - P.S. incidents (e.g. biting, scratching, etc) are going to happen…kids just being kids!!!! I hope they keep up the momentum despite recent Director changes. Now are there areas for improvement? Sure…but not a make or break for us - i.e. security could be tighter, healthier food options would be nice and staff turnover is a bit high. Again though, these types of things (for us) are trade offs, not requirements. That all said, we are just grateful to have access to daycare and the staff alike to care and love our babies - so thank you TLE team for doing the lord’s work because dealing with kids all day is no feat for the weak!!!!! & to the families contemplating whether to enroll, rest assured your kids will learn, grow and develop here.

Miss Michelle in the Preschool 2 class at TLE Eatontown is a phenomenal preschool teacher! Josephine has been thriving since Miss Michelle became her teacher and is even starting to read independently! Josephine mentions all the time that she will miss her when she starts kindergarten. Jo could not be more prepared to start kindergarten in the fall thanks to Miss Michelle.

I wouldn't want to send my daughter anywhere else because the people who work here are just so great they helped my daughter adjust after being transfered from a horrible school and I couldn't be more grateful for the people who teach my daughter
