The Learning Experience Chelmsford branch is absolutely fantastic. Our son is in the young infant room with his outstanding teachers, Ms. Janet and Ms. Mariana. Being educators ourselves, we greatly value the thoughtful and engaging curriculum the teachers put together for the children. We also get the most amazing, hilarious, and joyful photos of our kiddo engaged in all sorts of themed crafts and social activities throughout the day. We are so grateful for the incredible care his teachers show him and us every day. We are first-time parents and everything is new to us, so being able to ask questions, get advice, and hear insights into how to best support our son’s development has meant the world and given us confidence. We also feel that our son’s multicultural identity is welcomed and celebrated here, as Janet and Mariana custom-designed a craft for our son in honor of a holiday we celebrate at home. And can we talk about the tremendous thought and effort they put into their bulletin boards?! Sometimes I get a photo of a craft in the morning, and that same day we see the amazing new educational learning display already hung up. Needless to say, pick-up is our favorite time of day– not just because we get to see our son, but because we get to connect meaningfully with his teachers. It is evident that both Janet and Mariana, as well as the floater teachers who help out in the classroom, show great tenderness, patience, and knowledge when supporting the children. Going back to work after being on parental leave has been incredibly difficult, but it gives us great peace of mind to know our son is in such good hands.

My son has been at The Learning Experience in Chelmsford for three years. During that time, we've been lucky enough to be with two of the same lead teachers for two years -- Ms. Maria and Ms. Aaliyah. The team here, particularly his lead teachers, is caring and communicative. My son loves being at school. Our time in Preppers (pre-preschool) and Pre-K has been especially great. This may be a chain, but it feels very community-oriented. We are sad to leave as my son gets ready for Kindergarten!

We started sending our daughter to the learning experience when she was 3.5 years old and TLE has been so accommodating from the beginning. It’s been almost 2 years since and I still cannot say enough good things about TLE. Most importantly my daughter loves it there and looks forward to going every day. I love this day care so much!! My daughter started in the infant room a couple of months ago and we have been so happy with our experience. My daughter started coming to this daycare the beginning of January 2025 and has absolutely loved it ! She adjusted so well and made so many friends. Courtney and Maribel are amazing and answers any question I have. All the staff are so welcoming when walking in an has a positive attitude. My daughter teachers along with the morning staff are always so happy and care for my child/other children like their own !! I wish I had sent her here sooner ? 10/10 recommend

My daughter has learned and flourished so much from her time here. She loves feeling confident each time she learns something new. The summer program is amazing as well from the splash pad to the foam party, magician, scientist, build a bear and much more my daughter enjoys so much. This school offers children so many great experiences and my daughter also loves Bubbles and the rest of the crew! I am very grateful for the learning experience!

Leaving your children in the care of someone else every day is one of the hardest things parents have to do. I'm so grateful to TLE for providing a safe space with caring teachers that you can trust. We've been a part of the TLE family for over four years and have been through all of their class levels. If you are looking for a daycare to call your second home with great programs, safe and clean environment then look no further. Watching my two sons progress here at TLE Chelmsford has been such a great experience for me, one of my lil one turns 5 in October and I know he will be sad to leave come Sept 2023, it always gives me peace of mind knowing my little ones are in great, safe hands. All the teachers and directors are so amazing, professional, friendly, caring and pay special attention to each child's needs. Special shoutout to Miss Lena, who has supernatural talent in teaching, her love for each child is flawless. I highly recommend this center to anyone looking for placemat for your lil one.

If you are looking for a place full of loving caring fun ladies you have found the place! My daughter has been in public school for three yrs and since then attended other after school programs, and summer camps. I have yet to find teachers that care the way these teachers do. The directors/owner really do a great job when hiring their staff to be a part of their big family.

They not only looked after my daughter, but they genuinely loved her. From potty training, to social emotional learning, to spelling and math, TLE did it all. We decided it was best for our middle child to skip her entrance to elementary school during the pandemic. It was a strong easy and unquestionable decision to leave her at TLE Chelmsford. It has been a second home built in trust. The staff and administrators are respectful and experienced. We know our kids are well beyond school ready with the curriculum and social skills they've set. Well be sad to go but excited to have 4 years left there with our toddler waving the older two off each day.

Rating this daycare center a 5/5 for many reasons. I am a mom to one amazing little child. With being a new mom, all this was unfamiliar. TLE staff have experience and the directors are so supportive of understanding each family and explaining their regulations and policies. They go that extra mile . Facts! I was very selective of where my son would go and did two other tours in nearby locations. This one was it for my son. My infant son at the time and I did the tour here together. The teachers were so attentive and caring. This didn't change after the tour that then led to our enrollment. So here are my most significant experiences thus far ; 1. Tuition rates are reasonable and there are various ways to pay (work with my part time schedule or more days as needed ) 2. I dropped in whenever I wanted to see my child or peek to see how he interacted w/ his teachers & peers 3. Received daily updates on my app, emails as needed, and I called frequently to check in 4. They gave my child my home cooked Cultural / nutritious foods , My breastmilk bottles , or I was able to drop in to breastfeed on my lunch break 5. Safe and security protocols in place 6. I actually learned parenting skills from the teachers 7. My son learned material and I noticed how he advanced in milestones 8. Teachers understood my son being biracial and speaking two languages and the importance to understand what he needed or wanted (teachers took time to learn words in a different language ) 8. communicated concerns or accidents promptly to parent 9. They have well planned out events where I got to meet other parents , teachers and his friends while my son and I bonded this way and did the activities and lastly 10. They celebrated important events of my son's life as well as his peers especial events . Such a great sense of friendship and family . I don't need to say more :)!! I hope every mommy , father, or those in a caregiver position are reading this and finds this helpful .

My granddaughter attended this center and I was lucky enough to get to drop her off or pick her up on most days to help her mother. I loved coming in and seeing all the children and staff. The children were always so friendly and would come up to you and knew me as Nana. Her teachers were always so friendly and would let me know all the good things they did during the day and if my granddaughter ever needed anything. Going to pick her up was always so nice because I knew that someone else was caring and loving her in a way I would. Thank you!

I love this center! The staff including their administration have always been very warm and welcoming! The teachers in the classroom make each individual child feel extra special especially when they great them in the am. When my family moved town and had to find another center we were not able to find this love and affection elsewhere and we miss it tremendously! I would have not predicted these mixed emotions felt on Jack's last day at TLE when we enrolled him 5 years ago. I had my heart set on a home day care run by a sweet grandmother who would cuddle Jack all day :) Greg has always been the bigger picture thinker. he was on the lookout for a daycare where Jack could interact with many peers, learn sharing, celebrating, explore curiosities, and feel supported by thoughtful teachers. I did not get the grandmother I was looking for but the rest of our list really more than worked out. Thank you for how safe, fun and truly loved we all felt each day dropping Jack in the early morning and joyfully racing to pick him up each evening. We have all grown here at TLE thanks to your truly loving, compassionate staff. Thank goodness we have Owen so we wont have to say goodbye! Cheers to you all!

You have created such a nurturing second home and family. In many ways, you are so much more than teachers. You kiss the boo-boos, you hug and cuddle, you explain, teach and help all of the children in your care grow in so many ways during the most important and formative years in their development. My little guy is at TLE in Chelmsford, MA and he has learned so much. We are shocked and excited when he comes home and signs or shows us a new skill (like wiping his nose with a tissue at one!). His teachers are amazing and the administrators are outstanding. I'm constantly asking questions and talking to them because they care for the most important person in my life. Everyone at TLE takes the time to talk to me and tell me about his day. They show their concern and affection everyday. It means so much!!!
