Ms. Olga supports families from the very beginning by leading orientations for new families and helping guide them through their first 30 days at the center. She also brings learning to life by teaching our Spanish curriculum and loves helping children explore new languages and cultures.

Ms. Isabella helps support many areas of the center, including training new team members, guiding prospective families through the enrollment process, and supporting classrooms. She loves building connections with families and helping create a warm, welcoming environment for every child to learn and grow.

Having taught in Olathe Public Schools for 10 years, I've always loved being around children and have a passion for education and nurturing relationships. This passion grew after I enrolled my son in child care where I saw the interaction and education he was gaining there, and made me strive towards one day opening my own child care center. This dream became a reality when my husband and I joined The Learning Experience family in 2020 and opened our own TLE center in Liberty, MO in January 2021. My husband Scott and I reside in Lenexa, KS with our three beautiful children. I have a degree in Elementary Education from the University of Missouri – Kansas City and a Masters in Reading Instruction from MidAmerica Nazarene University. For fun, I enjoy weekends at the lake, baking, and traveling.

In addition to my 3 years at The Learning Experience, I have spent the past twenty years in education mentoring staff, developing curriculum, and teaching and coaching all ages! I hold a certification in Early Childhood Education/Child Growth and Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Education. I am passionate about early childhood education because, through positive and loving relationships and engaging curriculum and learning experiences, we have the opportunity to aid children in their development and build a foundation for lifelong learning. I can’t wait to see how our TLE graduates change the world! My husband, Phil, and I currently live in Grain Valley with our two children, Avery and Vivi, and our dog, Frank. I love spending time with friends and family, traveling, reading, shopping, playing volleyball and cheering for the Chiefs!

With over 14 years of experience in education, Ms. Brittaney brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role as Center Director. She holds degrees in Elementary Education and Special Education, as well as a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and certification as an autism specialist. She is dedicated to supporting children, families, and staff while creating a positive and engaging learning environment for all.

Ms. Shweta has been with TLE-Blue Valley since February 2024. She loves spending time with children and watching them grow. In her spare time she loves to bake sweet and savory treats for her family and friends.

Ms. Genevieve has been working in childcare, as a nanny and a teacher, for going on 4+ years. She loves working with children because they offer the perspective that adults have lost to time. She has 2 kitties at home and loves to spend her evenings playing games with her partner!

Ms. Blanca has been with the TLE company since November of 2023. She has always had a passion about working with kids coming into work everyday and seeing their faces makes her whole day. She can't wait to see your little ones reach each of their milestones.

Mr. Devaun brings a kind and gentle presence to the Toddler A classroom, helping little learners feel encouraged as they explore and grow. Known for his sweet personality, he loves building positive connections with children and making each day fun.

Ms. Amaya is a seasoned lead teacher who brings experience from multiple age groups throughout the center. Since joining our school in June 2024, she has created a nurturing and engaging environment for our Twaddler A students and loves helping little learners grow and gain confidence each day.

Ms. Nique has been working in childcare for a little over 5 years. She grew up helping in her family’s in home daycares and has grown to love taking care of children over time.

Ms. Morgan is a dedicated teacher with a passion for working with children and creating nurturing environments where they can learn, grow and thrive.

Ms. Alize has 2 beautiful boys named Cade & Ashton. She has cared for children most of her life, from being the oldest of 5 siblings, babysitting for friends and family, to having children of her own. Working with children is her passion and she can’t wait for the journey ahead here at The Learning Experience!

Ms. Beth has been in the childcare industry for over 20 years. She has worked will all ages from infants to school age. Currently she lives in Edgerton with her husband and 2 kids, her son Caleb is 15 and daughter Kayleigh who is 11. They are a big soccer family and love watching local teams and both of her kids play.

Ms. Melanie absolutely love being a teacher, she has worked with kids all her life in one way or another and started out volunteering in a church daycare when she was 12. She's super excited to be apart of the team and to help nurture and guide students to success.

Ms. Tattiana loves creating a fun and engaging classroom where Preschool 3A students can learn, grow, and express themselves creatively. With her artistic passion, she enjoys bringing hands-on projects and imaginative experiences into the classroom each day.

Ms. Emma loves creating a warm and engaging environment where Preschool 1A students can learn, grow, and build confidence. Originally from New Jersey, she moved to Missouri four years ago with her husband, Robert, and daughter, Dalilah. In her free time, she enjoys reading, listening to music, dancing, and going camping and hiking with her family and two dogs.

Ms. Hailey leads the Preschool 2A classroom with a passion for creating a fun, engaging environment where children can learn and grow. She loves helping her students build confidence, reach new milestones, and make each day an exciting learning experience.

Ms. Emma enjoys supporting our youngest learners as they discover new skills and experiences each day. With three young boys of her own, she brings plenty of patience, fun, and real-life experience to the classroom.

Ms. Kayla enjoys supporting our Two’s classrooms and helping create a positive environment where children can learn and grow. She loves being part of each child’s day and supporting their development through fun and engaging experiences.

Ms. Huong brings positivity and care to classrooms throughout the TLE, enjoying the opportunity to support children of all ages. Born in Hanoi, Vietnam, she has been married to her husband, Brent, for 18 years and is a proud mom to two boys, Owen and Luke, along with their fur baby, Ody. Outside of school, she loves traveling, reading, and walking, and enjoys working with children because they bring her joy and keep her young.

Ms. Taylor loves working in our preschool classrooms and has a passion for curriculum and hands-on learning experiences. She enjoys supporting older classrooms and helping children grow through engaging activities each day.

Ms. Sara enjoys helping little learners grow through play, imagination, and connection. She especially loves reading books and telling stories to children, making story time a fun and meaningful part of the day.

Ms. Jocelyn is passionate about creating a fun and engaging environment where Preschool 1A students can build confidence and learn new skills. She enjoys helping children grow through hands-on learning and everyday discoveries.

Ms. Peyton loves bringing creativity and fun to our infant and toddler classrooms each day. With over two years of professional childcare experience, plus years of babysitting and volunteering, she enjoys helping little learners grow through hands-on experiences. She is currently attending JCCC and loves all things creative.

Ms. Kayleigh enjoys creating fun and engaging experiences for our Preppers students as they learn and grow. Having lots of younger brothers, she has always loved working with children and helping them explore new skills each day.

Ms. Jelitza helps create a fun and supportive classroom environment where children feel encouraged to learn and grow. She loves building strong connections with her students and helping make each day exciting for the Preschool 2A class.

Ms. Caylee enjoys supporting classrooms throughout the center and helping create fun, engaging experiences for children of all ages. She loves building connections with students and helping make each day a positive one.

Mr. Ethan supports our Preppers and Twaddler classrooms and especially loves working with the 2-year-old age group. He enjoys helping little learners explore, play, and grow each day. Mr. Ethan is currently attending Lewis University, where he is also a member of the cheer team!

Ms. Liv loves supporting classrooms and helping children learn and grow through everyday experiences. She also works as a substitute teacher in the school district and enjoys being part of children’s learning both in and out of the classroom.

Ms. Andrea enjoys supporting classrooms throughout the center and helping create fun experiences for children each day. She is currently attending the University of Arkansas and loves having a special connection to our school through her niece, who attends here!

Ms. Bre is a familiar face around our center, previously serving as our Preppers teacher and now supporting classrooms throughout the school as a floater. She loves helping children learn and grow at every stage and enjoys building connections with students across all age groups.
