We made the switch to The Learning Experience- Lee's Summit in November 2024 and we couldn't be happier! Our 2-year-old son has so much fun at school, and he's learned so much in his time there. The staff is wonderful-they are all so kind and make an effort to get to know you and your family. When we pull into the parking lot every morning, our son say's "Bubbles!" and he is so excited to walk in and start his day. We can't say enough great things about TLE, they're the best!

As an employee, and parent at the Learning Experience in Lee’s Summit…I can say I am impressed all around. I love working here! I have enjoyed getting to know the families and children that are a part of the TLE family. I also get to form relationships with the staff, and see first hand how much care and hard work goes into running this school. The building is safe, clean, and organized. The curriculum is top notch. My 3 year old loves his preschool teachers! They are wonderful!!!! I love getting daily updates on how my son is doing throughout the day, including photos. I highly recommend The Learning Experience for your little one age: infant-pre K.

We absolutely love The Learning Experience! Our daughter has been attending The Learning Experience for a while now, and we couldn’t be happier with the care and education she’s receiving. From the moment we walk in each morning, we’re greeted with smiles and warmth — it truly feels like an extended family. The teachers are incredibly nurturing, patient, and genuinely invested in each child’s growth. They take the time to get to know every student’s personality and learning style, and it really shows in how confident and happy our daughter has become. We’ve seen such amazing progress in her language, social skills, and independence since starting here. The daily updates and photos through their parent app are a huge bonus — it’s wonderful to see what she’s learning and how much fun she’s having throughout the day. The curriculum strikes a perfect balance between play, creativity, and structured learning, and the activities are always engaging and age-appropriate. The facility itself is always clean, safe, and cheerful, with bright classrooms and plenty of hands-on learning spaces. You can tell the staff takes great pride in maintaining a positive, secure environment for the kids. We truly feel that The Learning Experience has been the best possible choice for our daughter’s early education. Knowing she’s in such loving and capable hands gives us total peace of mind every day. TLE is like a second family to us. After touring several facilities, we are so glad we chose TLE Lee’s Summit to teach and care for our daughter. They have a great team and member like Ms. Lindsey, Ms. Mac, Ms. Kennady, Ms. Somer, and Ms. Katrina go above and beyond every day. They give us peace of mind knowing our little one is cared for and nurtured while at daycare. All staff members are amazing these are just a few that have been exceptionally great to us while we’ve been apart of the TLE family. The owners, Kelly and Randy, are exceptional and incredibly transparent. They’re always available and keep families informed on everything from illnesses and injuries to safety matters like weather. Super attentive daycare with fantastic staff for our first baby. She's been attending since January and is now turning 1. Our girl loves it here, and she is so connected with her teachers. They always communicate with any and all incidents or ongoings. And their app is so nice to keep up with her day, especially for a baby and knowing when they last ate/slept/diaper change throughout the day.

As working parents with full-time jobs, it’s such a relief to know they have very few closure days, making it incredibly convenient and stress-free for our family. We’ve had such a good experience! This is our first time putting our kids in daycare and it’s been so nice knowing they’re well cared for. I love the updates throughout the day and I love seeing that they’re learning a lot. My two year old comes home telling me about shapes and colors and numbers and all his friends. 10/10!

We love our new friends at TLE in Lees Summit! My husband and I were nervous to transition our daughter before kindergarten from her previous daycare, however TLE team has made the transition very smooth for her. I especially like the added security during check in and in the classrooms. The facility is always clean and we are always greeted with a smile when we come in. Highly recommend!

I don't write many reviews, but I would scream from the roof tops.... HIGHLY RECOMMEND LS LEARNING EXPERIENCE! We have never had experience with a school/day care before, it's scary to leave your child in the hands of someone you don't know. But after meeting Randy and Kelly the owners there is no better place I would bring our child. In such a short time our child has learned so much, as well as communicating all his needs. He is excited to see his teacher and friends every day. I honestly tell everyone how much I love this place! Thank you so much for providing a place that feels safe and we know our child is cared for. ??
