Mariella is currently pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education and brings a genuine passion for teaching to our team. She has always had a special love for working with our littlest learners, and it shows in the care and enthusiasm she brings each day. We’re so excited to have her as part of our TLE family!

Ms. Caitlin is our newest Administrative Assistant! She has worked hard and tirelessly for just a short amount of time to now take on admin duties. Ms. Caitlin is currently enrolled at Suffolk Community College with hopes to complete an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education. She has been with us at TLE for almost a year!

Darlene White I is the proud owner of our center, The Learning Experience, here in Medford. It has been her dream for years to own her own Child Care center. Ms. Darlene has worked in the public school system for the past 30 years in various elementary schools. Currently, Ms. Darlene is the Assistance Principle of Wynandanch High School. When she is not assisting her staff and students out in Wyandanch, Ms. Darlene is here at TLE making a difference for her little learners.

My name is Alicia and I am a professional child care provider. I have had the privilege of educating young children for more then 24 years. Specializing in Infant/Toddler care and Early Special Education. I am an advocate for young children and have a strong passion in supporting children's development and their families. Music is a strong passion of mine and I always bring sunshine, positivity, and happiness to my centers

Ms. Jennifer is no stranger to our TLE family—her journey with us dates all the way back to pre-COVID days! With each passing year, Ms. Jenn continues to evolve, bringing fresh energy, creativity, and passion into the classroom. She’s known for designing engaging activities, creative crafts, and enriching curriculum for the children, all while lending her talents to social media and marketing behind the scenes. We’re thrilled to have her back for another exciting chapter!

Ms. Shaianne joins our TLE family as one of our lead teachers in the Infant program. She is hard-working, resilient, and a team player. Shaianne is a breath of fresh air within the infant room as the children and staff adore her!

Ms. Angelina is one of our newest additions to our TLE family! She is assisting in the infant rooms providing our babies with tender love and care.

Ms. Cinthia is our Infant teacher and our little learners would not have it any other way! Cinthia is an amazing Infant teacher on top of balancing school and motherhood! She is efficient, alert, and fast acting. Ms. Cinthia has been with us since May of this year!

Ms. Tori has been working with TLE since September of 2023. She takes on the role of toddler teacher and the children could not be any happier! Ms. Tori is kind, caring, and efficient in care-taking. Ms. Tori has found herself working in childcare since her teen years, at the bright age of 13, taking all the babysitting jobs she could take! Ms. Tori is currently working towards her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education!

Brielle is a recent high school graduate who brings youth, enthusiasm and a fresh perspective to our team. As a toddler assistant teacher, she’s already making wonderful connections with our little learners. Her flexibility and willingness to assist with other age groups make her a valuable and versatile part of our classroom family. We’re excited to watch her grow in this role!

Ms. Desirae is an experienced and efficient worker in the child care field. She is not new to the ideas of childcare and caretaking as she is a mother of 4; she is not new to this, she is true to it! Loved by our little learners and staff, Ms. Desirae is a joy to have as a new addition to our team!

Ms. Kasandra is our newest lead teacher in our Prepper room! Kasandra has worked tirelessly to provide our little learners with the loving environment and structure they deserve! Ms. Kasandra is a mother as well, she has a daughter, Zoe! Ms. Kasandra has been with us for the last month!

Ashley is currently working toward her bachelor’s degree and brings a thoughtful, nurturing presence to our classroom. She especially enjoys working with our most energetic age group—helping prepare them for preschool with patience, love, and a strong focus on detail. Her gentle guidance helps our little learners build confidence and reach success every step of the way. We’re so happy to have her on the TLE team!

Mr. Atlas is one of our newest additions to our TLE Medford Team! Atlas provides our little learners with thought provoking adventure and dance. Mr. Atlas seeks more experience in the childcare field and he's found it here! We are glad to have Mr. Atlas as part of our team!

Mrs. Jackie handles several roles for us here at TLE Medford. She is our Lead Teacher in our Preschool 2B class and mommy to baby Sal. Mrs. Jackie holds a Bachelors in Early Childhood Education with a Minor in English from St. Joseph's College here on Long Island and graduated in 2016. Mrs. Jackie is a shinning star inside of the classroom and takes a lot of pride in being a true intentional teacher. Mrs. Jackie married in 2021 to her husband Al and then came along their beautiful son, Salvatore.

Mrs. Nazneen is our Lead Preschool 1C Teacher and has over 20 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. Mrs. Nazneen creates a child-centered classroom environment that our students simply love being in. Mrs. Nazneen loves arts and crafts and her students go crazy for her favorite TLE Character Pablo Pigasso's art activities.

Miss Nicole brings energy, creativity, and a love of learning to our PS2A classroom! She enjoys helping young learners explore, grow, and discover new things every day through hands-on activities and play-based learning. Her favorite part of the day is seeing each child’s excitement when they master a new skill or share a big idea. She’s dedicated to creating a caring, fun, and supportive environment where every child feels safe, confident, and ready to learn!

Teondra is calm, patient, and loving, making her incredibly effective with children of all age groups. She’s a true team player who brings positivity and reliability to every part of her day. Teondra loves working with children and believes in having fun while creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where every child can thrive.

Mr. Jordan is an experienced school-age lead teacher who brings a calm, reassuring presence to the classroom each day. With a strong background in childcare and youth development, Jordan supports his students through homework, activities, and social learning while encouraging confidence and independence. Known for his patience, consistency, and ability to connect with children of all personalities, Mr. Jordan creates a safe, respectful, and engaging environment where every child can feel supported and excited to grow.

Mrs. Meloni joined our team in July of 2024 and we are thrilled to have her. Mrs. Meloni is one of our part-time teachers, but when she's available it is always a treat. Our kids love her dearly and so do our staff! Mrs. Meloni brings plenty of experience and loves all of our little learners as if they were her own. Welcome to TLE Medford Mrs. Meloni.

Ms. Dennise comes to TLE Medford with over 20 years of teaching experience in Early Childhood Education. A dual Language teacher who has the ability to communicate with her students and families in both English and Spanish. This is just one of the many things that sets Ms. Dennise as one of the most valued classroom teachers here at TLE Medford. Ms. Dennise has always had a passion for teaching and educating the next generation, she is a Mother to three wonderful children and a Grandmother to a beautiful granddaughter! Ms. Dennise has been with us for 2 years!

Caroline is our dedicated day care cook, bringing both skill and heart to every meal she prepares. With a passion for creating nutritious, child-friendly dishes, she helps fuel our little learners with the energy they need to grow, play, and thrive. Caroline takes pride in providing meals that are not only healthy and balanced but also comforting and delicious—making mealtime a favorite part of the day.

Danielle is currently enrolled in college, pursuing a degree in nursing. She is passionate about working with children and is a treasured member of our staff whose patience and firm, gentle demeanor make her effective with every age group!

Mrs. Veronica joins our team as our newest cook. Ms. V can throw down when it comes to whipping something delicious for our little learners. Our little learners faces light up when the see Mrs. Veronica as they know they are about to have full bellies when she leaves their rooms. Ms. Veronica has been with us since July of this year, welcome to the team, Mrs. Veronica!

Mr. Manny brings lots of energy, patience, and heart to our toddler classroom. He has experience working with children with special needs and loves helping every child learn and grow at their own pace. His caring nature and positive attitude make him a wonderful addition to our TLE family!

Mr. Jesse joined our team and he truly enjoys working with our little learners. Mr. Jesse comes from a large family and was always eager to watch and play with his younger family members and he continues that passion as a valued team member here at TLE Medford. Around these parts, Mr. Jesse floats around the rooms and brightens everyone's day whether it be the children or the staff! Jesse's been with us since June of this year!

We are so excited to welcome Ms. Jackie to our school family! Jackie brings with her a love for early childhood education and a passion for helping little learners grow. She believes that Pre-K is a time filled with curiosity, discovery, and creativity, and she can’t wait to guide her students through new experiences every day.

Miss Shirley is a warm and nurturing new part of our Toddler team! She loves helping our youngest learners explore the world around them and discover new things each day. With patience, creativity, and lots of smiles, she supports children as they build confidence, independence, and important early skills through play and exploration.

Miss Tiffany is our Lead Twaddler B Teacher, bringing extensive experience working with toddlers as well as children with special needs. Energetic, creative, and deeply dedicated to early childhood development, she designs engaging activities that support exploration, independence, and growth. Her patience and upbeat personality help create a warm, inclusive classroom where every child feels supported and excited to learn. Outside the classroom, Miss Tiffany is a passionate dancer, bringing the same joy, rhythm, and creativity into her work with young children.

Miss Jennifer is our afternoon School-Age Assistant, bringing valuable experience from her work within local school districts. With a warm, supportive approach, she helps guide students through after-school routines, homework, and activities while maintaining a positive and encouraging atmosphere. Her understanding of school-age needs and her ability to connect with children make her a dependable and welcoming presence each afternoon, ensuring a safe, structured, and engaging environment for all students.

We’re so excited to welcome Mr. Marco to our TLE family! As a Floater, he’ll be spending time in all of our classrooms getting to know our amazing Little Learners and lending a helping hand wherever he’s needed. Mr. Marco brings a positive attitude, a caring heart, and a big smile to every room he visits!
