When I first walked into The Learning Experience to enroll my own child, I was immediately met with a sense of calm. I knew my son would be safe, but more importantly, I could see he would be inspired. It felt like a place where he could truly thrive, explore his curiosity, and experience the joy of play every single day. Now, as a franchise owner, my mission is to ensure that every family who walks through our doors in Dripping Springs feels that same profound sense of safety, peace, and joy.

Hi, I’m Alexandra but everyone calls me Alex! I’ve been working in childcare for as long as I can remember, and over the years I’ve worked my way up in the field. Caring for and teaching young children is truly my passion. I especially love working with little ones in their early years because this is such an important stage of growth and discovery. My goal is to help shape bright, happy minds while creating fun, memorable experiences that children will carry with them forever! Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, exploring the city, and rewatching my favorite TV shows. My favorite color is pink, and I love bringing that same brightness and positivity into everything I do.

Hi, I’m Arieus! I’ve been working with kiddos for over a decade, and it truly fills my heart to be a supportive, loving presence in their lives. Nothing makes me happier than helping little ones grow into bright, confident, kind, and compassionate people (both emotionally and academically)! I’m beyond excited to start my journey as an Assistant Director and dive into all the fun, learning, and challenges that come with opening a brand-new preschool. I can’t wait to grow right alongside our amazing families!

I love caring for babies and creating a safe and loving environment for them to learn and grow. I'm also currently completing my degree at Texas State University!

Before joining TLE, I taught high school history and spent time traveling and exploring new places. I’m also a proud mother of 2! I’m Keshundra, but the kids call me Ms. Ki! I’ve worked in a variety of different fields and am excited to continue growing in early childhood education. I love the color pink, enjoy hiking and traveling, and spend my free time cooking and shopping. I’m looking forward to getting to know our toddlers and their families!
