TLE Enrichment Programs: Big Skills and Big Fun for Every Child

Every child deserves opportunities that spark curiosity and celebrate growth, and that is exactly what TLE’s enrichment programs are created to do. Throughout the year, children participate in three exciting learning adventures that blend fun, hands-on exploration with meaningful skill development. With curated kits, special showcases, and activities that grow with each age group, enrichment at TLE helps every child discover new interests while building confidence along the way.

Three unique programs guide children through new experiences during the year:

●     Little Engineers

●     Little Goal Getters

 

Each one is thoughtfully designed to be age appropriate, hands on, and aligned with how children grow at different stages. When a program begins, children receive a curated kit filled with tools that support exploration and creativity. When the program ends, families are invited to a showcase so children can proudly share what they learned. Kits go home at the end, along with ideas for helping children continue their learning in familiar, playful ways.

 

Best of all, these enrichment experiences are included for every child at no extra cost, supporting TLE’s commitment to accessible, joyful learning.

Little Musicians introduces children to instruments, rhythms, and songs that inspire creativity and expressive language. Through guided exploration, learners practice listening skills, pattern recognition, and early music concepts that boost cognitive and language development.

 

Children explore:

●     Basic rhythms

●     Simple movement and music patterns

 

The program helps even the youngest learners feel confident as they explore music in their own way.

Little Engineers begins in January and focuses on building independence through playful problem solving. With Techni Cal leading the way, children experiment with early STEM concepts as they tinker, build, test, and try again.

 

This enrichment strengthens:

Children use their engineering kits to complete hands on activities that help them learn how things work and why solutions matter. The program encourages curiosity and a sense of accomplishment with each completed challenge.

During the summer session, children join Flexi for an active, high energy program that boosts gross and fine motor skills. Little Goal Getters blends sports fundamentals with playful movement so children can explore their abilities through rolling, catching, kicking, and throwing.
