From day one, the staff has been warm, professional, and truly invested in the kids — not just watching them, but helping them grow emotionally, socially, and academically. My child comes home excited, confident, and proud of what they’re learning, which tells me everything I need to know. I want to give a special shoutout to Jennifer, the Center Director, because she has gone above and beyond in ways that truly matter. There was a specific situation where my child was having a hard time transitioning and feeling anxious about being away from home. Instead of brushing it off, Jennifer personally stepped in, took the time to listen to us as parents, checked in with my child, and worked closely with the teachers to create a plan that made my child feel safe, supported, and understood. She didn’t just manage the issue — she owned it, followed up with us, and kept communication open every step of the way. Because of her, what could have been a stressful experience turned into a positive, confidence-building one for my child. Jennifer leads with heart, professionalism, and genuine care, and it shows throughout the entire center. My child was in a previous daycare and she repeatedly came home with bruises that were unexplained; food that my child wasn't eating and I wasn't informed. The last straw came when my daughter came home with a diaper rash. Since coming to The Learning experience, my child is more even tempered, learning how to share and started potty training. Every day my child is sent home with a progress report of the day she had; including the times she ate / used the bathroom / takes her nap. My child is very clumsy and trips over her own feet; yet there is always a report for me to sign off on the incident (explaining exactly what happened/ where and how). The Learning Experience meets every need for my child and gives me absolute peace of mind that my child is in the safest place possible. Thank you Learning Experience.
