Tenafly Preschool & Daycare Tenafly, NJ

We've toured maybe 20 different daycare establishments before finalizing on TLE in Tenafly. We loved that they prepared good meals, had helpful teachers, and a strong admin head. So far, we've been very pelased with our choice in TLE. Our daughter loves attending and the other teachers/students there a well.

TLE of Tenafly has been such a wonderful place for our family. My son attended from 2022 t0 2025 and had a wonderful experience. Now our daughter attends and absolutely loves going to school every day! She talks about her teachers and friends nonstop! The teachers are so kind, caring, and genuinely invested in each child’s happiness and growth. The directors are excellent, accommodating, and always available to answer questions. The communication with families is fantastic, and we always feel welcomed and supported. It’s such a comforting feeling to know she’s in such great hands. We’re so grateful to be part of the TLE Tenafly family! Thank you!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about TLE Tenafly! From the moment we enrolled our twins, it was clear the staff is passionate about fostering a love of learning and community in our children. Our children have made so much progress both academically and socially, and we’ve seen their confidence grow every day! The directors and teachers are caring and dedicated to creating a positive and supportive environment for our children to flourish. In addition to the curriculum, TLE Tenafly goes above and beyond with after school events creating core childhood memories every child needs and every parent loves to be apart of. We are so grateful to have found such a fantastic school for our children and would highly recommend to any parents looking for a nurturing and educational environment.

We've had nothing but an incredible experience with our children at this school. The teachers and staff have been instrumental in shaping their abilities to learn how to read and write and frankly be good people. I can't recommend this place enough. Shout out to Jill and Gabby, who oversee operations there. Further, in the summer they do extra enrichment programs, and our kids have a blast there. It was worth every penny saving that year.

Choosing a daycare for your child is never easy, but I’m so grateful we found this one. From day one, the staff has made my daughter feel safe, loved, and excited to learn. They are caring, patient, and truly treat every child like family. I love receiving updates throughout the day and seeing how much she’s growing, learning, and enjoying her time there. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing she’s in such a nurturing and supportive environment. I’m incredibly thankful for everything they do and would highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a place where their child will be genuinely cared for.

Could not have found a better TLE location than the one in Tenafly. My first son has been there for 3 and a half years now and my 2nd for 6 months. Every teacher they’ve had up to date has been essential to them hitting milestones. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a safe, warm, and educational daycare. Our experience at TLE Tenafly has been amazing! I want to give a huge thank you to Ms. Colleen, who was my son’s first teacher—her kindness and patience made his transition so much easier. As he grew and moved to toddler B, Ms. Judy and Ms. Claudia continued to provide a warm, caring, and supportive environment. We are so grateful for all the love and dedication they put into their work every day. Thank you for making such a positive impact on our little one’s early learning journey!

Our family had the best experience at TLE Tenafly! Our son grew so much, made great friends, and was truly cared for. Had we not moved away, we would've stayed forever!!! We enrolled our son at 9 months and left just shy of 2 years old. In that time, he became a social butterfly, learned Spanish, developed a love of music and learning, and made some really special friends. Jill and Gabby are awesome and know every single child. The teachers create a warm and welcoming environment that the kids all love (special shout outs to Miss Demonie, Miss Judy & Miss Claudia) .... our new daycare even commented on how "well mannered" our son is... all thanks to TLE!!! Highly recommend!

I can’t thank the preppers teachers enough! My daughter looks forward to going every single day and always comes home with a big smile on her face. It’s clear that the teachers genuinely care about the children—they are not only attentive to their needs but also create a nurturing and fun environment that helps them learn and grow. Jill and Gabby are also incredibly warm and welcoming. Every interaction with them has been smooth and pleasant, and they are always quick to respond to any questions or requests. It’s such a relief to know that my child is in such capable and caring hands

My daughter has been attending TLE Tenafly since she was 5 months old. She is now 1 year and we have seen her grow so much. We love when she comes home and shows us her sign language. The best part of the day is getting her pictures and updates on the app! We are so grateful to her teachers and the whole staff for making her transition to school the best it could possibly be!
