Teacher quality remains the top reason why families choose The Learning Experience Southington.
Not many daycares prepare these young minds for school, most of them hardly teach the abc’s. But my grandson attends TLE in Southington and they follow an awesome curriculum where they learn all the basics and it introduces the children to reading, and he is now more than ready for kindergarten which is a little more demanding than it use to be. Keep up the good work teachers
Our daughter has been going to TLE Southington for the past 6 months. She loves her teachers and all the learning and playful activities they do each day. The facilities are very clean and they offer healthy snacks and lunch which is super convenient. She's developing lots of skills and looks forward to going each day. We’re so grateful we found this place for her.

Southington families consistently report feeling secure about the supervision, entry protocols, and overall safety standards at our Center.
We couldn’t be happier with our experience at TLE Southington—this daycare truly is a cut above the rest. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear how much care, organization, cleanliness, and heart goes into everything they do, and that starts at the top. The directors are absolutely critical to the center running as smoothly as it does. Murissa and Cat are a dynamic duo—professional, attentive, personable and deeply committed to both the children and their families. Their leadership sets the tone for the entire center. How much they do as the backbone for the center is impressive to say the least. The preschool teachers, Miss Trinity and Miss Caitlin, are simply outstanding. They go above and beyond every single day. They create a warm, engaging, fun, and nurturing environment where kids feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. It’s no surprise they are so loved by the kids and their parents —they truly make a lasting impact. They don’t shy away from any questions or conflict, they provide the right amount of direction to accommodate varying personalities, and they are so positive around the kids no matter the day. Their tenure is also impressive. Having consistent teachers that the kids and their families can rely on makes a huge difference. There are no sad faces at drop off in the classroom and that’s because of Miss Trinity and Miss Caitlin. There are a couple other standouts to mention - Miss Kayla (preschool) and Ashely (infants) are equally as wonderful. They are so welcoming, kind, and genuinely personable with both kids and families. You can feel how much they care even at the very end of the day! While we haven’t had the pleasure of knowing all of the amazing teachers at TLE, our child certainly does and is like a celebrity walking through the halls as all of the teachers say hello with a smile. That’s the gist of TLE Southington - lots of happy faces that give it their all and make us as parents feel lucky to have our child spend a large portion of her day with them. What also really sets TLE Southington apart is their commitment to going above and beyond in every aspect. Communication is excellent—they keep parents informed about everything, from the fun day-to-day moments via photos, to their ongoing charitable activities, to lunch and snack updates, to the not so fun but important updates like illness-related notices. The center also offers so many enriching extras like weekend event celebrations, creative art projects, workbooks that support learning, and even a robust summer program. And the fact that they hold teacher conferences shows how invested they are in each child’s growth and development. Every member of the team brings something special, and it truly feels like a community. We are so grateful to have found a place where our child is not only cared for, but genuinely loved and encouraged to thrive. We will be sad when our littlest moves on to Kindergarten but are grateful for the time she spent here. We have had our kids in multiple daycare centers and can confirm that TLE Southington, with this engaging team, is a cut above the rest.
When my daughter first came to the facility back in October of 2025, she could barely talk or recognize her letters and numbers and shapes..Now we are talking, singing, reciting our letters and numbers and shapes!!’ the staff is AWESOME!! Ms Murissa and Cat are great leaders who really love the kids and care about the kids and their staff!!!

We switched our 10 month old daughter here when they opened in August and she has absolutely loved it! The facility is so clean, bright and welcoming. Miss Kristen and Miss Emily and all of their staff are kind, loving, professional and caring. Our daughter loves going, has learned so much in the short time she’s been here also! I have to say, as a first time Mom, dropping my daughter off here each day is one less worry for me, because I know she’s being well taken care of. Another note: we moved her here because the previous daycare she was at, she was constantly getting sick (sinus infection, Covid that wasn’t properly communicated). The cleanliness and cleaning protocols here are phenomenal and it drastically cuts down/prevents sharing of germs. Highly recommend this facility!

One of the most common reasons families choose The Learning Experience Southington is our whole-child approach to kindergarten readiness.
Our 2 and 3 year old absolutely love it here. They are so collaborative and really do strive to do what’s best for the kids with great parent involvement. When there was an issue in my daughter’s class, it was immediately rectified to ensure everyone’s safety to a level I had never expected. I feel so confident in the care my children receive here on both a social and academic level, highly recommend!

We struggled with the idea of putting our 2 year old in daycare for awhile but knew we needed to. We toured a few facilities, including TLE in Cheshire while waiting for TLE in Southington to open - while on our way home from the Cheshire location, the director of Southington called us and welcomed us in to tour the (almost complete) new facility. From the moment we met Miss Kristen, we fell in love. She was so welcoming and gave us such comfort in our decision. Our son has attended TLE since opening day and he is obsessed with going to "school". Miss Caitlin in Twaddlers became my sons best friend; we were so scared to move him to another class when he was ready because of his connection to her, but they handled it with grace. Miss Caitlin still welcomes my son with a hug every morning (and afternoon) and walks him to his new class if he needs a little encouragement. There are so many other teachers I cannot say enough good things about the teachers here! Miss Z in Preppers; Miss Trinity in Pre-School; Miss Lola and Miss Era; are just a few who have really bonded with our son and made us so comfortable. We highly recommend this center!!
