My family has been attending TLE Raleigh Northeast for almost a year, and I can honestly say that the changes over the past month have been amazing! Over the summer, I seriously considered pulling my children due to high staff turnover, injuries that occurred without proper reports being provided, and inconsistent leadership. I had concerns about the overall environment and felt unsure about continuing to leave my children in their care. However, since the new administrator has come on board about a month ago, I have noticed a significant and positive difference! New teachers have been hired, and for the first time, we received a letter introducing them to families. Communication has improved, I’m receiving more information about events and my children’s days, and the building seems cleaner. Last week, I even noticed signs welcoming the new children, something I had never seen before. It was such a thoughtful touch and made me happy to see these changes happening. I’m especially glad that Ms. Charlene finally seems to have the support she deserves. She and the new director make a GREAT team, and it’s wonderful to see what can happen when the right support and leadership are in place. As a parent, feeling comfortable and confident when leaving your children in someone else’s care means everything. I’m finally experiencing that sense of relief again, and I truly appreciate the positive changes I’ve seen. Thank you to Ms. Charlene, the new director, and the teachers who are helping make TLE Raleigh Northeast a better place for our children and families. I’m hopeful and excited to see this positive progress continue!

I truly cannot say enough amazing things about this daycare Diamond and Myasia have been nothing short of incredible. They have loved and cared for my daughter like she was one of their own, and that means more to me than words can express. I absolutely love TLE. I enrolled my son at TLE about 6 months ago and the experience has been amazing so far. I'm an anxious, nervous first-time mom and the transition from in-home care to daycare was hard for me, but my son has thrived!! He started in the Toddler room, which helped him get used to a routine and being away from home. He was recently moved to the Twaddler room (and a full-time schedule) and his growth is so impressive. Ms. Bria and Ms. Kianna are amazing teachers! When I pick him up I get a detailed, specific information about his day, feedback for what I need to work on at home, and I feel like they truly care about my son. Also, they send pictures and updates via the app throughout the day, it makes my heart happy to see that he's having fun and he's well taken care of.

I love TLE!!!! They treat the kids like their own!!The staff is very respectful, and the infant teacher, Ms. Mariah and Ms. Tanasia don't play about them babies! They keep them engaged in learning new things. They have excellent communication with the parents, and they are always on top of everything. Don't hesitate to bring your kids here, they will have a great time!

We love the TLE Raleigh Northeast! Mariah and Tanasia run an excellent program in Infant care. We now have our second son with them, and it feels great knowing they are so well loved and cared throughout the day. We get frequent updates and the boys get to explore new things and create memorable arts and crafts. We made the best choice by going with this daycare.

My daughter has been at the facility since she was 9 weeks old and I couldn't be happier. She has amazing teachers that she adores. She would not make it through the days without the incredible Kianna, Cynthia, and the whole crew. I feel safe leaving my child in their care knowing that she is going to be loved on and comforted. She is also getting a great education as well as social skills. She can count to 20 in English and Spanish, use the potty, keep her hands to herself, learned the alphabet, and so on. She really loves going to school, and I couldn't be happier sending her here.

WE LOVE TLE !!!! Our son is almost three years old and loves his new daycare. We enrolled him when this TLE location opened in February 2020. The brand new building, staff and resources are amazing ! The staff is friendly and helpful. We are going through potty training and they are helping me tremendously. I am highly reccomending this place. It's worth every penny !!!
