My family and I transferred out of state from a different TLE and we have been incredibly happy with our experience so far. The teachers are warm, welcoming, and they provide insightful feedback whenever I have questions/concerns. My 3-year-old daughter looks forward to drop-off every morning and in the evening she leaves with a smile on her face. Meals, naps and potty breaks are well documented which allows me to prepare for our evening at home. We started our son at TLE this past month at 2.5 years old, and this is the first time he’s ever been in any kind of daycare or school setting. He had been home with us his entire life, so needless to say, we were incredibly nervous and anxious about the transition. From the very beginning, TLE went above and beyond to make sure that not only was our son well taken care of, but that we felt comfortable, reassured, and confident in our decision as well. He’s in the Preppers class with Ms. Nikki, and within just a few days, she has literally become one of his favorite people! She has done such an amazing job helping him adjust to this completely new environment. She makes sure he’s eating well, keeps him engaged with so many fun and age-appropriate activities, and has even started introducing potty training. We’re already seeing such a difference in him; he’s becoming more social, showing more interest in playing with other kids, and even talking more. Ms. April and Ms. Rae-Kyea in the front office have also been incredibly generous with their time, patience, and advice. During that first week, we were literally calling five times within the span of a few hours, and every single time they gave us honest, patient, and reassuring updates without ever making us feel like we were bothering them. We are genuinely so happy with our decision to choose TLE Potomac Shores and so grateful for the care they’ve shown our son and our family. We can’t recommend them enough to any parent looking for a fun, nurturing, and caring environment for their little one!

We’ve been at TLE Potomac Shores for almost a year now and are so happy. The director and assistant director are some of the most hard working people I’ve ever interacted with and take their jobs very seriously. They are always professional and manage to greet every single family with a smile every single day! My toddler has been well cared for by Ms. Maya and Ms. Gilma. I have a tremendous amount of trust in both of these teachers and leave everyday knowing my son is in good hands. Ms. Gilma truly loves him as if he were her own. I appreciate the way Ms. T sets clear routines and expectations in the classroom. We have had such a wonderful experience with The Learning Experience (TLE), and one of the biggest reasons is the amazing teachers. Our son’s teacher is truly exceptional. Ms. T and her assistant Ms. Qura are caring, patient, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children in her classroom. They take the time to laugh with them, celebrate their milestones, and share highlights from their day, which means so much to me. Those little recaps help me feel connected even when I can’t be there. I also want to acknowledge Ms. April and Rae-Kea. They wear many hats to keep everything running smoothly, and their hard work does not go unnoticed. Their dedication, leadership, and commitment to the families they serve are a huge part of what makes this center so special. We are so grateful to have Mrs. Jocelyne and Mrs. Daysi for our son's last year of Preschool. He has really come out of his shell and not only talks about what he did but who he did it with. They've created a community in their classroom where everyone knows everyone else's names and not only do his teachers create a welcoming environment, but they've encouraged their students to do the same. He's a kinetic kid and they've made learning fun and interactive and we've seen it really come alive at home because of them, he loves to count everything, draw and is working on reading not just at school but at home, too. We have been so grateful for the care our child has received at The Learning Experience. As a former stay-at-home mom, I was incredibly nervous about putting my toddler into childcare. All of those worries quickly faded once we began to see the amazing growth he experienced and how much he genuinely enjoys going to daycare. Now, as soon as we walk through his classroom door, he’s off to play without looking back. In just a few short months, we’ve seen so much development, and it’s clear how thoughtful and intentional their approach is. They always have fun, engaging monthly themed activities, and there’s consistently something new going on. We especially love seeing our toddler learn things like simple sign language and come home excited to show us what he’s been working on. The staff truly make this place special. Every morning they greet the children by name with such warmth and kindness, and it’s obvious they take the time to really know each child and make sure their individual needs are met. They’ve even helped our picky eater try new foods and eat vegetables, which has been such a win for us as parents. This place is by far the best day care facility I have ever experienced over the years. Their staff is top notch and their curriculum is first rate. Our favorite Staff member is Miss Ashilia, who tends to the youngest babies...There are cheaper options than this place. However, You get what you pay for. So if you want the best care for your precious child, choose The Learning Experience. After experiencing their wonderful, caring staff, and outstanding facility, I wouldn't choose anyone else...

We started our girls here in January! And my husband, the girls and myself have all been very happy! My girls love their teachers, which means everything to us that our children are in an environment that they enjoy and bring them joy! Each staff member takes the time to learn and know your child, pays great attention and detail to their individual normal behaviors to know how to best care for them! I've referred a few friends here as well!! We love it here!!! Miss Nikkie has been so helpful with potty training tips and tricks! Miss Keana and Miss April have been the cheerleading aunties, Miss Shelia is so kind and warm to every child and parent she encounters! And Miss Tau and Miss Jennifer are so high spirited! I am firm believer that everything happens for a reason and after a bit of a chaotic search for a childcare center for my son, I was thrilled to find The Learning Experience. From the very first day I was greeted by Keyanna I knew this was the right choice for our family. We love what The Learning Experience has done for our son. We were challenged with finding a place that was the right fit for him. So I was cautiously optimistic when we took the tour. I remember after the tour he didn’t want to leave and kept asking when he could go back. The Directors, April and Keana, are great! The entire staff seems to take a team approach at caring for the children. Our son’s teacher, Ms Daysi, has been great at meeting his emotional and educational needs, which has allowed him to thrive in his new environment. Ms Carolyn and Ms T, who are usually there in the afternoon, seem to shower him with love as well. The classroom size is small, which was perfect for him through his adjustment period. The school offers the right mix of structured learning with play. There are so many options during the day for him to explore, learn, and be socially connected with his classmates. Where do I begin! I moved my son to this facility (The Learning Experience at Potomac Shores) few months ago. I came in for a tour to get familiar with the facility and before I left, I knew it was the place for my little one. The staff were friendly and never fail to say hello. The facility is always clean and orderly. I am highly impressed with curriculum that is used. My son has come such a long way in a short time. I like that they meet him where he is. I am happy that we work together and seek what is best for my son. There is a lot of love and patience that goes along with nurturing and teaching my son. The director and assistant director are always professional and friendly. You can see the love and dedication that goes into the children. My son is getting top notch care as he is developing and learning. I would have it no other way.
