Dr. Grace Huxtable-Mount is the owner of 7 branches of The Learning Experience. She has been a member of the TLE family since 2008, and her two amazing children are both TLE Graduates. Her career in education spans over 20 years, including service as a preschool teacher, public school teacher, and several school leadership positions. Dr. Grace believes in the TLE mission of making a positive difference in the lives of children, their families, and the communities we serve. She loves the fact that we get to introduce academics to young children in a way that instills the idea that learning is fun, which is foundational to having a lifetime love of learning. She is passionate about building and uplifting the teachers and leaders of each center to be the very best educators that they can be. She enjoys the beach, cycling, traveling and spending time with her family.

Jayden is the Enrollment and Recruitment Specialist for our Palm Coast location and brings more than eight years of experience in early childhood education. With a background as both a teacher and curriculum coordinator, Jayden offers a well rounded understanding of child development, family support, and high quality programming. She is passionate about building strong relationships with families, guiding them through a smooth and welcoming enrollment experience, and helping every child begin their learning journey in a nurturing and engaging environment.

With 25 years in early childhood education, I’ve had the privilege of serving in nearly every facet of childcare and now lead as Area Manager over Florida. I’m passionate about the learning experience and grateful to be part of such an amazing team. Outside of work, I’ve been happily married for 32 years, am a proud mom of four daughters and nine grandchildren, and adore our two very sweet French bulldogs.

Kelley has been working in the childcare field since 2010 and moved to Florida from Kentucky in 2014. She joined The Learning Experience in 2016, starting as a preschool teacher before transitioning into a management role. She has her Bachelor’s Degree, CDA and Directors Credential. Over the years, she has developed a deep passion for early childhood education and truly enjoys being part of the TLE family. Building strong relationships with families, children, and coworkers is one of the most rewarding parts of what she does. Outside of work, Kelley stays busy supporting her son, Declan, who plays competitive soccer. When they’re not on the soccer field, they love spending time outdoors, whether it’s going to the beach, relaxing by the pool, or enjoying Florida’s sunshine. Kelley also has a Goldendoodle named Gunner who loves cuddles and any opportunity to steal your food.

Ms. Jo has six children and is very passionate about education, children and their safety and development. Ms. Jo has her CDA and has worked in childcare for over 15 years.

Ms. Tracy is a mom of three girls and one boy. She loves to read and do genealogy. On the weekend she loves to watch baseball. She has been in childcare for over five years.

Makenna loves being outside with her family. She enjoys watching movies, and paying video games. She loves the change her hair and experiment with new colors. Makenna is a mom to one baby boy. She also has over 5 years of experience in the childcare field.

Ms. Kaitlin had been in Early Childhood Education for 2 years. In her spare time she enjoys reading and crafting. Ms. Kaitlin is a dog mom to Leo and Pepper.

Shianne has been Early Childhood Education for 2 years. She has always had a passion for working with children and loves getting to watch them learning and grow each day. In her free time, she loves she enjoys photography, watching movies and friending time with her friends.

Ms. Mia has been in childcare for 3 years. She loves making a difference in little learner's lives. She enjoys helping them learn and watch them grow. A fun fact about Mia is she has a twin sister and 6 siblings.

Kristin has been in childcare for 2 years. She specializes in Early Toddlers. Kristin enjoys spending time with her family and loves animals. Kristin is a mom to two children, a little girl and little boy.

Cat loves her TLE family, and looks forward to creating a safe, fun, and positive environment for all little learners. she is a devoted mom to her toddler daughter. She loves going to the park or just hanging out at home with her dog. Cat has over 2 years of experience working with children.

Alex relocated from Georgia to Florida in 2021. Alex loves going to the beach and taking nature walks to find wild berries. Alex had been in the childcare field since 2016. When not at the beach or on a nature walk, Alex loves to spend her time with her three pets at home.

Ms. Madison had been in Early Childhood education for 3 years. She is committed to creating a safe, engaging and loving environment for all of our little learners. In her spare time, Ms. Madison enjoys reading and crafting activities that help inspire her creativity.

Ms. Earlene is a dedicated teacher who loves to be around children. She loves to make everyone around her laugh and smile. She has been in the education field for over 5 years.

Ms. Karlene has been in Early Childhood Education for over 20 years. She's a mom to an 18 year old son.

Ms. Tenille has been in Early Childhood Education for over 18 years with experience in teaching Kindergarten. Teaching has been the most fulfilling experience and she loves what she does. Ms. Tenille has two amazing son and they love to travel, explore nature and play video games together.

Sharon has lived in Palm Coast since 2000. She is active in the church and the Palm Coast community. Sharon has a daughter and two grandchildren. Sharon has over 30 years of experience in the childcare field.
