I can’t even put into words how lucky and grateful we feel to have found this amazing daycare. From the very beginning, the teachers and staff have gone above and beyond to care for our daughter during her very first daycare experience. The teachers are truly exceptional. They create a fun, loving, and engaging environment with so many activities that help the children learn, grow, and develop while having fun every day. As a working family, one of the things we appreciate most is their convenient hours of operation. Communication has also been outstanding. Whenever I send a message, I receive a prompt response, which gives me so much peace of mind. One of my biggest fears about daycare was whether my child’s diaper would be changed regularly. I quickly learned I had nothing to worry about. They check diapers every two hours—or sooner if needed—so I always know my daughter is clean, comfortable, and well cared for. That attention to detail means so much to me. I also love the parent app. Receiving updates throughout the day about how she ate, seeing photos, and getting little glimpses into her day makes being away from her so much easier. They also organize fun family events that help create a wonderful sense of community. What truly sets this daycare apart is the compassion they have shown our family. Our daughter has an autoimmune condition, and instead of turning us away or making us feel like it was too much, they welcomed us with open arms. Every single day they work with us to help keep her safe, healthy, and thriving. Their support, patience, and dedication have meant more to our family than words can express. If you’re looking for a daycare where your child will be loved, encouraged, and genuinely cared for, I wholeheartedly recommend this one. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our daughter. Couldn’t say more amazing things about this school. We actually originally chose a different school right down the road from this one and were told how bad our son was for being an active 3 year old, only stayed there less than a week and came here. My son went from crying and not wanted to go to school to loving it. He is thriving here and so excited to go to school everyday. The teachers are amazing and so accommodating to every child’s needs. He has a speech delay and his speech has improved so much, his speech therapist even commented how much he has improved since attending! We are just so thankful to everyone here!

The learning experience school is great. Teachers are very nice and professional. Classrooms are very clean and safe for kids. My Friend's kid had a wonderful time with TLE school here.

Best daycare ever! As a first-time mom, leaving my baby was incredibly hard, but the entire team made me feel so comfortable and confident that he was always in great hands. The communication is wonderful. They provide many updates throughout the day, which gives such peace of mind. The center is also incredibly clean and well cared for They truly go above and beyond and create such a safe, nurturing environment where you can tell the teachers genuinely care about the children. A special thank you to Miss Ava and everyone in the infant room. You made this experience so positive for our family. If you are looking for a daycare where your baby will be loved, well cared for, and where parents are kept informed, this is absolutely the place. We are so grateful for everything TLE has done!

We've been attending TLE for several years now because I love the curriculum. It is top notch! My eldest was so far ahead when he started Kindergarten and I attribute a lot of that to what he learned in TLE, VPK. Recently, we just transitioned my youngest son to miss Ashley''s VPK class and I've noticed a huge difference in his self-confidence, his attitude, and maturity. Ms. Ashley makes learning fun and my son is so much more engaged and happy. Also, the administration is so friendly and helpful. I'm always greeted with a friendly smile. I would definitely recommend TLE Odessa for anyone looking for a great learning program and atmosphere and not just a daycare.

Amazing Daycare!!! My 16-month-old is absolutely thriving at The Learning Experience (TLE) Odessa. From the moment we walk in, she lights up when she sees Ms. Aminah, it’s clear how much she loves being there. Ms. Aminah’s warmth, patience, and genuine passion for what she does shine through every single day. She makes learning fun, and my daughter gets so excited for circle time and new activities. Knowing she’s in such loving and capable hands truly puts my mind at ease. I also want to share my appreciation for Ms. Emily, who has been so kind and thoughtful. It means so much to have teachers who not only care for the children but also take the time to connect with parents. We’re so thankful for both of these amazing teachers and the nurturing environment they’ve created, it really feels like a second home for our little one.

The Learning Experience (TLE Odessa) has truly become my daughter’s favorite place! She’s almost three now, and every day she excitedly tells me that Ms. Dae and Ms. Bekah are her best friends. The Toddler room consistently provides a variety of engaging activities—experiments, arts, and crafts—which my daughter thoroughly enjoys. I am always impressed with Ms. Dae’s creativity and thoughtful lesson planning. My daughter no longer cries at drop-off; instead, she eagerly tells me about all the fun she’s had when I pick her up. Moreover, I greatly appreciate how they seamlessly incorporate valuable lessons about manners, friendship, and kindness. We feel extremely comfortable with the safety and care provided by TLE Odessa. My daughter has an allergy, and the school has always been exceptionally accommodating and attentive, which offers us significant peace of mind. They have also been very accommodating with keeping our daughter dye-free and allow us to bring alternatives for her. They also supported us wonderfully with early potty training, beginning around 18-20 months, thanks to their toddler-sized toilets—a feature not often found at all daycares. They send tons of updates and pictures throughout the day as well. The classrooms are always clean, reminding me of a Montessori-inspired environment, which I love. Communication is another standout feature at TLE. Their text message system ensures prompt responses, and they are always willing to give updates whenever needed. During difficult drop-off mornings, they were quick to reassure me and check on my daughter immediately. The ability to do parent check-ins during the day is also reassuring; whenever I’ve visited, she’s always happily playing or peacefully napping. Additionally, TLE Odessa hosts fun afterschool events, such as having their mascot, Bubbles, visit places like Texas Roadhouse, creating wonderful memories for families. Initially, we noticed high staff turnover when the school first opened, thanks to Mrs. Heema, Mrs. Desi, and Ms. Ashley, now they’ve established a solid, dedicated team with good tenure. It’s evident the teachers enjoy their work, contributing to a consistently positive atmosphere. We cannot say enough good things about our experience here. The Learning Experience at Odessa is truly exceptional.

Reasonable price My son has been attending TLE for about 1.5 years now, and we couldn’t be happier! The teachers are incredibly caring, patient, and attentive. We’ve seen so much growth in our son, both socially and developmentally, and it’s clear how much love and effort goes into planning activities that keep the kids engaged and learning every day. Communication with parents is great too; we always know what’s happening and feel part of his daily experiences.

We absolutely love The Learning Experience! As a parent of two children (ages 2 and 4), finding a daycare that truly feels like a second home has been such a blessing. I’m a huge fan of the photos taken throughout the day! My kids actually look forward to going to school — and some days, they don’t even want to come home! It makes parenting and drop-off so much easier knowing they’re excited to be there. Ms. Ashley (Administration) is such a delight. She’s honest, matter-of-fact, and genuinely listens to parents’ concerns without overpromising — something I deeply value. Ms. Ibis made my son’s transition flawless, and to this day, he still prays for her every night. That speaks volumes about the care and love she showed him. Ms. Dina has been my daughter’s comfort. Her warmth, patience, and genuine love for her students are so reassuring. And Ms. Ashley (VPK) — what an absolute rockstar! Her energy, affection, and unwavering enthusiasm light up the classroom every day. We’re beyond grateful to have found this school. The Learning Experience doesn’t just teach — they nurture, support, and inspire. We can truly feel the love and dedication in everything they do.

I absolutely LOVE this daycare. I've had my son going there for almost 2 years and he loves it. The teachers are amazing and give my son personal attention, which he loves. All the staff is very warm and welcoming. They will go out of their way to make you and your kid feel safe and excited to come. Shoutout to Mary, Katie, Ashley, Heema and Desi! We are excited about starting our 2nd son here in a few months. They have sooo many fun events for the whole family and ones for the kids during school!

My daughter, now 8 months old, has been at TLE since she was 3 months old. It’s been incredible to see her socialization skills, focus, and interest grow. Her teachers consistently create age-appropriate activities that she truly enjoys. I receive regular updates, and I can tell she’s well-cared for because she’s always so excited to see Ms. Madison, Ms. Ava, and Ms. Keerthi. As a new mom, it’s reassuring to know I can trust the care she’s receiving. I can’t praise her teachers enough—they are truly the best and deserve all the recognition. I also want to mention her early morning teachers Ms. Melissa and Ms. Ashley, who she completely lights up for as soon as she sees them. I’m so proud of our decision to choose TLE!"

It's ashame that 5 stars is the highest this goes, because we absolutely love TLE. Our 1st school we absolutely loved got shut down out of the blue over the summer, and we thought we'd never find a place anywhere close to what we had, but we were wrong. Both of my daughters are thriving here. My 2 year old is coming home counting to 3, and saying her ABCs associating it with objects. Both their teachers are extremely patient with my children, and always greet with a big hug. I absolutely love this place even more then our 1st school. I definitely recommend this school to all families. The staff is wonderful, including the front desk staff who always give my kids a hug goodbye in the afternoon. Absolutely love it here!

My daughter Kalani started TLE in June, I was very hesitant about doing a review because I wanted to see and have an experience before I can elaborate. from the first day, Kalani was welcome. Her teacher Miss Sandra in the toddler room is very loving and kind. I was nervous at first, but Kalani loves the school. She walks as if she owns the building; She wave good bye, blow kiss and run to Ms Sandra’s. Kalani never cries. Kalani showing a lot of progress, being more independent and also learning.She singing her ABCs counting from one to ten and learning colors. TLE has been an amazing experience. Miss Reese always respond to my calls and emails without a doubt. All the teacher and staff is very polite and welcoming.

Our time at this facility has been nothing short of PERFECT. There’s absolutely no way to list everything we love about this place without typing for days, so I’ll try to be brief, but sheesh! We couldn’t be happier! From our very first tour to even now, we’ve always felt at home here. The energy is extremely welcoming and you can basically feel the care in the air that they have for everyone that comes through the front door. In fact, you’ll probably be greeted with a huge smile from Reese at the front and from the very first step inside, you’ll know you’re in the right spot. We have our little one (our little peanut) in the infant room and I have got to say, there were some nervous thoughts about bringing her anywhere for our first time, but each one of those concerns have been erased completely. We have the privilege to have Madison, Ashley, and Amarilis taking care of her, and every single one of them feels like family. So much show that we even canceled our plans to move an hour away for the sole purpose of being close to this daycare. We actually moved next door now! I have got to say that they make everything, from communication to care and above, soooo simple that “The Learning Experience” wasn’t a learning experience for us at all. It all comes so natural, so easy, and we couldn’t be more excited to stay with them for the next few years! I swear they are raising future presidents in this building!

TLE has been a huge blessing for my family. I was very nervous to put my baby in a daycare in general, but this center could not be more perfect. From day one, I was so impressed with the facility. The building is new, extremely clean, and well laid out. I felt immediately comfortable with the staff when I met them. My son absolutely adores Ms. Sandra and we do too. It is like we drop him off to family on our way to work. My son runs to her each day and tells us bye without any crying. I feel extremely lucky that we have met her and she has been amazing for our son. She is very caring and loving, and definitely has passion in working with kids. She is without a doubt one of the most valuable assets of the daycare, everyone raves about her. I am very particular about who watches my children and she is the absolute best. He has learned so much with her and we are so grateful. I love that I get updates and pictures throughout the day, and what made me decide to enroll my son is that they school follows a curriculum so he is actually learning and not having a free for all everyday. Every daycare is going to have up’s and downs, but I’m thankful to say in our experience it has been minimal. Recently a new director, Desi, has been appointed and I am very impressed so far. She is very communicative, friendly, and organized- which I think will be another major asset to the daycare. Ms. Reece at the front is very welcoming and friendly. I just really appreciate that it is very much a family vibe there, we feel like we just belong. If you’re in the Odessa area, definitely check this center out, I truly feel that it is an excellent center.

Such an amazing & friendly staff from the time you walk in to the time you leave. I visited multiple preschools & Ms. Pam & the front desk personnel Ms Reese was so nice & informative, I was like this is the one! My Son absolutely loves his teacher's Ms. Melissa & Ms. Ashley! They are always so warm & welcoming! This school provides such a clean environment & kid friendly places that I have no worries at all! They do such a super job!
