We've had such a WONDERFUL experience with the infant class at TLE Upper West Side. Our daughter is 7 months old, and every morning at drop-off we're greeted with warmth and every afternoon when we pick her up, she's smiling, happy, and clearly so well cared for! The teachers and staff made her transition to daycare incredibly seamless—she settled in within a day, which was remarkable for us as first-time parents. All three of her teachers are so warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, and we always feel confident leaving her in their capable hands. Our family has been at TLE for the last year and a half, and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Our son started at 2 years old and we immediately felt at home with Ms. Catherine & Ms. Savannah. His transition into 3k was very seamless and Ms. Mary & Ms. Genesis have been absolutely amazing in helping him grow! We enrolled our daughter at 4 months, and Ms. Julie, Diana & Megan all made it so easy for us to feel comfortable knowing she was in good hands at such a young age! The admin staff (Jenna, LaChelle, Nina & Paul) give us a warm welcome every day, and are incredibly organized and on top of their communications to make us feel comfortable throughout the day.

We’ve had a wonderful experience so far at the Upper West Side TLE. My 2-year-old daughter transitioned very easily, and her new teachers and classmates are all great. The administrators and staff have been consistently accommodating and patient, even with my many questions. Nina, the Education Director, has been our main point of contact during the transition period. Since day one, she been endlessly patient, responsive, and genuinely kind. The school is extremely well organized and thoughtfully run. The center hours are fantastic, and the administrators are flexible, easy to work with, and very accommodating of changing schedules. My youngest child, Sienna, attends the location that is part of the UWS on Amsterdam. I have had and am still having wonderful memorable experiences there. Every morning the staff is motivational. Every week is new and thrilling and every week my child never wants to go home lol. Classes are made to be fun, out-of-the-box type, educational and inclusive. The teachers are trained well, realistic, relatable, focused, patient and friendly. The students in my daughter's Pre-K 3 class are well-mannered and thoughtful (a round of applause to an awesome group of parents - I really mean that). The staff members have been amazing since day 1 and continue to blow me away with their consistency in meeting every child's needs. I cannot say enough about this place. The Learning Experience has been a godsend to me and my family and is the biggest reason why my 3 year old daughter is super excited about going to school everyday. It definitely has been the learning experience of the year.

We love TLE! We arrived at TLE with an unsuccessful experience at another center, so were very nervous and hoping that my daughter would adjust well at 21 months old. She still had a very difficult time adjusting in the beginning but what gave me comfort was that everyone in TLE was very kind, patient, and reassured me that they were there to help my daughter in whatever capacity she needed during the transition. Sure enough, my daughter now absolutely loves all her teachers and has grown so much during her time at there. Both the Toddler and Twaddler teachers are great, and so are all the administrative staff. I am so thankful for the warmth and support we've gotten!

Couldn’t recommend TLE at W 100th highly enough. We are only in NYC for the Summer, but Paul and his team welcomed us with open arms. The Summer drop-in program worked perfectly for us. We only needed 2 or 3 days each week and the team were really flexible so we could pick days that suited our schedule. My two boys (3 and 1) settled in really quickly and loved all the activities. The classrooms are bright and exciting. The educators are incredibly nice and capable. Most importantly, we felt they were in safe hands and for a parent, that’s the most important thing.

We love TLE!! My son is in 3K here and my daughter is in the infant room. We love ALL of the teachers and staff as they are all so helpful and professional, but I cannot sing the praises of Elizabeth Martinez in the infant room highly enough! We've worked with lots of daycare professionals over the last few years (including the great ones at TLE), but Ms. Elizabeth truly stands out. She's so loving towards our daughter while also being a calm and professional presence in the classroom. My daughter clearly loves her and we feel extremely confident dropping her off every morning knowing she'll be well cared for. Ms. Elizabeth's passion for caretaking shines through every interaction we have with her. My daughter practically leaps out of our arms to go see her every morning at drop-off. That's pretty special! Overall, the facility is immaculate and brand new. My son loves to talk about going to the "inside playground" (yes an entire playground inside in NYC!) and Make Believe Boulevard where the kids get to play dress up and pretend to be in their own little town. We are also very happy with the participation with the DOE 3K for all program! The admin staff is always so kind and helpful and really goes above and beyond to make our experience at TLE positive, meaningful and safe. We love Shelby and Kristine!!

Adrielle Turner has been an exceptional leader at TLE Upper West Side and brought much-needed structure and stability to that location after a rocky start in 2022. Extremely supportive, responsive, and knowledgeable, Adrielle has used her expertise with children and background in speech language development to provide some invaluable insights and recommend interventions for our son that have really helped him make some tremendous strides over the past few months. Adrielle is passionate about and committed to creating educational environments that are inclusive and holistic. She really sees our children and their tremendous potential.
