Ms. Cyndi is the owner of The Learning Experience – Meridian and brings a unique blend of professional experience and a deep passion for early childhood education. She earned her law degree from the University of Michigan and has practiced as a business and estate attorney in Oakland County for over 20 years. Cyndi entered the early childhood education field in 2006, when she partnered with Mollie and Richard to open the first TLE location in South Lyon. Since then, she has supported the growth and success of multiple schools while helping ensure each center provides a nurturing and high-quality learning environment for children and families. While she continues her work as an attorney, Cyndi enjoys spending time in the schools and is known for her fun and creative visits, often dressing up as characters like an alien game show host, a mermaid, “Sailor Sue,” or Thing One to bring smiles to the children. She has even helped with hands-on projects at the schools, including digging the garden at the South Lyon location. Cyndi has a lifelong commitment to the importance of early education and enjoys mentoring opportunities with local schools. Her role at TLE focuses on supporting Mollie, mentoring teachers, and helping leadership teams grow, ensuring that every classroom provides the best possible care and education for children. She is proud to support the children, families, and teachers at The Learning Experience Meridian.

Ms. Alicia serves as the VP of Happiness at The Learning Experience – Meridian and has been part of the TLE family since 2011. She began her journey as a Lead Preschool Teacher, where she spent five years helping children build confidence, independence, and a love for learning before joining the management team. Alicia has dedicated her career to educating, nurturing, and supporting young children, and she loves watching the curiosity and excitement in their eyes as they discover new skills and experiences every day. Outside of the center, Alicia is a proud mom to a young son and a baby girl. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, and exploring Michigan’s beautiful “Great Mitten State.” Alicia looks forward to continuing to support the children, families, and teachers at The Learning Experience Meridian, helping the school community grow, flourish, and create joyful early learning experiences.

Ms. Mollie serves as the Owner and President of Operations for The Learning Experience – Meridian and has been part of the TLE family since December 2006. She has dedicated her career to building strong, nurturing early learning environments for children, families, and the communities the schools serve. Today, she helps support the success of multiple TLE schools, including locations in Michigan and Gurnee, Illinois. Mollie earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development from Central Michigan University and spent over 13 years as a Center Director before moving into her leadership role. Prior to that, she worked as a preschool teacher in Ann Arbor for five years, where she developed a strong foundation in early childhood education and child development. She is passionate about mentoring school leaders and teachers, helping ensure that every classroom provides a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, and grow. Outside of work, Mollie is a proud and busy mom of three boys. Her family travels across the country for gymnastics and baseball, and she loves cheering them on and making memories together. Mollie looks forward to continuing to support the children, families, and teachers at The Learning Experience Meridian while watching every little learner grow and thrive.

Ms. Sierra serves as the Vice President of Growth and Enrollment for The Learning Experience – Meridian and helps support the success of the schools, their leadership teams, and the families they serve. She joined The Learning Experience in Fall of 2018, beginning her journey as a Center Director at a TLE location in Illinois. Since then, Sierra has grown into a leadership role where she helps oversee growth, enrollment, and program quality across multiple schools. With over 18 years of experience in early childhood education, she is passionate about mentoring educators and supporting school leaders to ensure children receive the best possible start. Sierra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s Degree in Adult Education and Training, allowing her to combine her love for teaching with developing and supporting educators. She lives in Wisconsin with her husband Alex, their two children Quinn and Lincoln, and their two dogs, Bella and Freddy. In her free time, Sierra enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and exploring with her family. Sierra is proud to support the children, families, and teachers at The Learning Experience Meridian while helping create strong early learning communities where every child can thrive.

Ms. Jazlynn serves as the Director of Curriculum at The Learning Experience – Meridian and has been part of the TLE team since 2017. She spent many years as a Pre-K teacher, where she focused on helping children develop social skills, independence, and a strong foundation through engaging curriculum. Jazlynn is passionate about supporting classroom success for both children and teachers. In her role as Director of Curriculum, she works closely with schools and educators to help strengthen classroom environments, support teachers, and ensure every child receives a meaningful and engaging early learning experience. Outside of the classroom, Jazlynn enjoys spending time outdoors, going up north, taking boat rides, and playing in the snow with her dog, Maple. She looks forward to continuing to support the teachers, children, and families at The Learning Experience Meridian while helping every classroom thrive.

Ms. Stephanie supports families at The Learning Experience – Meridian through marketing, enrollment guidance, and family connections. She joined the TLE family in 2018, and all three of her children proudly graduated from The Learning Experience, giving her both personal and professional insight into the journey families experience at the school. Stephanie is passionate about helping parents find the best daycare and preschool experience for their children. From the moment families first reach out to schedule a tour, through enrollment, and all the way to preschool graduation, she is there to answer questions and ensure families feel confident and supported. Her goal is to create a welcoming and informative experience for every family exploring early childhood education and daycare options in the Meridian community. Stephanie looks forward to helping families discover everything The Learning Experience Meridian has to offer while supporting children as they begin their early learning journey.

Ms. Tenika Eddings is the Center Director at The Learning Experience. She brings more than a decade of experience in early childhood and K–12 education, school leadership, family engagement, and program development. She holds a Master’s Degree in Education with an emphasis in literacy and family engagement and is passionate about creating nurturing, engaging environments where children, families, and educators can thrive together. Throughout her career, Ms. Tenika has led diverse educational communities, including Montessori and international school settings, with a focus on fostering curiosity, independence, and a lifelong love of learning. She believes every child deserves to feel seen, valued, and capable, and she is committed to building strong partnerships with families while supporting children’s academic, social-emotional, and personal growth. Outside of work, Ms. Tenika enjoys exploring nature with her two daughters, reading, and inspiring a love of learning in children.

Ms. RaChel is an Infant Teacher at The Learning Experience – Meridian and is passionate about helping young children explore the world around them during their earliest stages of development. A native Idahoan, RaChel was born and raised in the Meridian area. She graduated from Boise State University with a degree in Elementary Education (Go Broncos!). She and her husband of 30 years are proud parents of six amazing children, and her experience as both an educator and a parent helps guide the nurturing care she provides in the classroom. RaChel enjoys helping children learn through fun, engaging, and educational experiences that encourage curiosity and discovery. She looks forward to building relationships with the children and families at The Learning Experience Meridian and growing alongside the school community.

Ms. Jillian is a Toddler Teacher at The Learning Experience – Meridian. She has been working in early childhood education since 2022 and has loved watching children learn, grow, and develop confidence every step of the way. Ms. Jillian is passionate about creating a nurturing and engaging classroom environment where toddlers feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore the world around them. She enjoys helping young learners build new skills, develop independence, and celebrate their achievements as they reach important developmental milestones. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Jillian enjoys reading, crafting, and spending time with her family and pets. She is excited to get to know the wonderful children and families at TLE Meridian and looks forward to making happy happen every day.

Ms. Camry is a Toddler Teacher at The Learning Experience – Meridian. She is passionate about helping young children build confidence, independence, and a love of learning through positive experiences and meaningful connections. In her classroom, Ms. Camry strives to create a nurturing and encouraging environment where toddlers feel supported as they explore, discover new skills, and grow in their independence. She believes that helping children develop self-confidence at an early age lays the foundation for future success. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Camry enjoys spending time outdoors, making memories with her boyfriend, and caring for her two beloved cats. She is excited to be part of the TLE Meridian family and looks forward to helping make happy happen every day.

Ms. Courtney is a Twaddler/Prepper Teacher at The Learning Experience – Meridian and brings over 15 years of experience in childcare and leadership, including time serving as an Assistant Director. She is excited to return to the classroom, where she can work closely with young learners every day and support their growth during these important early stages. Courtney is passionate about helping children learn, explore, and build confidence, and she has a special interest in supporting children with diverse learning needs to ensure every child feels included and successful. Originally from Tennessee, Courtney is also a proud mom of three. She believes that caring for children and supporting their development truly feels like home. She looks forward to helping the children and families at The Learning Experience Meridian create a joyful and supportive learning experience each day.

Ms. Esther is the Preppers Teacher at The Learning Experience – Meridian. She has dedicated several years to the field of early childhood education and is passionate about helping children learn, grow, and discover the world around them. As an intentional educator, Ms. Esther teaches with purpose and strives to create meaningful learning experiences that encourage children to explore, interact with their environment, and develop across all areas of growth. She believes that curiosity, hands-on learning, and positive relationships are key to building a strong foundation for lifelong success. Ms. Esther is committed to fostering a nurturing and engaging classroom where every child feels supported, valued, and inspired to reach their full potential. The things that bring her the most joy are her faith, her family, her cats, and working with young children every day.

Ms. Kelcey is the Cook and Floater at The Learning Experience – Meridian, where she supports both the kitchen and classrooms while helping create a warm, welcoming environment for the children. Kelcey has a passion for working with children and previously gained experience as a preschool teacher’s assistant. She holds a degree in Nutrition, which fuels her love for cooking and the culinary arts, and she enjoys preparing meals that help support growing bodies and healthy habits. In addition to her culinary background, Kelcey also studied Fine Arts in college. She enjoys crafting and painting as creative outlets and loves sharing those interests with children through fun and engaging activities. Kelcey is happily married and a proud mom to an energetic 8-year-old son, and she loves spending time with her family. She looks forward to supporting the children and families at The Learning Experience Meridian while helping create a nurturing and joyful school environment.

Ms. Angie is a Support Teacher at The Learning Experience – Meridian. She is a passionate educator dedicated to child development and lifelong learning. Fluent in Portuguese, English, Spanish, and French, Ms. Angie values communication, cultural diversity, and creating meaningful connections with children and families. With a background in law, procedural law, and accounting, she brings a unique perspective and strong problem-solving skills to the classroom. Ms. Angie is committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. She believes that every day is an opportunity to learn from one another and finds joy in supporting each child's individual development and success. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Angie enjoys exploring new opportunities for learning and sharing her love of knowledge with those around her.
