Even though we are coming from another The Learning Experience, it was very tough on our two year-old to switch daycare’s. My wife and I were starting to consider trying a different daycare because drop offs were hard and the photos did not look like he was having a good time. I want to shout out a few people who helped make Miles feel at home and ultimately made him comfortable and we did not have to switch daycares. Mrs. Bri was always very informational and gave great updates on his progress. They seemed to recognize his hard transition and made sure he had a little extra attention at first. Thank you to you both. However, I think the most influential person to help him get more comfortable was Miss Shannon. She was there for roughly 25% of his drop offs when we first started, and those were always the easiest ones because she made an effort with him when others who no longer worked there would not. As we have moved to an early drop off each morning, Miles gets to see Miss Shannon even more, and he loves it. She always picked him up to wave by out the window to me, made him feel safe there, etc. He calls her out by name on the way to school now and always has a smile on his face when bringing her up. While we only mentioned a few here, we know more of the wonderful teachers here have made Miles feel welcome and my wife and I can’t thank you enough.

Our son has been with the learning experience since January 2026, so he has had experience in two infant rooms now. We have been really happy with the care in both of these rooms. When we walk in to pick him up, the whole staff knows his name and he gets so excited to see him. It’s great that they have an app that we are updated with all day on naps, how much he is eating, etc. Daycare is a really important aspect of keeping our family dynamic in sync and dropping him off somewhere that feels like they care for him as much as we do is such a great feeling.

The team at The Learning Experience has been great with our boys! They are extremely friendly and provide solid early learning curriculum and structure for the kids. Special shoutout to the tenured teachers there, more specifically Miss Shannon and Miss Sarah. They provide a sense of normalcy and structure for the little kids that is unmatched as they have both worked at the Menomonee Falls location for many years now. I would need more than 5 stars for this center so I'm sending an emergency request for Andromeda and it's galaxy friends. While on the hunt for a new daycare, there were a few things that we were looking for to be different from our old day care. Our child used to come home looking like a human Swiffer and smelling like a HOBO. We felt like he was not getting the care and attention needed so it was necessary for a change in the new year. Then came TLE, upon entering the center you beeg to ask the question, are you at a daycare or a infant care lounge with concierge service. The facility was CLEAN. It didn't smell like a daycare but rather a super sanitized zone for people who are obsessed with being clean and staying healthy. Annabelle gave me a the tour and we spoke of varying topics regarding the center. Each answer came with a high level of reassurance. It did not take me more than an hour to say "this is the place for my child". The focus on languages, learning aids, sensory tours and meals provided for your growing bundle of joy set my mind at ease. The attention to the finer details, follow up and follow though calls, check in with the well being of my child and the access to the app exhibited a high degree of care. Our child's first 2 days had not only him smiling but we could see the effects of the higher levels of engagement, we have been having those smiles too. I would highly recommend this center to any parent looking for high quality child care without breaking the bank. The team tenure is stable enough that I feel each child is given the care, attention and focus needed through out their growth journey through the center. All caregivers are friendly and are willing to give you updates from the room turnovers in the evenings. To the galaxies and beyond! I give this center the Best of the Best Award!

Sending your child to daycare is a significant step for any parent, and I’m so grateful that we chose The Learning Experience in Menomonee Falls. After nearly a year here, I can confidently say our experience has been nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we walked in, Directors Aly and Annabelle have created a nurturing environment that puts parents at ease. Any concerns we’ve had have been addressed promptly and with genuine care, showing just how much the staff truly values both the children and their families. My little one looks forward to “school” every day, excited to see his friends and spend time with his amazing teacher, Ms. Ellie. She is an absolute gem, connecting beautifully with all the children. I wholeheartedly recommend this center to anyone looking for a loving and supportive daycare environment. It’s truly a special place! We will miss it when it’s time to go to kindergarten next fall ??

We love The Learning Experience in Menomonee Falls! Going back to work after maternity leave was hard, but we are so grateful for the wonderful care our baby boy receives at TLE. From the moment we walked in, the staff has made us feel like we belong and that we matter. They know our little guy’s name and are always happy to see him. I feel like he gets so much out of being there between the care he gets, the attentiveness to helping him achieve his developmental milestones, and the socialization with other kids and the adults. His classroom teachers Ms. Maddy and Mr. Nathan are so welcoming, kind, caring, and knowledgeable. I will be really sad when he moves up to the next room because we will miss them a whole lot, but I’m also confident his next teachers will be just as great. Ally and Annabelle have been wonderful. Their communication is top notch and they are always keeping us informed and in the loop. They are cheerful and fun as well! I am so grateful for The Learning Experience and the fantastic care they provide our son.

I love the center and the staff. Everyone is so helpful and caring towards my daughter. She’s always happy when i pick her up. I especially admire her teacher Ms Gladys she’s very amazing and puts a lot of care and effort into children’s development. We put our nephew to Menomonee fall stared on January. We were nervous before but we couldn’t be happier with our experience at this preschool! The new management has truly transformed the center — their passion, professionalism, and care for the children shine through in everything they do. The environment is nurturing, organized, and full of enriching activities that keep the kids engaged and excited to learn. Ms Gladys and Aliyah are great teachers. Communication with parents has been excellent, and it’s clear that the staff is committed to each child’s development and well-being. This is by far the best daycare ever! Both my kids love it and they have taught my kids so much. They are very understanding and work with families. The teachers are really great here and I have also watched Ms. Brianna move up & become the director of the center. Even my youngest loves her teacher Ms. Shannon. They love going there to make friends & continue friendships onto school. Definitely highly recommend this place for your kids! They even have the bus drop them off at the daycare which is so convenient if you have younger kids at the daycare as well so you pick up all the kids from the same place !

TLE has been great for my family! The site leadership team is friendly, organized, responsive, and very engaged with the children. So we enrolled our 2 year old son recently and have nothing but happy things to say about this center. The teachers and admin staff are superb! We joined with a lot of experience (good and bad) and were looking for a place where my little one would be taken care of and loved. TLE Menomonee falls staff is all of it and more! Our son has been enjoying and growing happily with his peers here. He joined in while there were admin changes happening and we were concerned about it. But everything went smoothly and we are very satisfied with the involvement of all the teachers and staff. At the end of the day, it comes down to whether I am anxious or happy dropping off my little one at the daycare. And we have been so relieved to see how much fun our son has all day. He is most excited to go in. And when it's time to leave, we always hear “ see you tomorrow Bubbles”!!
