Our Caring & Experienced Staff

Teacher quality remains the top reason why families choose The Learning Experience Magnolia.

Sean

If you are looking for daycare over the summer or next school year I would highly recommend The Learning Experience right outside of our Northgrove. Over the last 7 years we have used four other locations and this was by far our favorite. We have been there since it opened and it’s the cleanest daycare we have ever used and all the staff is friendly, including the owner who is there daily with the biggest smile. Meals and snacks are included in tuition and the being in Northgrove was a such a time saver.

Our daughter has been attending since she was 3 months old, when I returned to work, and knowing that she is in the safest of hands and receiving kind and attentive care makes a world of difference. We can tell at the end of the day that she is happy and tired from learning, playing, and enjoying every second. We love all of the infant teachers and Ms. Elizabeth is especially good with her- we can tell our little one lights up when she sees her! The app is so user friendly and great for communicating nap and feeding schedules throughout the day so that we can carryover at home and letting us know when we are low on supplies like diapers and wipes. My personal favorites though are the adorable pictures we receive throughout the day that put the biggest smiles on our face. We are so grateful that the staff at TLE helps being away at work much more manageable. We absolutely LOVE The Learning Experience in Magnolia! As first time parents, it’s intimidating finding a daycare and creating a daily schedule; however, the staff at TLE, especially the center director Ms. Jennifer, has helped us find a rhythm that works for us and is always happy to answer our many, many questions! And Ms. Batool always happily greets us at the door, making us feel welcomed and included. I could not recommend TLE enough. ??

We switched over to TLE after 3 years of another trust center… very nervous but it has been AMAZING!! From the moment we walked in the door we felt so welcome. Our son has thrived in his classroom and adores his teacher. Ms. Nichole is such a blessing- kind and patient while our little transitioned into the new environment. We absolutely love her and the school!

We have had a wonderful experience at The Learning Experience, especially with Ms. Nichole as our son’s teacher. She is patient, caring, and truly passionate about working with children. She made our son’s transition into pre-k so much easier and helped him quickly become comfortable and excited to learn. The classroom is always clean, organized, and welcoming, and it is clear that Ms. Nichole genuinely cares about each student’s growth and well-being. We are very grateful for the positive impact she has had on our son and highly recommend both her and the TLE staff.

I’m so grateful we found this daycare. From day one, everyone has been so kind, welcoming, and attentive, which has given us so much peace of mind as parents. A very special thank you to Miss Elizabeth in the infant room. It’s hard to fully express how caring and loving she is with my baby. She treats him with such genuine warmth and attention, and it’s clear she truly cares about each child she looks after. She is everything you could hope for when trusting someone with your little one. Seeing how happy and comfortable my baby is there means everything to us, and that kind of peace of mind is truly priceless.

TLE is a wonderful place. As an anxious mom, I have three of my children enrolled and can relax knowing they are loved and cared for daily. They have such enriching days of play and age-appropriate education. The teachers genuinely care and nurture them!

We absolutely love The Learning Experience! Our daughter is in the infant room, and her teachers are ALWAYS so kind, personable, and truly caring. Even though she’s only 15 weeks old, we’ve already noticed so much growth and development since she started. It gives us so much comfort knowing she’s surrounded by people who genuinely care about her and support her during these early stages. The facility is always so clean and well taken care of, which is really important to us as parents of a young baby. We also love the Bubbles and Friends app they use that gives us constant updates and photos throughout the day! ? As first-time parents, that communication made the transition to daycare so much smoother and gave us so much peace of mind. The staff creates such a warm and welcoming environment, and we always feel 100% confident that our daughter is in great hands. We’re so grateful for the wonderful teachers and the care they give every day. I would highly recommend this daycare to any family looking for a loving and trustworthy place for their little one!

We have had such a wonderful experience at The Learning Experience – Magnolia over the past 4 months. Both of our daughters attend (Infant Room and Preschool), and we truly couldn’t be happier. Our 7-month-old is in the Infant Room and is so loved there. The teachers are incredibly nurturing — they hold her, comfort her, and have even helped her learn how to nap in her crib, which made our transition at home so much smoother. They’ve been so intentional about helping her reach her milestones, and we feel completely at ease knowing she’s cared for so well each day. Our 3-year-old absolutely loves going to school — she asks to go even on the weekends! The cleanliness and staff were our top priorities when choosing a daycare, and they have exceeded our expectations in both areas. What has surprised us most, though, is how much she has learned. She comes home singing songs in multiple languages, knows her days of the week, is tracing letters and numbers, and even shows us the exercises, stretches, and sign language she’s learning. We are so grateful for the love, care, and education our girls receive here every day. Thank you to all the teachers who work there, if I had to list my favorites, it would literally be every one of them so far! And we’re especially thankful for Batool’s leadership and the heart she brings to this school. ?

We absolutely love this early learning academy! My child has learned at such a rapid pace and has advanced tremendously in his education. This is truly so much more than a daycare—he is actively learning, growing, and being genuinely prepared for kindergarten and beyond. His teacher, Nicole, is amazing. She is patient, attentive, and truly invested in each child’s success. And the owner, Batool, is phenomenal. You can immediately feel that she pours her heart and soul into the school, her staff, and every student. Her passion and leadership shine through in every detail. The environment is bright, colorful, clean, and safe, which gives us complete peace of mind every day. We are beyond grateful to have found a place where our child is not only cared for—but educated, encouraged, and inspired. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a place that truly sets their child up for success.

We love this school. My son has made tremendous progress in his education and always tells us he had a “great day!” when we pick him up. The variety of activities and crafts they offer is truly impressive. The staff is wonderful, and I especially appreciate that meals and snacks are provided - my picky eater even enjoys them!

Elena

Absolutely the best experience! Miss Brooke is absolutely amazing with Chosen. We love her!
