Hi, my name is Ivelise! I’m the Director of Operations and have been part of the TLE family since 2019. I enjoy reading and watching the sunset. Hi! I'm Ms. Alexa. Before becoming a Center Director, I spent nine wonderful years as a preschool teacher. I studied Liberal Studies at William Paterson University, with minors in History and Psychology. In my free time, I love spending time at the beach with my family. A fun fact about me is I enjoy baking, especially chocolate chip cookies!

The Learning Experience Academy of Early Education at Hoboken is owned by LynnAnn Zazzali who earned her Masters degree in Reading and Educational Leadership. LynnAnn owns three successful TLE locations, Waldwick NJ, Hoboken NJ and New Rochelle NJ. The first, Waldwick NJ, has been open for over ten years. She is the proud mom of two children and knows first hand how special her role is in the lives of her TLE families! Both Nicholas, 16 and Daniella, 14 attended The Learning Experience Academy of Early Education as young children. The love, care and comprehensive early childhood program TLE provided was the driving force that attracted LynnAnn to open her own center in 2008. I hold a degree in Education Studies and am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction. I have experience working in a variety of early childhood settings, including public school daycare programs. I am especially passionate about early childhood education and love helping children build confidence, creativity, and early communication skills through play-based learning, including using TLE’s Bubbles and Friends characters to make learning fun and meaningful. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy spending time outdoors and soaking up fresh air and sunshine.

Hi, I’m Iris! I was born and raised in Cuba, where I studied Marketing. I have nearly five years of experience working with children, and I truly enjoy being part of their growth and development. I’m very close with my family—I have an older sister, and my niece and nephew feel like my own! I’m also happily married and love spending quality time with my husband.

I have been working with children since 2023. I begin with summer camps as a teenager, that is were my love for education began. What joy it brings me to see kids laugh and smile everyday.
