Dr. Grace Huxtable-Mount is the owner of multiple branches of The Learning Experience. She has been a member of the TLE family since 2008, and her two amazing children are both TLE Graduates. Her career in education spans over 20 years, including service as a preschool teacher, public school teacher, and several school leadership positions. Dr. Grace believes in the TLE mission of making a positive difference in the lives of children, their families, and the communities we serve. She loves the fact that we get to introduce academics to young children in a way that instills the idea that learning is fun, which is foundational to having a lifetime love of learning. She is passionate about building and uplifting the teachers and leaders of each center to be the very best educators that they can be.

My name is Zuleika Natali, and I am a mother of five: three biological children and two stepchildren, whom I love as if they were my own. I am also about to become a step grandmother to a little boy. I am originally from Puerto Rico, but I have been residing in Virginia for the past 20 years. I have dedicated the last 25 years of my career to early childhood education, holding positions from assistant teacher to Director. I hold an Associate degree in Special Education, with a minor in Speech Therapy, and a Bachelor’s degree in human services, with a concentration in Family & Children. In 2021, I had the opportunity to participate in an accelerated management program at the prestigious UCLA University. My professional passion lies in the well-being of children and their families. The aspect of early childhood that I find most fulfilling is that my profession allows me to have a great career while engaging in playful activities, expressing creativity through dance and song. My greatest reward is seeing children thrive in a state of happiness and well-being.

My name is Sonia Rodriguez Ortiz, but you can call me Nyna. I am a mother of 4 children, 9, 10, 14, and 15 years old. I am originally from Puerto Rico, but I have been living in Virginia for the past 19 years. During the last 18 years I have worn many hats, from assistant teacher, lead teacher, Assistant director, company manager, and Family Advocated. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Biology, an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) and Strengths-Based Family worker’s credential (SFW). I am currently working on obtaining a VA-Infant Mental Health Endorsement. I have always been passionate about working with children and believe that early childhood education is crucial for their development. I find joy in witnessing their milestones, fostering their curiosity, and helping them develop important skills that will set them up for success in the future. I am dedicated to creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

Hi! My name is Tabitha! I just moved here a few weeks ago. I have a four-month-old who is also coming here and 2 cats at home. I love spending time with family and going to the pool. I've worked with children for 13 years now and I have a master's degree in education and curriculum with two minors in leadership and childhood studies. My favorite color is pink and my favorite food is pasta. I love to go swimming and shopping and my favorite restaurant is Texas Roadhouse. I am so excited to join TLE!

Hello, I'm Ms. Lyda. Parents trust me completely because their children warm up to me quickly, and respond to my gentleness. I started investing in the lives of children when I was 15. After 20 years, I still haven't found anything quite as rewarding. Parents call me a "Baby Whisper". I moved to America from my homeland, Cambodia in 2019.
