They are so caring and greet kids and families by their name. They are responsive not only when you are considering their center but also once your child attends. Finding the right daycare for your child is one of the biggest decisions a parent can make, and we truly couldn’t be happier with our experience at The Learning Experience Hilliard. When our son first started, he was only 2 years old and had pretty significant separation anxiety. He had rarely been away from Mom and Dad, so we were incredibly nervous about how he would adjust. From day one, every teacher and staff member welcomed him with so much patience, kindness, and reassurance. They made not only our son feel comfortable, but us as parents too. Over the past year, watching him grow has been amazing. His language has exploded, he’s become more independent and confident, and he’s learned so much academically, socially, and emotionally. It’s incredible to see how excited he is to talk about what he did each day and how much he genuinely enjoys going to school. What truly sets TLE Hilliard apart is the people. The teachers genuinely love and care for the children as if they were their own, and that kind of care is something you can’t teach. It’s obvious in the way they greet each child, celebrate their milestones, and make every family feel valued. We also love receiving pictures and updates throughout the day of everything our son is doing. Seeing him smiling, learning, creating, and interacting with his classmates gives us so much peace of mind while we’re at work. Those little updates brighten our day and make us feel connected to his experience, even when we can’t be there. The owners are incredibly involved and truly invested in creating a positive environment for both the children and the staff. You can tell they care deeply about the families they serve. The administrative team is wonderful, and every teacher we’ve encountered has been warm, welcoming, and friendly. One of the things that impresses us most is how everyone seems to know every child by name. It creates such a close-knit, family atmosphere that makes drop-offs and pick-ups feel personal every day. We are so grateful we chose The Learning Experience Hilliard. Knowing our son is safe, loved, encouraged, and excited to learn each day gives us complete peace of mind. This Daycare has to be hands-down one of the best Daycare’s I’ve ever had the experience the privilege the blessing that I have my kids to be a part of their journey with learning and growing with TLE I will say I started in TLE Dublin and that experience was absolutely horrible. Switching over to Hilliard. It felt like home. I felt like family they work with you. They communicate with you. They care for your children like they’re their own. I know I’m gonna mess up her name, but they Owner is one of the most caring persons her and her husband and their children are such a beautiful family unfortunately due to locations we did have to switch locations, but I will forever. Choosing the right preschool for your child is one of the hardest decisions a parent can make. Before joining The Learning Experience (TLE) in Hilliard, we were coming from a center where we had growing concerns about communication, safety, and our daughter’s development. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Ms. Savannah, who was warm, welcoming, and genuinely excited to show us the center. The teachers and staff use the proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum, which has helped her grow academically, socially, and emotionally. The preschool integrates early math, literacy, and social skills in ways that keep her excited to learn. She also gets hands-on STEM experiences that she talks about at home constantly. The difference in her confidence and curiosity has been remarkable. Ms. Akasi, the owner, is wonderful. Her love for the children and respect for her staff show in everything she does. We walk in every morning feeling at ease knowing our daughter is genuinely cared for. Our daughter will be starting Kindergarten this year, and we feel she is more than ready thanks to the strong foundation TLE has given her. The summer program is also fantastic — engaging, fun, and full of learning opportunities. We love the TLE characters, the photo slides on the TVs, and all the little touches that make the center cheerful and inviting. We also appreciate their partnership with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, which shows their commitment to giving back. In just one year, we’ve not only found a preschool we trust, but we’ve also made meaningful friendships with other families — relationships we will carry with us long after preschool ends. Trust when I tell you I went on sooo many tours around the area trying to find the perfect place for my 18 month old son. After tons of careful consideration our hearts just kept going back to how kind, sweet, professional, knowledgeable, and passionate Mr and Mrs. Akasi were about striving to have the greatest educational environment for our children. And also the warm, welcoming smiling faces of Ms. Savannah and at the time, Ms. Raven! They all greet everyone by name and literally treat everyone like family! All the teachers there are amazing, Ms. Heather and Ms. A.J are are simply the best at what they do. Just couldn't as for a better team. My son has been in attendance at TLE since August "25. He turned 2 in December "25 and could already see such a change for the better. He could recite all his ABCs and count to 10. He will incorporate some sign language as he speaks now. He picks up after himself and will take his trash to the garbage can. I could go on and on but these are without a doubt trustworthy hands to leave your babies in!

My daughter Mila has been going to TLE since June and it has been an all around amazing experience. On top of the facility being extremely clean and tidy, it’s evident how much the staff truly cares for the kids. Our experiences first started with Savannah the center director and from the start of our meeting with her during our tour, we felt good about this place. I had a hard time with the thought of leaving my daughter initially as it was our first baby and heading back to work after maternity leave took an emotional toll. Savannah was so supportive and checked in to see if there was anything she could do and even sent me multiple pictures of my daughter with updates throughout the days during my first week back just to ease the anxiety. Miss Akasi and her husband from day one have always shown such a high caliber of integrity when interacting, and my husband and I grew to trust that our daughter was in good hands with their leadership. The infant teachers have been a pleasure to get to know and we appreciate how much they do for our daughter, especially Ms. Bri who has been in the infant room from the start with her. Making a payment here has never felt so right. You know that it’s money well spent and you’re happy to pay it. Because they deserve it. This place deserves 10 stars. They are doing everything right here. Everything we wanted in a daycare was offered here. I think it would be difficult to find a better daycare I have experience lol. So be careful after you bring your child here you won’t want to take your children anywhere else they set the bar high. We had to move and miss everything about the learning experience Hilliard. The only thing you need to bring with you is your child they provide everything else making it well worth the money. most importantly, they care about your child their well-being and their development and whether or not they enjoy their day. So important that our child likes coming here. Our child loved it here she started in the infant class they taught her so much that she ended up being able to move up to the next class early. Which is exactly what she needed. The learning experience absolutely lives up to their name, providing a high-quality learning experience for not only the children, but also for the parents.

We started with TLE Hilliard just this week & having a very positive experience so far. We had originally planned to send our 2 year old son here beginning in January, but we were so excited during the tour we decided to bring him in earlier. This is his third daycare that he's been to, and we can say for sure, that this is our favorite and hopefully the one he remains in! I love multiple things about TLE - the administration are very welcoming and communicative, their app is perfect for knowing what my son does all day (as well as multiple pictures), the curriculum gives him so much structure (he comes home singing "hey hey, circle time", and the teachers are very friendly and hands on with the kids. My favorite thing about this place is the approach of a daycare-teacher-parent partnership and how we can all work together to help my son grow. It makes me confident that I am not simply sending him to be "babysat" but rather, a place that really teaches and challenges him - but is still a fun place that he looks forward to going to. An example of this growth: While he speaks Arabic primarily at home, he is coming home learning more and more words/sentences in English, and is even translating for us. I'm baffled that he is able to do that in a short period of time and really excited to see how his time at TLE continues to help with his growth and development as he gets older.
