Now that my child attends and I no longer am employed here, I get to see that same quality from a parent’s perspective. Our daughter has been going to this preschool since June. Coming from a part-time facility, she cried every single morning for a month straight. The teachers assured us that she would be fine and provided her comfort along the way. Her original teacher Ms. Candace held her almost every morning when we left....This past weekend she asked me "Can I go to school Monday"! These days she actually looks forward to going to school. She has learned so much in such a short time and always comes home with something new to tell us. At just three years young she can tell us her first and last name and has almost mastered spelling it as well. Her teacher Ms. Linda is a God sent. She tells us how our little does each and every day (good or bad) and also gives tips to incorporate at home to make her learning smoother. Our little one is an only child and spoiled rotten so we knew the transition wouldn't be easy but Ms. Linda has made it a breeze. She truly has a love for those kids and it shows. I also want to shout out her former teacher Ms. Iyana(spell check) who stepped in when her first teacher Ms. Candace took another position closer to her home. I must say that I was rather impressed with the level of professionalism she showed and her willingness to help out in every single classroom.... If you see her she's always bouncing around in another room. Kudos to you. Last but not least, the administration team.... Those three ladies make it easy to drop our kid off in the mornings. She is our pride and Joy and in today's society we worry about her safety daily.... those ladies provide a sense of security every single day. There is no big boss....they all work together and that is awesome. I am certain that we made the right decision by sending our child here. Ms, Shay and staff, keep doing what you are doing! Ms Ny is amazing. We absolutely adore her and our son does too. She is great with the kids and helped our son through potty training. My son joined TLE Harrisburg in January 2024, just after turning 2, and although the school was still transitioning in its early days, it has grown into something truly special. At first, I’ll admit, I was looking at other options, but then came along, Ms. Shay—our very own superhero Director—and completely transformed the place! ???? Her leadership, kindness, and open-door policy have made all the difference. Whether it was addressing concerns quickly, solving problems efficiently, or simply letting me sit and stare at my son on the cameras (yes, I’m THAT mom), she has been a godsend. She even took the time to personally connect with my son, showing him love, patience, and care—even when it meant respectfully kicking me out of the room so he could start his day. ? And let’s not forget the incredible team that has been built . Every single teacher and staff is a direct reflection of the leaders warmth and dedication. Even teachers he never had went always spoke or waved but specifically my sons teachers Ms. K, who spoiled the kids with love, to Ms. Nyasia and Ms. Linda, who balanced love, patience, discipline, and independent learning perfectly, the care and attention my son received have been priceless. While my son is moving on to a different preschool program for his next chapter, it’s not because we don’t love TLE Harrisburg—it’s a decision focused on his individual development.
