My name is Ms. Alanna! I have been a director for over seven years now and have more than ten years of childcare experience ranging from working with 2-6 years old. I absolutely love my job and making sure I am impacting each child and family in my center. I was born and raised in Franklin, TN. I am a single mom to a spunky 9-year-old named Hadley. She is my sidekick, so I am sure you will see her around! In my free time, I am usually working on organizing whatever I can get my hands on. My goal is to leave here every day happy and confident that I have done everything that I can do for my families and teachers. I want to make you proud to be a part of the TLE family. Hi! My name is Dalina, and I am thrilled to be the assistant director at TLE South Franklin. I can't wait to get to know all the amazing families and children here at TLE. Here is a little about me! I was born and raised in Belize, Central America. I attended school in Belize, graduating with a degree in accounting and business management. After I graduated in 2015, I moved to Tennessee with my family. I have been working in childcare since 2019 and have been an Assistant Director, with the previous company I worked for, for the past two years. I am so excited to meet you all! I can already tell this is a great school family!

I am the second oldest of 15 kids. I have always wanted to be a teacher ever since I was a little girl. I was homeschooled and helped teach my younger siblings an English class every Wednesday, I absolutely LOVED it.
