My son has been attending this daycare for almost 2½ years, and I couldn’t be happier with the care he’s received. From day one, the staff has made him feel safe, loved, and excited to learn. It’s been amazing to watch him grow and develop so much during his time here. A very special thank you to Ms. Ilana and Ms. Luz. They are truly wonderful teachers who are patient, caring, and dedicated to every child in their classroom. They always keep me informed, create a positive learning environment, and genuinely care about my son’s growth and well-being. He absolutely loves them, and it’s clear they have a real passion for what they do. I’m so grateful for everything this daycare has done for our family. I highly recommend it to any parent looking for a safe, nurturing, and supportive place for their child.

We have had a wonderful four-year experience at TLE. The past two years, especially, have been the most rewarding for our son (Pre-K 2 and Pre-K 3). Most of that is due to Ms. Alannah. She truly embodies everything The Learning Experience stands for, making every day feel magical for her students and setting the gold standard for her peers. We were absolutely thrilled when she moved from Preschool 2 to Preschool 3 with our son, Levi. That continuity has meant the world to us, but it’s her heart that has made the biggest impact. Levi doesn’t just learn from her; he truly loves being around her. He lights up every time he talks about her, and seeing that spark in him is the greatest gift a parent could ask for. As we prepare to head to kindergarten at the end of this summer, we know the hardest part won’t be the new school or the bigger desk—it will be saying goodbye to Ms. Alannah. She has gone above and beyond to make Levi feel seen and inspired. She isn’t just an educator; she’s a core part of his early childhood story, and we couldn’t think of anyone more deserving of this honor.

My daughter has attended every summer for the past three years, and it has been an incredible experience. The staff is highly qualified, and the facilities are excellent. I would especially like to thank Miss Alanna, the director, for always being so kind, supportive, and willing to help. I also want to thank Miss Ilena, Gigi, and Jacqueline, who do an amazing job caring for and teaching the children. Their dedication and kindness have made every summer a wonderful experience for my daughter. I highly recommend this program to any family looking for a safe, caring, and enriching environment for their children.

Ms. Llena & Ms. Luz are always smiles & in good spirits in the early mornings for positive start to the day. I have witnessed great patience and kindness in challenging situations. Both are engaging and respectful to all their pupils.

We love the curriculum and staff at TLE and are so happy to have our kids here! Luz and Ilena are both so great with our daughter, but all the teachers really are wonderful.

We are so happy that we trusted our kids in the care of the fantastic teachers at TLE! They get a wonderful education and I couldn’t be happier with knowing they’re safe and secure, and to be able to keep track of them and get pictures and updates throughout the day. We especially love Ms. Gigi and Ms. Ilena and Ms. Luz and the patience and love they have for our kids! We would recommend the facility to any parent looking for childcare!

We had to switch back to daycare after our nanny left us and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Our boys cried every day at first and Mrs Gigi helped ease their transition and now they beg to go every day! All the teachers are amazing and we seriously couldn’t be more blessed. Would 1000000% recommend this school!

I’m so glad we picked TLE for our little one! This was our first child and leaving her with anyone was so nerve wracking. Ms. Andraya made us feel so comfortable with plenty of pictures and updates. She made us feel like she truly cared about our daughter.

We chose TLE for our daughter and it was one of the best decisions we have made. The whole staff is great and Andraya made us feel incredibly comfortable having someone else watch our first child.

We love all of the teachers at TLE, but Ms. Andraya in the infant classroom was especially meaningful to our family. Leaving my baby at daycare for the first time was hard, and she immediately made me feel comfortable and reassured that my daughter was in great hands. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care made all the difference during those early months.

Ms Andraya is truly the best! It was our first experience with daycare and she was beyond incredible with not only our little one, but with us as first time parents. She is so kind, patient, and caring, and our little guy has come so far in her care

We have been part of The Learning Experience family since they first opened their doors in 2021, and it has truly been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our daughter. We started at TLE when our daughter was just an infant, and now, somehow, we just watched her graduate preschool there. Before coming to TLE, we had tried another local daycare and were not impressed. From the moment we visited TLE, the difference was night and day. We immediately felt the warmth, care, organization, and genuine love that makes this place so special. Over the years, our daughter has made wonderful friends, many of whom have also been there for years, and those friendships have become such a special part of her childhood. Her teachers have truly cared about her, taught her so much, helped her grow, and have become friends to our family along the way. It is so bittersweet watching our daughter grow up and move on to kindergarten, knowing we won’t be at TLE every day anymore. We will especially miss Ms.Gigi who has shown so much love and care for our daughter. But we are leaving with so much gratitude and confidence, knowing that because of TLE, she is ready for this next big step. We will definitely continue to nourish the friendships we’ve made during our time at TLE, and we are so incredibly grateful for the love, support, and memories this school has given our family.

Update 2026: I have my second one here, my oldest finished pre K here. Still the same quality and tons of love from teachers ! ———————————————— 2022: My kid loves it here! it’s conveniently located at Columbia Ave. New installations, all protocols visible and available at the reception and they give you a key and code to get in (other daycares dont have this option). The thing that we loved the most is the fact that there is an indoor play area (not regular classroom) where they can play if weather is not nice. love it!

I can not say enough good things about The Learning Experience. This was our first experience with full time childcare and I was a bit nervous as a mom but the entire staff has gone above and beyond to not only make my daughter happy and comfortable, but myself as well. Knowing how well my child is cared for and how much she is learning everyday at drop off is everything.

?As a mom of two, your top priority is always ensuring your children feel safe and loved. At The Learning Experience (TLE) Franklin, my kids feel exactly that. Mr. Ketrey and Ms. Francine have built such a wonderful relationship with my daughter, and it means the world to us. The infant program here is exceptional as well! The infant staff creates a nurturing and safe environment that has been so important to our son’s physical development. They take the time to work with him daily on his strength and coordination, and their caring nature gives us total peace of mind. We highly recommend this team to any parent.

I absolutely love TLE! My son has been to a couple different daycares since we moved to Tennessee 3 years ago and this one has been by far the best! My son ADORES all of the teachers, and I love how much they learn! I work a lot and don’t always have time to work on things with him, but he’ll always come home spewing out random facts that he’s learned. I appreciate everyone there!

All 4 of my girls attend here, and it truly feels like a second home for them. The teachers are caring and patient, and you can tell they really enjoy what they do. They have an AMAZING curriculum which is SO important in early development. Staff communicates very well and they even have an app where you get updates and photos of your child throughout the day. My girls will all be staying here until they start Kindergarten- with my oldest starting this year. They have definitely prepped her for moving up to elementary and that eases my mama heart! We love TLE!

There truly are not enough good things that I could say about this center, and the staff! They are truly miracle workers, and they bring the magic without question! My daughter and son recieve the absolute best care, the team has the best communication, and you can tell that all of the incredible employees really care! A huge thank you to Mrs Hannah, Mrs Alana, Mrs Daniella for managing the best team! And a huge thank you to Ms Leah, Ms Nancy, Mr Ke' Trey, And Ms Alannah for giving my two babies the absolute best care!

Our Son is a current student in Twaddler A and we wanted to take a moment to share how much we appreciate their teacher, Ms. Jessica. We’ve been so fortunate to have many wonderful teachers over the years, but Ms. Jessica is truly one in a million. The care, attention, and compassion she brings to the classroom each day have made such a meaningful difference. Our little one is thriving—not only academically (counting to ten and proudly singing the ABCs!)—but also emotionally and socially. Their kindness toward others, willingness to share (most of the time, haha), and the way they check in on friends who might be upset absolutely melt our hearts. It’s incredible to see that kind of empathy and awareness in a two-year-old, and we know Ms. Jessica plays a huge role in that. Our child talks about school with so much joy and excitement, and when we ask about their favorite part of the day, more often than not, the answer is simply “Teacher!” Her communication with us has also been exceptional. The updates, photos, and honest reflections—whether it’s been an amazing day or a challenging one—make us feel like true partners in our child’s growth and development. That level of care and transparency means so much to our family. Thank you TLE for fostering such a positive, nurturing environment for our son—it truly shows in everything the team does!

We are new to The Learning Experience. So far, we have been very happy with all the staff, especially our daughter’s teacher, Ms. Leah.

My nephew was enrolled here until the end of the school year. Very friendly and professional staff. They were accommodating to our situation even though it was a very last minute thing.I felt like I could trust them to keep him and the other children safe, and given the attention needed. I hope in the future will be able re enroll.

The Learning Experience in Franklin has been incredible for our family! My son Aiden absolutely loves it there. Every day he comes home excited to share all the fun things he did and everything he’s learning. The staff is truly outstanding — they go above and beyond to keep the kids engaged, happy, and growing all day long. It’s such a relief as a parent to know he’s in a place where he feels safe, cared for, and genuinely excited to be. We couldn’t be happier and are so grateful for this amazing team!

My son Ben was here for the majority of 2 years and this was a whole world of difference from his previous daycare. Getting updates on the app and having staff that truly care to support their development through to school is a worry off my mind. My son was very happy at this daycare and the events they have and summer plans make it so fun, and you get to meet the other families that attend. So much care and attention go into the programs here.

Our first experience with preschool in the U.S. has been truly wonderful. It was such a warm and safe place, and I really loved it. At first, I was so worried because I didn’t know how everything worked here. But all the teachers, including the staff, were incredibly kind and caring. They always called the children by their names, showed genuine warmth, and, most importantly, gave each child so much attention and care. As a parent, that meant the world to me. This past year has been such a precious and unforgettable experience for both me and my child. Even though we have to move, I know we will miss everyone so much. I just want to express my heartfelt gratitude once again. Thank you for everything!
