We’ve had such a wonderful experience at The Learning Experience (TLE) Heritage Trace! As a parent of a very active and curious little one, finding a center that balances structure, care, and genuine connection has been a journey—but we finally found it here. The teachers and staff have taken the time to truly get to know my daughter and our family. She’s incredibly bright, ambitious, and energetic—sometimes all at once—and they’ve done an amazing job providing both the educational rigor she thrives on and the nurturing attention she needs. My daughter has been attending daycare at the learning experience since she was just 4 months old. She is now turning two next month. My son also attended preschool before starting kindergarten.. I just want to say how amazing this place is and how truly caring they really are. My daughter has auditory struggles since she was born and has to wear hearing aids and Erica and Nora have been there for me through the entire journey. These ladies truly love each and every child in building as if they were their very own. They really make you feel like family and are very professional and take their jobs very seriously when it comes to these babies! I would recommend this place to absolutely anyone! I couldn’t imagine taking my daughter anywhere else.

A little over two years ago, my in home child care plan for my 3 month old daughter fell through two weeks before I went back to work. Frantically I called several surrounding daycare facilities and none of them were bad. but none of them were TLE. Immediately the center director (Crystal Schaffer) and her team made me feel safe to leave my baby with them in their care. My daughter has THRIVED at TLE. She loves her teachers, going so far as to invite them to her birthday party! TLE's staff makes my kid feel safe, loved and cared for. So much so that my child has attachments with not just her classroom facilitators, but other members as well. Clearly showing that they all (from chef to floaters, to front office personnel) work to ensure that their students are loved and cared for. Her vocabulary and cognitive development speak volumes to their choice in curriculum And their dedication to make sure the right teachers are at the right age levels. Our love for this program is so great that my niece is now in attendance and my 4 month old son. Crystal, Erica, Nora, Shelley, Marina, Robin, Cynthia, Jean, Veronica, Julie.... I can't thank yall enough for taking care of my babies. WE LOVE TLE!!

Wee are having to relocate and wont be able to send our son here any longer and TLE has spoiled us so much and it's so hard finding a new daycare because none of them compare to this location. A lot of it has to do with the staff, highlight Erica and Alycia. If I could transport them with me, I would. Everyday when I pick him up, everyone tells my son "Bye, dons name" The seriously care about each kiddo, they're not just a $$$ to them. Anytime anyone in my neighborhood ask for recommendations, I always mention TLE even though to get to it, we pass by SIX daycares to drop him off. This was the first daycare my son ever attended and he went from being center of attention to having other kids around and they've been very patient with his little attitude. He's learned how to talk and sign language. I'm actually sad that I'm having to unenroll him. Again we are only unenrolling him because we are moving 12 hours away or he'd be going here until he started school. Also, they take multiple pictures daily and it warms my heart to be able to see what my little boy is doing on the daily while I cant be with him.

TLE has been an amazing choice for us. The staff is kind and professional, and my child feels safe and happy there. They are very accommodating with schedule, and they always keep me informed about what's going on through regular updates and photos. Every day is filled with creative, age-appropriate activities that keep the kids engaged, whether its arts and crafts, or outdoor play. My child comes home excited to talk about the day.

Phenomenal. Absolute relief is the word, that we have found a SAFE, CLEAN, and reliable pre school. You won’t find anything like it, you just won’t. It’s definitely not a daycare, it is a pre school, they TEACH! The directors and teachers work sooo hard to meet each child’s need, keep a significantly clean and healthy environment, keep an engaging environment, and a safe environment. The directors and teachers are so personable with each child, which helps the mommy heart when dropping off. The engaging activities, STEM toys, curriculum, colors, etc, is top notch. Perfect ratios to support teachers’ well being which affects the rest of the school in the long run, and the students’ well being. The organization is top notch, and the energy and planning that goes into everything is amazing. To drop off my child’s things in the morning and every morning activity is all set out?? Done, love it. 4 or more pictures a day from teachers as well as updates, is such a luxury and so appreciated. It’s pretty perfect and I cannot believe we have been so blessed to find this school.

My daughter left her first ever daycare after being there for 2 years. We were very nervous bringing her to a new daycare. When I found TLE and took a tour I instantly fell in love. The security is top notch and gives me peace of mind. They constantly update the parent app so I know how she is doing all day. She is learning so many new things. The staff are so welcoming and the directors are the best ever. They truly feel like family. I am so happy we found TLE and plan to bring our future children there as well.

We have loved TLE Heritage for our kiddo. We have found the teachers and staff to be very knowledgeable, thorough and kind. We appreciate the constant communication and fun aspect that they bring every day. Every day when we pick up our kid, there's something new that they have learned and they're teaching us a new song or activity. We were very hesitant about putting our kiddo in any type of care without us present and TLE Heritage has been incredibly supportive and a positive experience for our kid and us, too! We had a lot of hard questions about protocols, safety, well being, inclusion, etc. and they had an answer for everything we threw their way. Very pleased so far.

After several attempts to find reliable, safe and caring childcare we have finally found THE PLACE! I cannot express the relief I have found since enrolling my 3year old at The Learning Experience, she is asking to go daily her teachers have been nothing short of welcoming and amazing. My sweet girl has a place where she is accepted and loved and cared for, I couldn’t ask for better child care honestly. This place is colorful and clean and everything you would want for your child, they keep open communication constantly with periodic updates throughout the day, and are constantly teaching the kiddos new things and concepts, I have seen nothing but positive changes with my kiddo and cannot accurately express my thanks. A special thanks to Erica the assistant director who has made us feel nothing but welcomed from the day 1 tour, Shelly who is a familiar and welcomed face (she had my oldest at another daycare almost 10 years ago) Mrs. Lana who made the early morning drop offs a breeze every day, and her other two teachers who have given her so much love and positive reinforcement Thank you all!

Where do I start! My experience at the learning experience has been nothing but amazing! I have are 4year old and a set of boy/girl twins, we have been with the Experience since the twins were 5months old and they are now approaching 2 years old this year. In the beginning my 4 year old at the time he was 3, behavior was very aggressive! Thanks to the lovely teachers and staff who made me aware of Michael having other issues that may need to be evaluated! In my heart I knew something was wrong but being afraid to label my child, we finally proceeded to do what was best! During evaluation and assessments the daycare was very patient and understanding still willing to keep Michael although his behavior needed more attention then they were able to provide! Miss Crystal,Erica, and Michael’s favorite and mine Alanna are the best, I’m forever grateful for you ladies!! Michael is now in a school that specializes in is diagnoses. For the twins, they beat me to the door knowing they are headed to daycare, they are learning Spanish, communication, ABC’s and more! Thank you to Miss Danyell,Miss Nora,and Miss Brittany! It’s a few new ladies who are great as well!!! 10/10 I will always Recommend

Our baby has been attending for a few months now and we absolutely LOVE this place! It takes a village to raise a child and with family being so far away, I now refer to his teachers as “our village”. They are so kind and truly care about each individual child. The class always has enough teachers to children ratio so no child is neglected. They are ON TOP of diaper changes and meals and keep a schedule for each child. Initially we thought it was just another “daycare” however, The Learning Experience is literally a learning experience and the teacher actually teach! Our child is learning so much all while being loved!

My 3 year old daughter loves going to TLE. She's been going for a couple of months and I can already tell a difference in her speaking. She's been speaking more complete sentences. She tells me all about her best friends at school. She constantly talks about her teacher Ms. Tori. Ms. Tori is awesome! She always has a smile on her face and you can tell she truly cares for the kids. I would recommend TLE to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy daycare.

We found TLE in January. Our daycare needs changed and we had to find something really quick. Our son did back up care elsewhere a few times and hated it so much he would have night terrors. Coming here they did an orientation to help my 2 1/2 adjust to his new environment and meet his teacher. Now he LOVES his school and everyday tells me about his friends at school and what he did. I'd definitely recommend this place to others!
