This is my third child in daycare, so I went in thinking I already knew what to expect. When we toured with Kaitlin, the Center Director, she explained the curriculum, Spanish lessons, enrichment programs, and play-based learning very similar to what I’d heard at other preschools in the past. But the actual experience has exceeded every expectation. From the very first week, I was blown away by the things my son was coming home talking about what he learned, what he did, and how excited he was to share it. TLE uses an app that tracks their day and sends photos, and since they opened I’ve consistently received six or more photos every day. Those pictures truly validate everything my son tells me. I always know what he’s doing, learning, and enjoying. The staff is always happy, pleasant, and welcoming, even during early-morning drop-offs. My son has never once said he didn’t want to go to school. something I’ve never experienced before. I was originally a bit apprehensive because it was a brand-new center, and I expected a lot of turnover. But the turnover has been extremely low, and the consistency has made such a difference. Ms. Kaitlin has been incredibly transparent and communicative. Any time there was going to be a teacher shift, temporary or permanent, she personally reached out for one-on-one conversations to make sure we were aware, comfortable, and able to prepare our son. And honestly, because every teacher knows EVERY child, transitions have been smooth and stress-free. Ms. Ebony, the Assistant Director, has also been a wonderful addition. And one thing that truly stands out: Kaitlin always has a smile on her face, even when multiple children are asking for a hug at the same time. She makes every family and every child feel special, which is not something you see often. You can tell that she and her staff love what they do and genuinely care.
