Our 6 month old daughter has been at TLE in East Rutherford for 3 month now. From the first day our little girl came home with a big smile and giggling. Ms Artie the infant room teacher is amazing. She is very kind d and wise. Management seems great as everyone there seems to be happy and kind. Its hard to leave your baby in someone's care but my wife and I are very comfortable with TLE.
From the moment I toured with Ms. Diana I knew this was going to be a good fit for our family. My daughter is very happy to go to daycare every morning and equally as happy when I pick her up. She started at 6 months old and has loved it ever since. I can’t say enough positive things about the infant teacher, Ms. Arti. Her warm gentle approach is unmatched, she truly cares for the infants and is absolutely incredible. The Learning Experience in East Rutherford was the very first preschool I toured for my daughter, and it ended up being the last. I knew right away it was the right fit. It did take her a little while to adjust because of her personality- but with the love, patience, and support from the staff, here we are a year later and I truly can’t picture her anywhere else. Maritza and Diana (Center Director & Assistant Director) are so sweet and always look out for both the kids and the parents. Their communication and care make such a difference. They run the school beautifully and have been so accommodating every step of the way. And of course, the amazing teachers have made my daughter feel safe, cared for, and excited to learn. We’re going to be so sad to leave next year when she moves on to kindergarten, but this place will always hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you TLE for being such a wonderful beginning to Lei’s school journey!

TLE is the best thing to have happened to my family. I pushed off day care because I was so scared of leaving my child with strangers, but when the time came that she needed to go I knew instantly that was the school for us. Every staff member greeted my daughter when they saw her. It's evident that everyone there loves what they do. It's alarming how quickly they are able to teach children. After one week my daughter's verbal skills were exponentially improved. There is a curriculum that incorporates play AND learning. No screen time. They teach languages, music, emotional regulation, manners, and many other crucial life/social skills. She began potty training on day 1, and was successful! They are the only people that she will eat vegetables for. Everyone knows her name. They make family a big part of the school body with family friendly curated events for various holidays, school pictures, consistent updates via the school app, text messages, etc. If you're considering TLE take my word for it, they're there for YOU in the mist refreshing way. They will love your child as if it's their own.

Though my children have since graduated, I often reflect on those formative years and the lasting impact that Ms. Maritza and the incredible team of teachers had on our children. Maritza, Tina, Dorothea, Maria, Diana, Gabby, Cindy, Arti, Dorothea, Tina and Taynaya (to name a few) made me feel like my children were in safe, competent, and in caring hands. My favorite thing about this group of teachers was that they led with love, patience and purpose. They didn't just care for our children, then believed in them and instilled that value in them (also while being educators which helped my kids excel in grade school!!). Ms. Melanie is incredibly sweet and nurturing, and her genuine care for the little ones truly shines. We absolutely loved the Picture with Santa event—it was beautifully organized, with thoughtful activities for the children, and the center looked amazing. We feel so fortunate to have found such a wonderful place for our toddler. Ms. Maritza and Ms. Diana are always approachable and responsive, addressing any concerns promptly and kindly. The facility is immaculate and feels incredibly safe. Overall, we absolutely love everything about this place!

I have two kids at the East Rutherford TLE center. My oldest , who is three going onto four in august started when she was one. Not only has she excel in her vocabulary, she's social and and knows her colors, alphabet, numbers and articulate. Merizta the director has been a God send to the center. She and and her team hold the place together. My child can be a piece of work, a typical three years old, but her teachers know how to handle her tantrums and is discipline accordingly. The curriculum is well rounded and the staffs are polite, knowledgeable and keep me posted on everything concerning my child. My 6 months just started there and I can't be more please with the ladies in the infant rooms. Miss Artie and Miss Anna are a gem to the babies. My little girl loves miss Anna and cries when we go pick her at the end of the day. I love the pictures and updates I get during the day. The center do so much to engage the children and I am grateful for all they do. I really appreciate them. Miss Meritza, Johnise, Diana, Cassandra, Anna, Artie, Miss T and Gabby, I truly appreciate you all and if any one reading this post have reservation about taking their kids there, trust me, you need not worry, because your kids will be in great hands.

From the my tour of the facility to the call I made to confirm the date my son was starting, I have always felt appreciated by the staff. My son has really grown in the 4+ months that he has been going there. His teacher, Miss Sharon, is absolutely wonderful. My son smiles every morning when he sees her and is excited to be there. Seeing how my son reacts, makes me know that I made the right decision by choosing TLE East Rutherford. I highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a clean, safe and happy environment for their child.

In addition to daily reports about our son (feedings, naps, diaper changes, mood, activities), we sometimes receive pictures of funny, cute, or milestone moments. The teachers also get to know each baby on a personal level. They can describe each baby's personality and habits, their daily schedule, what developmental changes they are currently facing (teething, rolling over, starting solids, etc.), and notice when they are not acting like themselves. TLE at East Rutherford has a warm, friendly, and vibrant environment. Occasionally, when my husband picks up our son, he's behind the front desk with the General Manager or Director, where he interacts with the classes of children and visitors walking through the lobby area. Teachers, who work in classrooms other than my son's classroom, know him by name and greet him.
