As another camp year comes to a close I wanted to tell u again how amazing and incredible your staff is. Lets start with early morning room. Each one of those teachers tries to comfort the kids and give them individual attention until they feel better about their parent leaving which is comforting to know will happen as you leave your crying child. And then there is Ms. Dona. I don't know how she does it. She has a magical way about her that Allison, when upset, responds to quickly and positively and when not upset Allison has a big smile on her face when she gets to interact with Ms. Dona. Since the day Allison met Ms. Dona (before preppers bc of morning room) she has been hooked on her and Ms. Dona is always there happy to help and of course smiling. However yesterday I had to say goodbye to the one and only Ms. Atheena. Ms. Atheena has been the most inspirational, caring, helpful, understanding, positive role model for these kids. She creates a classroom modeling kindness, rules, respect and fun all rolled into one. She is truly amazing! She does not just go above and beyond - above and beyond is where she starts out! The only thing making me feel better about having to leave Ms Atheena is that I will still get to wave at her at pick up. I would actually also like to put Ben on the list to have Ms. Atheena when he is ready to move into preschool (I need to get ahead of the waitlist that is coming to get into her class). And of course thank you Ms. Elena - you are a wonderful director. Thank you for caring, and talking with me about allergy stuff and of course answering questions for all the parents daily.
