We started our child at TLE - Hutto a few days after his 2nd birthday (March 2024) As a first time mom, with no family in town, I was very nervous about transitioning him from home into a childcare setting. After visiting the TLE facility and meeting and speaking with staff, my fears and anxieties were laid to rest. Our son has been THRIVING ever since attending TLE. He loves all of his teachers and classmates and sometimes does not want to leave at the end of the day (haha). If he is ever having a tough morning with drop off, his teachers embrace him with a silly gesture or warm hug which immediately puts his mind at ease. His socialization, language and communication, and critical thinking skills are incredibly impressive since joining TLE. My husband and I remain impressed with all of the staff, the cleanliness of the facility, the attentiveness, and the warmth. They feel like family. We always feel comfortable asking questions and/or addressing concerns and these are consistently met with a prompt, professional, and genuine response. We appreciate the safety and security of the facility and the app is incredible, with updates of how our child is doing, what he is learning, what and how much he ate for meals/snacks, adorable photos, and a chat box feature for quick comments or questions. I have and will continue to recommend TLE to my friends. We are truly SO grateful for this program!
