I don’t usually write reviews, but this one is well deserved. My daughter has been attending since January, and I can honestly say choosing this center was one of the best decisions I’ve made as a mom. From the moment we started, the teachers and staff have been nothing short of amazing. They are warm, attentive, and genuinely caring—it doesn’t feel forced, it feels real. You can tell they love what they do, and that matters when you’re trusting people with your child. As a mom, safety and peace of mind are everything. I was especially nervous because my daughter started at just 9 months old and couldn’t communicate yet, but they made that transition so smooth for me. They reassured me, kept me informed, and truly helped ease every fear I had. That alone meant so much. What really stands out to me is how happy my daughter is. She goes in happy and comes out happy and that speaks volumes. They send pictures throughout the day, and seeing her smiling, engaged, and being her same joyful self like she is at home lets me know she’s not just being watched—she’s being cared for and nurtured. The learning environment is also incredible. It’s not just daycare, it’s an actual experience. You can see that they are intentional about what they do with the children, even at such a young age. This location has truly exceeded my expectations in every way. I feel confident, at peace, and grateful every single day. If you’re looking for a place where your child will be safe, loved, and genuinely happy—this is it. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

I cannot recommend this center enough, especially for parents of children with autism. Finding a place where your child is truly understood and embraced can be a challenge, but the team here has been a godsend. ?From the moment we walk in, Alex and Juliana at the front desk set the tone. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine smiles make the transition into the day so much easier for both my son, my husband and I. They handle everything with such grace and kindness. ?A very special shout-out to his aftercare teacher, Miss Mireya. Her patience, dedication, and ability to connect with my son have been amazing to witness. She creates a supportive space where he feels safe to be himself while still learning and growing. ?The rest of the staff is equally wonderful. It’s clear that the entire team is trained, empathetic, and genuinely invested in the success of every child. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with The Learning Experience. From the very beginning, it has been such a positive and reassuring journey for our family. As a parent, leaving your child—especially at a young age—is incredibly difficult. It comes with so much worry and uncertainty. But the staff here truly gave me peace of mind in a way I didn’t think was possible. They are not only professional, but genuinely kind, caring, and trustworthy. I always feel confident that my son is safe, supported, and loved while he’s there. Communication is something they excel at. If there is ever an issue—no matter how small, even something like a fall on the playground—they always call and keep you informed. They are also extremely attentive when it comes to allergies, food restrictions, and any specific concerns. It’s clear they take every child’s needs seriously. One of the things that really sets them apart is the sense of community they create. They host amazing events for families throughout the year—Trunk or Treat, Winter Wonderland, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day celebrations, and even fun “parents’ night out” events where you can drop the kids off for a movie and enjoy some time to yourself. It makes such a difference to feel included and connected like that. They also go above and beyond when it comes to helping children feel comfortable. If a child is hesitant about daycare or nervous about transitioning to a new classroom, the staff takes extra time and care to ease that process. Transitions are always smooth, never rushed, and handled with so much patience. The early drop-off option has also been a lifesaver for working parents like me. It’s just another example of how thoughtful and accommodating they are. I’d love to give a special shoutout to Ms. Juliana, Alex, Adrianna, Karen, Yaritza, Moreia, and Ms. Isabel—you have all been absolutely incredible. Your dedication, warmth, and support mean more than words can express, and we are so grateful for each of you. The curriculum is also outstanding. My son is now reading, can count, knows his colors and shapes, is adding and subtracting, and has even picked up Spanish! I wish I could take all the credit, but the curriculum they use is truly amazing. He is more than ready for kindergarten thanks to the strong foundation he’s received here. If I had to mention one downside, it’s simply that they only go up to preschool—we wish we could stay longer! Thank you to The Learning Experience in Denville for everything you have done for my son and our family. We will always be grateful for the care, education, and love you’ve given him.

Awesome!!! If I could give them more stars I would! My niece came here after a poor experience with another daycare and the difference has been night and day. The care, communication, and ability to adjust care for what the child needs is unmatched. They have a really great team of childcare professionals!

We moved to this location from another TLE location when we moved to the area. TLE Denville has made the transition for my daughter incredibly easy! Miss Isabel offered support to my daughter every morning until she felt comfortable at drop off and now drop off is a dream. Miss Fiona and Miss Alex are a great team and do an excellent job making sure my daughter’s and my needs are both met and exceeded! Would highly recommend

My daughter has been coming here since she was 10 months old, and it was a tough transition for her. It was hard to leave her knowing that she was crying, BUT, the staff took such great care of her and worked to ease my worries. I know that my daughter is shown love/respect from the staff members and is so happy to be dropped off. The center is clean and inviting and the staff are warm and welcoming!

Don’t normally leave reviews but just wanted to emphasize how much we appreciate TLE. As they have made so many wonderful changes to better the kids education while also keeping it fun, safe and very friendly. My husband and I had a really hard time choosing a center where we were comfortable and would somewhat trust leaving our first baby but with TLE outstanding teachers, regional director and new director Fiona (who my son likes very much) , made our decision a little easier. TLE has nurturing relationships with trusted teachers, and a positive environment with a variety of things to learn and explore. We’re forever grateful!

The Learning Experience of Denville has made many new updates. Not only can my family see the positive changes walking into the school but feel happier leaving our children at TLE each day. My two-year-old and three-year-old are coming home talking about their day and what they have learned, and I love seeing all the pictures posted in our parent app. The new management team since July, has kept families informed and updated on every fun day, important parent news, and everything happening in the school. This is very important to my family and appreciate all the communication that has been implemented!

I cannot begin to thank the staff at Denville TLE for doing such an incredible job co-raising our son. I watched the center being build, met the Center Director Sarah her first day on the job and had all my questions answered. The administrative and childcare staff carry themselves professionally. Everyone is always on the same page and parents and kids stay well informed. Many teachers have their children at the facility and the care for our child is as if we were caring for him ourselves in an interactive, productive and educational manner. Thank you so much for being a wonderful staff, caring educators and honest business establishment. We are a large, caring village which raises our children in a safe, educational and productive environment. We are proud to be part of this TLE.

I can't say enough good things about TLE Denville. All of the staff is just wonderful. My daughter enjoys everything about the school. As a parent, it is so rewarding to see how much she has learned and grown socially and developmentally. I know this has to do with the great care she is given here at TLE. We came to TLE from another center that we were very unhappy with the staff and director there. TLE was able to accommodate us and get Marcy trasfered over here in no time and worked with us to make the transition very easy for both Marcy and me, the parent! Once all settled in here at TLE we simply love it. We've been here well over a year now. The teachers are all great and the director's really do care and listen. We get to be involved in Marcy's experience and really feel as though she is learning and thriving here. She comes each day telling me things like how giraffes are from Africa and how to say all kinds of things in sign language. I love how much Marcy enjoys being here and I know she is safe, well cared for, and most importantly - she is loved! her teachers all give her hugs each day as we leave and I feel great knowing how much they care about my daughter.

The Learning Experience in Denville is such a positive atmosphere for my 2 year old to learn and be social. Coming from a different daycare center, I noticed a huge difference in the way he interacts with other children and grownups (teachers) now. The staff here is warm and friendly and not intimidating for such a small toddler who can be easily overwhelmed in an unfamiliar place. I can safely say that TLE Denville is a great and loving environment for our precious little ones! Our son has also become more verbal than before and can communicate effectively. The sign language that was taught to him at an early age has been a definite plus and spared him from frustration in trying to tell us what he needs. Being a former preschool teacher myself, I am aware on what to look for in a great preschool. TLE Denville is the perfect place for our child and meets our family's needs. So much so that we are enrolling our infant child also!
