Our daughter joined TLE when she was 7 months old and started in the infant room. From day one, we felt completely safe and comfortable leaving her in their care. We absolutely loved all of her infant room teachers and could tell right away how much they genuinely cared about her. Her transition to the toddler room was wonderful and went so smoothly. She has learned and grown so much since starting at TLE, and we couldn’t be happier with the care and education she has received. We truly love TLE and are so grateful to have found such a wonderful place for our daughter!

My Daughter was at TLE Cromwell from 7weeks old to 5years old. Every class room she was in she fell in love with the teachers. They all l made a huge impact on her life. The directors and assistants were always welcoming and friendly. My daughter left there being able to read independently and learned lessons in sharing and kindness. If we ever have another child we will without a doubt choose TLE Cromwell again!!

I started my two little ones in preparation for having my third & to be able to be home with my new baby for a bit. I was so nervous starting them anywhere since I’ve been home with them up until that point. I chose The Learning Experience after the tour because it seemed very organized, safe, educational and also fun for the kiddos. It’s been about 9 months since they’ve started and I couldn’t be happier with my choice in daycare. The kids love their teachers & seeing them run in to greet and hug the staff lets me know just how much they feel loved there. Miss Nay & Miss Christie were amazing with my Charlie & he would always talk about them at home and run to them for big hugs. Now that he’s moved up, he has Miss Ivelisse & I’m already seeing how much he has taken to her and enjoys her class. My Amara started as a baby & Miss Jen & Miss Holly took such good care of her, I felt so relieved leaving her with them in the mornings. She also just moved into her toddler classroom with Miss Jade & I feel the same relief. Seeing her want to run right to the teachers for a hug is so reassuring she’s happy there. Can’t recommend The Learning Experience enough.

From the very beginning, the real-time updates, photos, and thoughtful feedback helped put our minds at ease and allowed us to feel truly connected to our daughter’s day. Our daughter’s socialization skills have blossomed since attending, and it’s been such a joy to see her excitement when she talks about her day and the friends she’s made. My Daughter is really happy there with her teachers and friends. They've been flexible and accepting and kind. I can't say enough about Miss Arlyn specifically, she's fantastic. I like the frequency of photos and fun activities, parades etc that are provided for the kids. They also receive a nice lunch and dietary needs are protected.

My daughter has come to TLE in Cromwell since she was less than 4 months old and it has been an amazing experience. Every morning she is so excited to get up and see her teachers Ms Jen, Ms Haley, Ms Sandy, Ms Monica and all the other teachers. The staff here is absolutely amazing they love my daughter so much and take such great care of her. I was so nervous to leave her at daycare but I have been nothing but impressed every day. Even though she is only an infant they are still doing project with her and activities all day long! the app where i can see what she has been up to with live updates and pictures is a really wonderful. The directors Melissa and Emily are amazing as well and make you feel so secure in leaving your little peanut all day. I couldn’t recommend TLE Cromwell enough

We couldn’t be happier with our infant granddaughter’s daycare. The facility itself is absolutely beautiful and impeccably clean, which gave us peace of mind right away. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff—they are genuinely top-notch. It’s clear they care deeply about the children and consistently go above and beyond in everything they do. The daycare is incredibly well organized and thoughtfully run, with great communication and attention to detail. They also plan so many fun events throughout the year that bring families together, which really adds to the sense of community. Even at the infant level, there is a meaningful curriculum in place to support early development, which we truly appreciate. It’s comforting to know she’s not only being cared for, but also learning and growing every day. We couldn’t be more grateful for the staff at TLE-Cromwell. Our 16-month-old son came from a difficult daycare experience, and after that, it was hard to feel ready to trust someone new with his care. From the very beginning, Melissa and the administrative team made the transition feel safe and reassuring—for him and for us. Their support helped our whole family feel confident about starting daycare again. One of the most amazing surprises has been the educational experience he’s had in such a short time. Within just a week of starting, he was using sign language to express his needs—something we had been working on at home for months without success. Now he’s excited about animals, puzzles, and other learning activities we hadn’t seen him show interest in before. His language is developing every day, and it’s clear he’s engaged and thriving. His teacher, Ms. Janna, has played such a big role in that growth. She’s warm, attentive, and truly understands how to support little ones in a way that makes them feel safe and curious. The activities, communication, and level of care she provides are more than we ever expected. We are just so thankful to have found a place where our child is not only safe and loved, but learning and growing every single day. Thank you TLE-Cromwell!!!

Since signing up with TLE Cromwell over the summer of 2024, my daughter has progressed academically. The curriculum is wonderful, the events they host, and community involvement is so fulfilling not only to the children but also to the parents as well. We are beyond excited to welcome Ms. Melissa as the full-time center director as this addition to the current staff is wonderful as she has help implement positive and impactful changes to the center in Cromwell.

We enrolled our younger daughter at TLE earlier this year to build on her social skills and so we could afford an opportunity to work from home uninterrupted. Our experience with TLE has been nothing short of phenomenal. Our daughter has learned her colors, letters, numbers, and shapes, and her teachers helped foster the beginnings of potty training (success!). Our daughter eats a wide variety of food thanks to the daily menus offered and has learned to play well with others. She looks forward to going to “school” throughout the week. We are especially thankful to her devoted teachers - Denaja, Nae, and Christie - as well as the center director Melissa, and assistant directors Emily and Jen. Not only are these ladies willing and able to work with us regarding scheduling, drop off/pickup times, and communication regarding our daughter’s day-to-day activities, they are also very personable and put us at ease. I feel like we’ve become friends, albeit on a professional basis. Should you choose to send your child to daycare, send them to TLE. You will thank yourself later!

I've had my daughter in TLE since she was 2 and we're so sad to be leaving at the end of this month for kindergarten! She started out with Miss Jen in the prepped room, who my daughter absolutely adored! She moved up to Miss Rasia and Miss Amaris' class last year and she loves them just as much (as do I!) We've been so lucky, and I'm very thankful for the staff who I feel has become part of our family. It will be a sad day when we leave!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience at TLE. Everyone there from the teachers all the way up to the administration has been extremely helpful and caring, and take care of my kids like they are their own. My children have been at TLE for a little over a year, and the amount of growth that they have experienced in that short time is unremarkable. They were previously at a different daycare corporation and I regret not moving them here sooner. I have no doubt in my mind that my kids will be more than ready for Kindergarten next year.

Both of my girls have gone here for the last three years. My oldest graduated two years ago and my youngest recently graduated (what a sweet graduation ceremony!) We will be sad once Summer Camp ends and Kindergarten starts in the fall. Amaya is 100% ready for Kindergarten due to the curriculum, even at her a younger-age entry into Kindergarten. They over communicate with me on a daily basis, provide him with the love and attention he needs, and treat him like he's there own. I feel very comfortable with the center and I know if anything comes up, they call me right away. I cannot rave enough about TLE in Cromwell, CT. The owner Shatal is amazing. She is always there when I pick up ( which you do not find with many owners) and any questions I have, she always answer. I looked many centers within the area and this one stuck out the most. My three year old son currently attends TLE in Cromwell and my older son is a TLE graduate (he is 8 now), so we have essentially been at the center everyday for over 5 years. I am so grateful for the tremendous care TLE and their wonderful staff provides. It's a clean, inviting, and cheerful atmosphere, but more importantly, the staff is caring and attentive. They have always treated my children as their own. The center provides a fantastic curriculum. The kids not only learn the basics, but are exposed to things like sign language, yoga, sensory based activities, art, music, etc. My son loves being there and I know he's being given lots of love, attention, opportunities for play, and academic enrichment. The teachers and managers have always been very communicative and really get to know each child. Even teachers from other classrooms know all the kids- it's a friendly place. I highly recommend this center. It is definitely on the higher end in terms of price, but it is well worth it!
