I’m the Center Director at The Learning Experience – Clifton Park, and I’m so excited to welcome you and your family! I’ve been in the Early Childhood field for 17 years, and during that time, I’ve had the privilege of holding a variety of roles that have shaped who I am as an educator and leader. I’ve been with my amazing partner for 2 years, and I’m also a proud mom to an amazing 12-year-old daughter! What I love most about working in Early Childhood is the joy of being part of so many children’s lives — watching them grow, learn, and shine is truly the best part of what I do!

I’ve been working in childcare for 16 years and hold my CDA in Infant and Toddler Development. Over the years, I’ve had the joy of teaching both infants and toddlers, but my heart truly belongs to the toddler age group! In my free time, I enjoy being with my family and our two dogs. At the center, one of my favorite things to do is host dance parties with the classrooms—getting everyone up, moving, and having fun together!

Hi, my name is Miss. Rose! I’m 20 years old and have been working in childcare since I was 15 years old! I’m currently a junior at the University at Albany, where I’m studying Early Childhood Education with a concentration in special Education. Working with children has always been my passion, and I love creating a caring and supportive environment where every child feels safe, valued and encouraged to grow! I’m also bilingual in English and Spanish, which helps me connect with even more families in meaningful ways.

Hi, I’m Miss Sierra! I come from a big family, and as the oldest cousin, I’ve always been surrounded by kids—which is where my love for working with children began! In my free time, I enjoy baking, cooking, reading, and going to the gym. My favorite holidays are Halloween and Christmas! I’m so excited to be part of the TLE family and can’t wait to help your little ones learn and grow each day!

I have been part of our center since opening day in 2025, and I bring over two years of experience from a previous childcare center. My name is Ms. Kristin, and I’m so excited to be part of your child’s learning journey. I live in Brunswick, NY, and now have over 12 years of childcare experience, including working in daycare centers, nannying, and babysitting. I am especially passionate about working with infants and love supporting them as they reach their very first milestones—from tummy time and first smiles to those exciting early developmental moments. Watching children grow, learn, and explore the world around them is truly the most rewarding part of my job. I have been working in childcare for 7 years, gaining experience with children of all different age groups. Most of my experience has been in toddler classrooms, but I truly enjoy working with children of every age. I have also spent 3 of those 7 years working with infants, which has given me a special love for supporting our youngest learners. My goal while working here is to create a structured, safe, and nurturing environment where every child in my care feels loved, supported, and encouraged as they grow and explore the world around them. My name is Brianna, you can also call me Bri! I am 25 years old I will be 26 on October 12th. I have been in the field for 3 almost 4 years. The Learning Experience is my second center. I know sign language and became fluent in it due to my father being deaf. I am a dual language individual being fluent in Spanish. I am 1 of 10 children with my little sister being special needs. I love spending time with her and caring for her!

My name is Ms. Shauna . Though I’ve explored different paths in my life, Early Childhood Education has always been my true love and passion . I believe that quality early education builds the foundation for future success—both in school and in life .My goal is to help young children develop a lifelong love of learning in an environment filled with safety, love, respect, and of course… fun! I am currently pursuing my associate’s degree in Child Care Development and Education, continuing to grow both personally and professionally in the field. I previously earned my CDA in Infant/Toddler Education and am excited to be working toward earning it again. After taking a few years away from childcare, I decided to return because I missed teaching young minds and building meaningful relationships with children and their families.
