The main teachers of the pepper and toddler classes are very sweet and caring! I also like that they notify you about their activities and if they need a diaper change through the app. I recommend checking them out if you are in the area!

This school is amazing! Their teachers are all qualified, which is amazing and gives me a piece of mind. The things the children are learning are absolutely wonderful. They each get a journal that showcases their growth from the time they start in the school to the time they leave. The teachers consistently are updating the parent app where they keep track of diaper changes, what they ate and activities that are done throughout the day. 10/10 would recommend! We love TLE Brooklyn 5th Ave!!!!!!!!

We’ve had a wonderful experience with this daycare. The staff from the Directors (who are my FAVS!!), down to the assistant teachers are caring, patient, and attentive, and they truly make the children feel safe and comfortable. The daycare is clean, welcoming, and well organized, and communication with parents is excellent. Most importantly, our child was so happy with the summer program!! We felt confident and safe knowing they were in good hands. Plus, they have an AMAZING cook making wonderful meals for the children. We highly recommend this daycare to any family looking for quality childcare!

As a new mom, I was extremely stressed about bringing my son to daycare. I researched extensively before giving birth and when I toured this TLE, I loved the vibe. Registering was easy and everyone kept in contact while I was pregnant. After having my son and returning to work, I was a emotional mess. I was so scared to leave him, but by the end of the first day, I knew I had chosen right. They update the app which gives me peace of mind while I'm at work, I get pictures, and he always comes home happy. It's been a little over 3 weeks and I can't express how happy I am here. Everyone is communicative, friendly and you can tell they truly care about the kids here, especially in the infant classroom. I know when I drop him off, he's safe and will be well cared for (and he gets lots of tummy time!). Between Ms. Tianna, Ms. Danielle, Ms. Ashley and everyone else who comes into the infant classroom, it's made a huge impact on allowing me to focus at work and not worry. Thank you for taking care of my son like your own <3

We absolutely love The Learner Experience! From the very beginning, we felt confident that our son was in a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment. A special thank you to the amazing directors, Danielle and Helen, who go above and beyond to create a welcoming and supportive community for both children and parents. Their dedication, professionalism, and genuine passion for early childhood education are evident in everything they do. Now finishing up 3K, our son has grown so much socially, emotionally, and academically during his time there. He comes home excited to share what he’s learned each day, which speaks volumes about the positive and enriching atmosphere at the school. We are so grateful to be part of The Learner Experience family and highly recommend it to any parent looking for a loving and high quality early childhood program!

My son has been going to The Learning Experience Brooklyn 5th Avenue for over a year now, and he really loves it there. Every morning he’s happy to go in, and that means a lot to me as a parent. The teachers and staff have always been kind, caring, and welcoming. I can tell they really care about the kids. We’re very thankful for everything they do for our son and for making him feel safe, loved, and excited to learn.

Our son loves TLE 5th Avenue! He has been here since he was an infant, and now as a toddler, we have seen so much growth in his development. His teachers have been absolutely wonderful - Miss Sarah in Infants, Miss Kareman in Twaddlers, and now Miss Tiana in Preppers. It’s so reassuring knowing that every day, I’m bringing him to a place where he is known and loved.

This daycare is so good the personal is very nice with the babys. My daughter is so happy. Always saying I want to go with my friends. They have very good activities. They take the kids to the park also make waters plays. I recommend 100%

My son has attended this day care for the past three years. He's made many friends and I'm confident he's well taken care of. He's formed great bonds with some of his teachers over the years and sometimes asks about them at home. The staff and management truly care about the children, and are great at working with the parents to resolve concerns when they arise. The daycare has flexible hours and is open on many days other daycares are closed, which is very helpful for working parents.

My son has been at the Learning Experience from age 6 months to 20 months, and we've had an amazing experience. He has truly had such caring teachers- special shout-out to Ms Sarrah and Ms Karaman who are exceptional educators who truly care about the little ones in their care! My son has really intense allergies, but they were always so careful to ensure he eats the right food, and they call me with any concerns. He has loved his time there and the friends he has made there. Thank you for letting me breathe easy leaving him there at such a young age <3

My daughter loves school! She has learned how to feed to herself, she trying the potty, she's learning words and her ABC's and 123's I love her teacher Ms Khadijah! She texts me immediately if there are any problems, she gives me continuous updates thoughtout the day, the director Ms Danielle is the greatest, she listens and makes sure that school is tip top shape as well operating safely. This has been a very good experience for me as a parent.

My daughter has been attending this daycare since September, and we have had such a wonderful experience. The school is always clean, and the staff are kind, caring, and responsive. Everyone has always taken the time to answer my questions and address any concerns or worries I have, which gives me so much peace of mind. My daughter will be almost 3 this coming September, and she has grown so much since starting here. She has become especially attached to her teacher, Ms. Tiana, and I truly can’t thank her enough. Her kindness, patience, and the genuine love she shows my daughter have made such a difference. If it weren’t for Ms. Tiana, drop-offs would be so much harder. Knowing my daughter feels safe, happy, and excited to see her every day means the world to me. I also want to give a special thank you to Danielle. She has always been there whenever I’ve had questions or worried about my daughter. She takes the time to listen, reassure me, and make sure any concerns are addressed. As a parent, that level of care and communication means so much. I highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a clean, loving, and supportive environment for their child. My two year old son has been in this daycare for a little over a year and I can’t say anything bad about it! The entire staff is AMAZING - loving, attentive … the list goes on. Ms. Danielle especially goes above and beyond to make sure my son and I’m pretty sure all children are having the very best day. Our son has been attending TLE for almost two years now, and overall we’ve had a positive experience. Like any long-term relationship, we’ve had our ups and downs, but what truly stood out was the team’s willingness to communicate openly and work through any concerns together. The open discussions and “open office” approach really helped us build trust with the staff and administration, which is so important as a parent. We appreciate that concerns were always addressed respectfully and collaboratively, making us feel heard and supported throughout our time there. We’re also really looking forward to the summer camp program and all the activities planned. I truly believe my son is going to enjoy and benefit from the experience.

The school is so bright and welcoming! The teachers work as team players and I see the way they take care of the students! Especially miss Daniele who goes above and beyond in her classroom!

Words can’t express how fortunate we were to have found the TLE 5th Avenue team. Our son was just shy of 2 years old when we enrolled him, and we can attest to not only the nurturing care and attention shown by the teachers, but also the interactive and engaging curriculum. Our son started in Ms. Kareman’s class and as he grew older, progressed to the next age program in Ms. Tiana’s class. Both teachers are absolutely phenomenal and have immense passion for what they do! Our little one spent the greater part of the day at TLE, and from drop off to pick up, we knew that he was safe, well cared for, and in good hands. As an Active Duty military family, we are expected to transfer and/or deploy, and any semblance of stability is greatly appreciated, and the TLE 5th Ave team provided that for us. To Lynn Ann and the entire team, thank you so much!

I am so glad I found this place, my daughter LOVES to come in. She is always happy to see the teachers and they always welcome us with such energy and enthusiasm. Shotout to Mrs. Zahra, Mrs. Rachel and Mrs. Krystal, they always look so happy and joyful and most importantly make you feel like family. The new owners and management really transformed this location for the better! A big turn around from last summer! Very friendly and welcoming staff! Ms. Krystal and Ms. Juliet are always there to address any questions and concerns. I'm confident my son is well cared for and he enjoys the activities that goes on there. Love the updates on the app! Definitely recommend!

It is one of the best successes I have had. From the beginning I was fascinated to see happy children, that was the main reason why I enrolled my two-year-old child in this location. The staff in general are committed to the well-being of children in general. The teachers are loving and are attentive if any child requires extra attention to feel comfortable, especially in the first days. The place is complete, it has an ideal space outside and inside for children to explore, learn, interact and exercise. In searching for my ideal daycare, I visited at least 30 before finding this one, some did not have the ideal lighting, others were just very cute but the children looked bored, others did not have recreation areas. And even though it's not the closest to my home, making that one-hour trip there and one hour back is worth it. Knowing that my son is in a safe place ideal for his development and well-being allows me to focus on my work and carry out my commitments in excellence.

The Learning Experience @ Fort Hamilton has been and continues to be a positive experience for my family and me. First off, there's a high need for DOH-approved sites for little ones up to 24 months. I was so happy to have found a safe and welcoming place that met that standard. In addition, it was essential to find a place that had an actual curriculum for little ones. Personally, daycare/ preschool/ elementary school is NOT glorified childcare. That was an important requirement for my husband and I. When our son started at the site, it was a bit overwhelming for us. This was the first time we left our son with someone not family; therefore, we were overly cautious of everything and everyone. It has been ten months since he started, and he has made significant progress academically and socially. He can now vocalize his wants to his peers and adults. He can identify most letters, numbers up to 10, and colors. They are also working on potty training (thank goodness). Aside from the wonderful work they are doing with him, I am forever grateful for how the staff extended their heartfelt condolences and support when my father passed away. Ms. Joseline, a teacher in the twaddler room, was a shoulder to cry on, and her check-ins never went unnoticed. During my low moments, her positive demeanor was necessary for my little one. The Learning Experience @ Fort Hamilton always looked at us as an extension of their family, and they are an extension of our family. Recently, they have incorporated family engagement programs, family support sessions, and culturally responsive activities. I can share so many positive things about this place. Thank you to the wonderful staff members for all that you do.

My son recently transferred from another daycare and he has adjusted so quickly thanks to the wonderful teachers in his room. I know he is well cared for when I pick up a very happy child after work, who doesn't even rush to leave! I also like that the office and front desk staff are involved and make sure to get to know me and my son as much as possible. While this new site is still getting on its feet and sorting out what they need, the class is run smoothly without any affect to the kids. Any and all questions are answered without hesitation. Thank you everyone to making these first few days a wonderful new experience for our family!

I recently called this location of the learning experience to enroll my infant and I just want to say the director I spoke to was so helpful and amazing. She was very informative and patient with all my questions which I really appreciated being a new mom. I am definitely enrolling with this center.

I cannot say enough good things about TLE - Fort Hamilton. To start with, if you live in Bay Ridge you know how hard it is to find a good day care. Most of them are family owned child care services in private houses. We toured many day cares and finally decided on TLE - Fort Hamilton as it was a brand new facility with amazing staff and teachers. The center director (Shiffy) was very welcoming and answered all our questions with patience. The teachers (Ms. Sabina and Ms. Nay) are wonderful who genuinely care for your kids. A few days in and our son fit right in, he is eating almost everything they have for lunch, socializing with his peers and communicating with his teachers. They also have an app called TLE Parent which is super useful for interacting with teachers and getting daily updates about your child. Let me try to highlight some of the positives of TLE Fort Hamilton that convinced us to enroll our kid in this childcare as compared to others in the area. Hope this helps some of the other parents out there: 1: With over 400 TLE locations all over US, I have not come across a single one which has less than 4 stars on Google Reviews. This shows that they are doing something right. 2: TLE has a set curriculum for every age group which gives your child a structure. Their centers are very colorful and vibrant which stimulates your child's curious minds. Also their characters are fun. My son already identifies elephants as Bubbles which is one of his friends at school. Considering all these factors, we are at peace knowing that our son will easily adjust to a new TLE location if we ever were to move to another city. 3: TLE Fort Hamilton is a brand new facility which means it is super clean and safe for my son. It is spacious with 3 floors and an outside play area. The staff, the teachers (special shout out to Ms. Sabina) and even the owners are wonderful. They truly care. 4: TLE Fort Hamilton has an option for early drop off and late pickup which is great for us. They also provide breakfast and lunch. Most importantly the tuition is very competitive as compared to other day cares in Bay Ridge. Tip: Check to see if your employer is listed as one of the partners in their Work and Family Benefits Program as it gives you 10% off the tuition. They have over 200 companies as their partners. The list is available on their website. 5: TLE Parent app lets you communicate with teachers without actually taking them away from what they are supposed to do, looking after your kids. I know some new parents would be anxious and would want frequent updates about their child. Getting picture updates on this app is very helpful and I enjoy seeing my boy happy and busy with all the activities throughout the day. Hope this review will help some of the parents who are looking for a quality daycare in and around Bay Ridge. I will try to update my review in a year and mention other positives (or negatives if any) about this center.
