Daycare can be a learning experience itself for parents, but I can honestly say that the staff at The Learning Experience @ Bon Air did a wonderful job at acclimating our child to the routine of being in a full day daycare. One of the first things you will notice about this daycare compared to others in the area is that the building, classrooms, and public areas are very clean and tidy. They are rigorous at keeping everything clean and regularly disinfected. It's no secret that infants and toddlers will catch colds during the colder seasons, but this daycare goes above and beyond to ensure a very clean environment for the kids to spend their time in. Especially the food prep area which is kept in pristine clean condition. The classrooms are spacious with individual bathrooms and refrigerators; everything is just well designed at this care center. The center also does a great job of introducing structured education at a young age. There are monthly lesson plans published and sent to your email that let you know what the kids will be doing, there are updates with pictures sent to your phone via the app. You get notified of everything that happens with your child throughout the day, including meals, diaper changes, nap times, and activities. The staff do an excellent job of keeping the parents informed. Being a newer daycare in the area, they had a brief time period with being short staffed, but the teachers did a great job of providing adequate coverage until newer staff were onboarded. Overall, we are very satisfied with this daycare and highly recommend it for first time parents or those looking to switch.

My son always has a smile and he is always happy to go every morning. This is a great place for your kiddos.
