Our family is beyond happy with The Learning Experience, from the first phone conversation we had! Entering the building or calling in, we are always greeted with a kind smile and hello! There are two lines of defense/ security to get into the building. Our needs & goals were heard and are continuously focused on; we even made a classroom adjustment to fit our son’s needs. There is a vast amount of learning accompanied by fun. Teachers keep us updated all throughout the day in real time, and give daily feedback at pickup. I cannot recommend TLE enough and we are so grateful to be apart of the family!

TLE in Bel Air is exactly where you want your child to be! Our youngest currently attends, and our oldest moved on to elementary last year. Both children have enjoyed their time there, and the teachers really are great!! It's the norm for our kids to get personal greetings from multiple, if not all the staff as we walk them to their rooms. We feel like part of a team when working together with the staff to ensure our children have/had the most beneficial experience educationally, behaviorally and socially. Our eldest is excelling in elementary school now and we know TLEs curriculum gave him a huge head start. I'm confident you will have the same experience and we highly recommend.

We've been with TLE since 2022, starting with our oldest son, and now our baby daughter. The teachers have formed a close bond to both of our children and are genuinely invested in their well-being. We appreciate all of the extras that are provided, including meals and fun activities. In the summer they provide water play twice a week along with special events such as magicians and foam parties. The app keeps us updated throughout the day and we love seeing photos of our children. My son is starting his 3rd year of preschool this year and I feel confident that he will be more than ready for Kindergarten. We're so happy we chose TLE and highly recommend choosing them to other families.

We have been extremely impressed by the level of care, attention, and professionalism their entire team provides. A special shoutout to **Rachel Duncan**. We have had the opportunity to meet with Rachel regarding collaboration and creating individualized support for students, and we were incredibly impressed by her knowledge and experience. It is clear from speaking with her that she has **years of experience working with children**. Her understanding of clinical terminology, child development, and individualized support really stood out to our team. Most importantly, Rachel and the entire team don't just talk about helping children—they genuinely want to see every child **learn, develop, and reach their potential**. This is not a center that simply watches children throughout the day. They genuinely focus on each child's individual development and growth. You can see that the staff takes the time to understand each child and provide support tailored to their individual needs. We have been InTouch with several team members and the** entire team** has been fantastic to collaborate with. As professionals who work with many childcare centers, we recognize when a center goes above and beyond. **The Learning Exchange of Bel Air absolutely does. Highly recommended!**

Our son spent 5 wonderful years at TLE, starting as a 10-week old baby and finishing as a pre-school graduate, ready to tackle kindergarten. He had a tremendous experience, learning from hands-on and engaging teachers, making countless close friends, and walking away with memories and experiences none of us with soon forget. Not only is he entirely prepared to elementary school given TLE's curriculum and educational environment, but they helped mold him into the courteous, respectful, kind, and friendly young boy he is today. We will fondly look back on our time at TLE as a place we called home for some of his most important, early developmental years, where he was eager to jump out of the car and go to school every day.
