My son has had such a wonderful experience at TLE! From the very beginning, the staff has been welcoming, caring, and attentive. The teachers are patient, kind, and always keep me informed about my son’s day and progress. I’ve noticed so much growth in his confidence, social skills, and learning since he started attending. It’s comforting to know he’s in a safe, clean, and nurturing environment every day. As a working mom, it was difficult for me to grasp my mind around having to leave my baby to return to work. You hear the stories and have all the preconceived notions about daycare and the worry that no one will take care of your baby like you do. I was lucky enough to have a family member recommend The Learning Experience to me, and all the great things they offer to our kids’ development, so I made the call. I had a tour of the building and met Kelsey, the center coordinator, who walked me through the process and the curriculum at the center. At the end of the tour when walking out, I looked at my son’s father and said, “I’m sold, this is where I want our son to go.” Our experience at TLE AVON has been great! Every day we are greeted by the staff at the desk, who are always in bright spirits and great with you and your child. They take the time to get to know you as the parent as well as your child. My son smiles instantly when he sees his teacher; you can tell they really care about the kids that come into the center. TLE has made me feel safe as a parent and eased all of my concerns. The security protocols for parents and visitors alone to get into the center are reassuring as a parent. I get daily pictures of my son throughout the day so I feel like I am not missing a thing when it comes to him. The staff is really good at communication with you as the parent about if your child is running low on diapers, wipes, etc. They follow my son’s feeding schedule and discuss with me if any of his eating habits have changed as well. I have watched my son learn so much and develop so much while attending TLE. I KNOW in my heart of hearts my spouse and I made the right choice. Thank you Kelsey for making this transition so seamless. Thank you a million to Mrs. Tina, and Shayla for providing the most love and care to my little one, he is in great hands with you both.
