If you are thinking of enrolling your child or children here, I would highly suggest it. My daughter has been attending this preschool since she was a toddler and we moved to the area. My son then started attending as an infant is currently in the toddler room. I will be frank when I say we ran into some rocky things over the years-this was due to poor management and the director at the time. The last "straw "was so bad, we had to get Licensing involved. The Director and owner at time did not show any care of what happened at all. The only one, who listened and helped was the Assistant Director, Priscila, and TLE corporate. We took a break over the summer and actually shopped around at other schools. I was assured things would be better when we returned, and a new Director and owner took over the school. Why did we give the school another shot? Honestly, it was because of the connection my children had with the teachers and my trust in Ms. Priscila (the Assistant Director) I am very glad we did! The school is under new ownership now and the new Director Ashely, has brought new light to the school. There is a new professional and friendly air to the front office and our interactions are great! These ladies here make a up a great team, and we are so happy that we chose to stay and give the school another chance. We will be welcoming baby 3 in February, and I know she will be showered in the same love both my daughter and son get! Shout of to the amazing teachers: Iris, "Ms. Kris", "Ms. Yolie, Tanisha and of course the cook Ms. Joy who truly is THE JOY in the hallways every morning! We love you all!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about my daughter’s daycare! Priscilla, the assistant director, is truly amazing. She genuinely cares about the children and their families, and she always makes sure my daughter’s safety, well-being, and best interests come first. She goes above and beyond to make sure our family feels supported, heard, and comfortable. Knowing that my daughter is in a place where her safety and happiness are a priority gives me so much peace of mind as a parent. I truly appreciate Priscilla’s dedication, kindness, and the care she puts into what she does. We are so grateful to have someone like her looking out for our family. I highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a safe, caring, and supportive environment for their child!

We have had such a great experience with Ms. Yolie at The Learning Experience! She has been wonderful with Kristian and has made such a positive impact on his learning and development. You can tell she truly cares about her students and takes the time to make them feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged. We really appreciate all the patience, care, and effort she puts into helping Kristian learn and grow. Thank you, Ms. Yolie, for everything you do!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about The Learning Experience in Alamo Ranch. Our granddaughter has been in their care for the past year, and they have truly become so much more than a daycare to her — they have become her second home and her second family. Our granddaughter has had some behavioral challenges, and throughout those challenges, the staff at The Learning Experience have consistently met her with love, patience, grace, understanding, and compassion. She is greeted every morning with smiles, hugs, and genuine excitement to see her. You can tell that the teachers and staff truly know and care about her. At one point, we decided to switch daycares because we thought another environment might be a better fit for her. Unfortunately, after only two days, we disenrolled. We immediately reached back out to The Learning Experience, and they welcomed her back without hesitation. What touched us most was how excited they were to have her back. They had missed her, and she had missed them. Every teacher seems to know her by name, and there are so many people who have made a difference in her life. Miss Kris has been absolutely amazing to work with when it comes to helping her with her behavior and development. Miss Priscilla has always greeted her with the biggest hugs. Miss Joy is someone she looks forward to seeing because she knows she's going to get one of those special big hugs. And Miss Iris, Miss Alejandra, Miss Jaylene, and so many other teachers and staff have shown her kindness and care that we will always appreciate. Sometimes you think the grass might be greener somewhere else, only to realize that what you already had was exactly what you needed. That's what happened for us. We realized that The Learning Experience was her home — her other home, with her other family. As grandparents who are raising and caring for our granddaughter, knowing that she is somewhere safe, loved, understood, encouraged, and genuinely cared for while we work and provide for our family means more to us than we can put into words. We are incredibly grateful for everyone at The Learning Experience in Alamo Ranch. We highly recommend them to any family looking for a place where their child will be treated with love and as an individual, not just another child in the classroom.
